The saying likely as "In the rapidly-changing outside management environment, the light-weighted body only able to survive" means the 'lightness' in working space, reducing expenditure for immovable property and unnecessary facility, and also means the flexibility of facility which is ready to cope promptly with the approaching situation. For such reason, as many enterprises do not support an individual workstation for each person but by introduction of sharing system, also reducing the area for working space, they have made the immovable property expense per person curtailed. Though the reduction of the immovable property expense that subsequently gained by merely decreasing of working space brings a remarkable effect of retrenchment, there is also a worrying opinion that because of the narrowed working space than before, or by disappearing of private space, a possible non-productive effect which let working enthusiasm falls down might be brought. By practicing such investigating method, at the first stage survey, the Satisfaction of non-territorial and territorial office user and the order of required improvement are figured out, also arranged the appraisal items as 6 factors in total, and all of the factors were being influenced to the entire satisfaction in statistically meaningful level.

Because many factors can damage when the mother is unconscious, fetal well-being should be assessed by serial biophysical profile scoring. If the mother's condition is stable as in the chronic vegetative state, elective delivery might best be performed at a gestational age of 32 to 34 weeks.

This paper is discusses a family lexical teaching methods in Korean language. A particular language is reflection that a social group`s feature to have the use of language. A family lexical in Korean Language is development in comparison differ with another language. It is we can read to consider about a family group relationship of our tradition society. But recently, our society suffer change. After all, we have to do teaching about family lexical in Korean language at school education. This paper is present to a method of teaching about we have use to a vocabulary education. Education appear to lexical structure, lexical meaning, and lexical field. It is aim at, when learner learning a vocabulary, learning a vocabulary easily.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of job stress far bakery workers and cooks, to compare and analyze the differences, and to investigate the effect of job stress on turnover intention. A total of 423 questionnaires were used as the final analysis data, and the following conclusions were obtained through statistical tests of T-test and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. First, there were significant differences among groups in role stress, role overload, role conflict, job autonomy, job importance, and career development. Second, role overload, role conflict, and career development were found to affect turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to analize the indoor air quality and ventilation rate in office buildingbased on the results from the questionary survey. The major contaminants, the air-exchange ratethrough the building envelops and research data on the satisfaction level of occupants in fourbuilding in Seoul, Korea.

산업체 수요 맞춤형 전문대학 실내디자인과 교육과정 구성에 관한 연구

전문대학 실내디자인 분야의 교육과정 개편은 학제가 변함에 따라 지속적으로 진행되어왔다. 그러나 건설경기의 악화와 전문성과 현장성이 결여된, 차별화되지 못한 교육환경은 전문화된 인테리어디자이너를 양성하는데 한계를 드러냈다. 현재 국내 실내디자인 관련 전문대학의 계열은 예체능, 건축, 디자인 예술학부등 다양한 단과대학에 소속되어 있으나 교과목의 비중이 계열에 상관없이 비슷한 비중으로 운영되고 있어 교육과정이 획일화, 일반화 되어있는 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 수도권 전문대학의 교과과정과 산업체의 요구조사를 분석함으로써 전문대학 실내디자인과의 인력 양성 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째 수도권 전문대학실내디자인과 10곳의 교과과정 조사를 시행하여 교과과정의 위치를 점검한다, 둘째 전문대 실내디자인과 졸업자를 직원으로 두고 있는 산업체 전문가 집단과의 심층 면담 F.G.I(Focus Group Interview)1)를 통하여 산업체의 요구사항을 분석한다. 셋째 전문대학 졸업자를 직원으로 두고 있는 산업체의 만족도, 그 직무에 대한 중요도를 설문한다. 이를 토대로 최종 결론을 제시하기로 한다. 연구 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 기존의 교육과정은 실내디자인과 만의 특성화를 이루지 못하고 있으며 디자인 이론 위주의 4년제 대학의 교육과정과 유사한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 산업체의 요구를 분석한 결과 인테리어 디자인 분야의 기초지식은 물론 실무 전반에 대한 이해와 더불어 디자인 지원을 위한 그래픽 프로그램의 활용 능력 배양의 교육이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 충족시키기 위해서 현재 획일화되어 있고 일반적인 교육과정을 특성화, 다양화, 연합식 교육을 통해 실무 중심형 인재 양성에 적합한 방향으로 전환하여야 한다. 산업체의 요구 분석과 직무 조사를 통하여 실무형 교과과정의 기반을 마련하고 경쟁력 있는 인력 육성 방향을 설정하는 기반을 마련하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. The third, Investigate for College graduates on staff satisfactionin the industry and for the importance of their duties. Based on this final conclusion will be given. The study can be summarized as follows. Theinterior design of the existing curriculum is not onlyachieve the characterization and to analyze similar wasTheory-driven design of a four-year college course. 종합편성채널 도입에 따른 국내 미디어산업 변화 및 사업자 경쟁방안에 관한 연구

최근 정부의 미디어 관련법 개정으로 국내 미디어 산업 환경 및 산업 구조에 급격한 변화가 일어나고 있다. 특히 종합편성채널의 도입 결정은 기존 전통적인 미디어 사업자와 종합편성채널 사업 진입에 가능성이 있는 국내 기업, 콘텐츠 사업자 등에 직·간접적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 종합편성채널 사업자의 경쟁 방안에 관한 초기 연구로써 Scenario Network Mapping 방법론을 통해 산업의 변화와 사업자의 경쟁방안을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 신규 사업의 경쟁력확보, 정부의 정책적 지원, 콘텐츠 차별화 성공이 사업 정착의 주요 성공 요인으로, 장기적인 관점에서는 정책적 지원보다는 사업자의 자체 경쟁력이 더욱 중요하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 종합편성채널 사업 도입에 따른 이슈 분석 및 경쟁방안에 관한 초기 연구로 사업 진입을 고려하는 사업자와 정부에게 종합편성채널에 관한 이해를 돕고 전략 방향 설정 등에 유용한 시사점을 제공한다. Recently, a new media reform bill has passed through the National Assembly in Korea. The introduction of comprehensive programming channels that combine news and entertainment programs is expected to have a direct and indirect effect on the media related industry. And it affects not only existing traditional media operators, but also companies that consider entering the comprehensive programming business. This study analyzes the changes caused by the emergence of new businesses and identifies competitive strategies. Using Scenario Network Mapping (SNM) that is a scenario planning methodology for developing an industry network map in a complex environment. As a result of this study, the following competitive factors were identified: new business competitiveness, government policy and support, and content differentiation. This study has significance as an initial study on comprehensive programming channels strategies. It also provides implications to the government and the entrepreneur who is considering starting a comprehensive programming business.
