        초고층 건축물 전력관리 시스템에 BIM 적용을 위한 기초적 연구

        This study aims to provide power monitoring system for super tall buildings with 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. In order to realize this subject, standard specifications for BIM objects and attributes were studied through analyzing processes and elements of electrical utilities for power management systems applied for super tall buildings. These standard BIM specifications could be used by designers, contractors and facility operators, and thus could be helpful to realize BIM information sharing between multiple disciplines and construction phases. And further study has been suggested to develop standard specification and applications from this study.

        BIM 라이브러리-기술콘텐츠 연계를 위한 정보프레임워크 기반의 정보 체계화 연구

        BIM은 단일모델을 이용해 다양한 시나리오로 활용 가능하다는 이점이 있다. BIM 모델을 통해 2D 도면을 자동으로 추출하는 점도 그 중의 하나이나, 이를 실무에서 그대로 활용하기에는 현실적으로 어려움이 따른다. 건축 상세도면은 실내재료 마감 및 복잡한 시공방법을 표현할 뿐 아니라 공사비 산정에 있어 매우 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 이를 BIM 환경에서 표현하는 공통적인 규칙이나 약속이 없고, 설계사별로 같은 의미의 상세도면을 각기 다른 형태로 보유하고 있어 건설산업 차원에서의 정보공유 및 교환을 어렵게 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건축 상세도면의 BIM 활용을 위해 부분상세 정보를 체계화하는 방법을 제시하고, BIM 라이브러리와 어떻게 연계되어 수량 및 공사비 산정의 기초자료로 활용되는지 파악한다. 본 연구는 건축 설계자가 설계 업무 진행시 BIM 라이브러리를 통하여 부분상세정보를 확인하고 단가정보, 자재정보 등과 연계되어 수량 및 공사비를 산출하는데 활용될 수 있다. 또한 BIM 라이브러리-기술콘텐츠 연계기술로 인해 BIM기반의 설계 효율과 프로세스를 개선해 중소설계사무소의 효율적인 BIM 활용에 도움이 될 것이다. Building information modeling (BIM) has the advantage of having been utilized for various scenarios through a single model. Although extracting 2D drawings from BIM is one of the advantages, there are many difficulties when utilized in practical work. Architectural detail drawings are an important factor for expressing interior finishing materials and complicated construction methods, as well as for cost estimations. However, creating detail drawings does not have a standard, and each design company establishes its own detail drawings, so it is hard to share or exchange information in the construction industry. Therefore, this study suggests a systemized method for making detail drawings, and explains how it can be utilized as back data for quantity take-off and construction expenses linked with BIM libraries.

        설계 초기 단계 BIM 형상정보 파라메트릭 연동을 통한 오피스 실내조도 분석

        The importance of performance-based design feedback is being emphasized when it comes to the potential impact that affects all the lifecycle of the building. However, the latency and disconnection of domain expert in the sector of AEC/FM remain current obstacles between design and performance feedback. It is hard to utilize performance feedback information for design exploration and support design decision making during the conceptual phase of design. Using parametric design, this paper proposes various design alternatives from a set of rules and constraints defined by algorithms for the geometric configurations of an Office Building. A Building Performance Analysis (BPA) was to developed using Autodesk® Revit® 2019 which integrates Autodesk® Green Building Studio® to predict its sufficient daylighting conditions of the LEED v4's Daylighting Autonomy (DA). The parametric-based performance feedback of this study outlines potential design improvements for further exploration in application to the early design process. 건축물의 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 영향을 줄 수 있는 건축물의 성능과 관련하여, 설계 초기단계에서 계획안의 환경성능을 검토할 수 있는 디자인 피드백의 중요성이 점차 부각되고 있다. 그런데, 건설산업 특성에 따른 전문분야 도메인 구분으로 인해, 서로 다른 어플리케이션 사이에서 데이터 호환성의 문제에 따른 제약이 많은 실정이다. 이에, 지식기반 디자인 방법론에 기반하여, 본 연구는 건축물의 형상과 연동 가능한 BIM 객체의 기하정보에 대한 상관관계 정보체계를 제안하도록 한다. 이를 위해, 오피스 건축물의 기획 및 계획설계 단계를 대상으로, 상용 BIM 시스템인 Autodesk Revit을 활용하여 매스 형상에 파라메트릭 제약조건을 설정한다. 나아가, 오피스 매스의 형상정보와 양방향 프로세스로 연동가능하도록, Autodek Green Building Studio 엔진에서 분석가능한 해석모델로 변환함으로써, 파라미터에 의한 형태 변형에 따른 다양한 대안들에 대하여 실내조도 성능을 시뮬레이션한다. 이를 통해, 디자인 조건들을 만족시켜주는 범위 내에서 적절한 환경성능의 검토가 가능한 정량적인 의사결정 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

        BIM 기반 견적을 위한 창호공사 내역 작성체계 개선 방안

        Recently, interest in BIM technology has been growing in the domestic construction market as the number of construction projects requiring the application of BIM technology has increased. The use of BIM allows the use of various visualization functions through 3D models as well as drawing interference review, quantity calculation and integrated management of information. In particular, estimates of construction costs based on BIM can increase work efficiency by reducing the burden of calculating construction costs and managing them. In order to increase the efficiency of BIM-based cost estimates, it is necessary to improve the correlation between the BoQ(Bill of Quantity) information and the BIM model. For this purpose, the ratio of the amount and item to the detailed construction of the current BoQ was analyzed, especially the problem of the calculation of construction cost in the window work in this study. In addition, we would like to suggest a method for systematically linking the BoQ information with the BIM model by improving the BoQ information structure of the window work. It is expected that this will increase the efficiency of the quantity calculation and analysis work of construction cost of window work. In addition, it is expected that this method will help to analyze and predict changes in construction cost of windows and doors by facility characteristics and type.

        개방형 BIM 데이터 품질관리 체계화 방법에 관한 연구

        The recent trend of more complex, high-tech, high-rise and free-form buildings worldwide has made BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology being actively accepted in the industry. Along with the growth of interest on the categorization, storage, and application of BIM data, the importance of data quality management is also expected to grow. This study is to suggest effective ways of sharing BIM quality information considering the general approach for criteria, objects, and rules for Open BIM data quality management. For this purpose, we investigated precedent studies on the BIM quality management as well as literatures to draw 3 basic elements of BIM data quality - Data Quality Index, Critical to Quality and Business Rule. These elements were applied to a sample BIM model data whose quality needs to be assured for accurate QTO(quantity takeoff). And this quality assurance could be accomplished by API application developed for SMC program, suggesting a direction for BIM data quality management.

        개방형BIM기반 설계적합성 자동검토를 위한 그래프데이터 적용방안 연구

        This study derives items for BIM utilization in order to automatically review the design suitabil- ity of the open BIM model built in the detailed design stage, and proposes the possibility by applying it to the graph database. In order to derive design suitability items, among the items of the Universal Design Guidelines published by Seoul City and Gyeonggi-do, items applicable to BIM were analyzed and classified. The method of this study established the design constructa- bility concept, derived items to apply it, and sought ways to connect and utilize BIM through the graph database. Among the universal design guideline items, research was conducted focus- ing on the architectural field, items were investigated and analyzed, items applicable to BIM were extracted, the applicability of the graph database was assessed, and a rule set was estab- lished to build a prototype. Through this, it contributes to the improvement of design quality and productivity, and proposes a research method for the introduction of artificial intelligence in the field of architectural design as a basic study of reasoning methodology using BIM data.

        건축 물량산출 활용을 위한 BIM품질기준 도입 방안

        As high-rise and irregularly shaped building structures have become a trend at home and abroad, BIM technology is now being developed and accepted widely. However, the BIM data and information generated in the design phase cannot be actively reutilized in the construction stage. This is because the major interests of construction companies include working process and cost estimation, while there is not usually enough BIM data created to support these activities. In order to resolve this issue, we need to set up BIM modeling guides that make it possible to extract correct quantity take-off from BIM data. Quality checks are also necessary to ensure that the resulting BIM data is correct. This study suggests ways of securing BIM quality for correct quantity take-off, which is critical for BIM technology applied to the building construction process and its cost estimation.
