The object of this study is to consider the development processes of University(College) cadastral education, by means of analyzing the development of cadastral education and investigating the background and characteristics of cadastral education by stages divided into launching stage, taking-off stage, maturing stage. The results of this study will be contributed to suggest the prospects of University(College) cadastral education by analyzing the appearance, processes and characteristics, development subject of cadastral education. 본 연구는 대학 지적교육의 변천과정을 분석하여 대학 지적교육의 배경과 특성, 시대적 변화를 대학 지적교육의 태동, 대학 지적교육의 정착, 대학 지적교육의 발전으로 구분 고찰함으로써 우리나라 대학 지적교육의 발전과제를 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 대학 지적교육의 출현 및 시행과정과 특수성을 분석함으로써 우리나라 지적교육의 발전방향을 모색하는 데 기여하게 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a developmental drift for land boundary survey against current problems resulted from reviewing logic, registration and establishment of land boundary, and condition and actual situation of land boundary survey, and so forth. Each current problem and developmental drift would be suggested after analyzing some patterns, legal concepts, disputes, establishment and registration of land boundary, and practical condition, process rule and efficiency of land boundary survey to realize for the purpose. As a result, the nation-wide land boundary should be reset newly after actual land boundary. To realize the result, specification of specialized land boundary survey, development of scientific land boundary survey technology and education of systematic land boundary survey are required. 본 연구는 토지경계의 논리·등록·설정과 경계측량의 조건·실태 등을 구분하여 고찰하고 현안과제를 도출하여 경계측량의 발전방향을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 경계의 유형·법률적 개념·분쟁·설정·등록과 경계측량의 실시 요건·처리 원칙·효력을 분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 발전적 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과 현실경계에 따른 전국적인 규모의 경계 재설정 측량이 필요할 것으로 판단되며, 이를 위해 전문적인 경계측량의 특성화, 과학화된 경계측량의 기법 개발, 체계적인 경계측량 교육이 선결되어야 한다는 결론에 도달하였다.

The research aimed at the capability improvement of cadastral survey, selecting mentors by group in order to enough efficiency of cadastral survey and developing mentor leaning model through curriculum. The research result suggested an effective leaning procedure by applying a new mentee leaning model to cadastral survey, it was found that mentors and mentees had been bound together and they had obtained their confidence and capability improvement through cadastral survey. 본 연구는 지적측량 실습의 능률성을 증진시키기 위해 팀별 우수학습자를 선정하여 실습과정에서 팀원티칭의 학습모형을 개발하여 지적측량 실습능력을 향상하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과 새로운 학습모형을 지적측량에 적용하여 효과 있는 수업절차를 창출하였고 측량실습에서 우수학습자 중심의 결속된 일체감, 개별적 자신감을 확인할 수 있었으며, 학생들의 실습능력이 매우 향상되었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition and the problems of the public land price, and to suggest the improvements of the public land price management. For this purpose, I analyzed the use of land and the characteristics and the changing process of the public land price as well as the types and the formative factors land valuation, and then investigated the problems and the improvement of the public land price management. In conclusion, it is necessary that the comprehensive policies to prevent public land price from staining and contaminating be established such as the factors analyze and the conservative policies. 본 연구는 공시지가의 실태와 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 발전방향을 도출하여 공시지가 관리에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 연구내용은 토지평가의 유형과 형성요인을 비롯하여 공시지가의 특성과 변화과정을 분석하고 이를 기초로 문제점과 발전방향을 고찰했다. 연구결과 정책적으로 공시지가의 요인분석과 보전대책을 수립하여 공시지가의 오점을 방지하려는 종합적인 노력이 필요할 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 한국 지적기준적 측래의 준비와 실시, 유형 및 구축 등을 구분하여 고찰하고지직측량기준저의 변화과정을 밟히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구결과는 근대측량 태동기의 양전개혁과 양지아문, 측량교육과 기준점 측량과 토지등록 당시의 대삼각측량, 소삼각측량, 토근측량의 특성을 분석하고 지적기준점 복구 및 유지관리의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시함으로써 지직측량의 발전방향에 기여하는데 의의를 두고 있다.
