스테레오 카메라 측정을 이용한 매립장 체적 감시 시스템

이 논문에서는 쓰레기 매립의 표준화 및 고도화를 위한 일환으로 쓰레기 체적을 주기적으로 계산하는 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 카메라 캘리브레이션 이후에 대상체의 표면에 대한 포인트 클라우드(point cloud) 데이타를 얻을 수 있었으며 이것을 제시된 체적 계산 알고리즘의 입력이 된다. 균일(uniform) 및 비균일 삼각 격자 기반 메싱(non-uniform triangular meshing) 방법에 기초한 두 개의 체적 계산 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 알고리즘의 타당성을 시뮬레이션과 실제 현장 실험을 통해 입증하였다.

이탈리아어 분류사에 대한 통사론적 연구

Lo scopo del presente lavoro e di comparare le proprieta sia dei classificatori numerali sia dei classificatori PLACE tra l``italiano e il coreano dal punto di vista delle funzioni, delle forme e della struttura nelle frasi. Diversamente dal coreano, l’italiano e l’inglese sono generalmente considerate lingue prive di classificatori. Pur in assenza di classificatori pronunciati in tali lingue, e possibile postulare l’esistenza di una proiezione funzionale dedicata ai classificatori anche in esse, in base all’ipotesi dell’uniformita interlinguistica universale delle strutture sintattiche. In base a tale ipotesi, ho proposto che l’italiano e l’inglese possiedano dei classificatori silenti. Sulla scia dell’osservazione di Greenberg (1972, 1975), che nota come anche le lingue prive di classificatori pronunciati possiedano in realta degli elementi mensurali espliciti in espressioni come due anni, un miglio, dieci metri, quattro volte, ho dimostrato che gli elementi come anno, miglio, metro, volta, ecc., possono essere maggiormente assimilabili ai classificatori che ai sostantivi. Basandomi sulle analisi di Cinque(2006, 2007) e Kayne(2005, 2014), ho proposto che anche l’italiano possieda in realta un sistema di classificatori. Inoltre ho proposto che esista nei PP una proiezione funzionale ospitante un classificatore PLACE(appunto, il -ccok in coreano, il -side in inglese ed il -canto in italiano). Dal momento che, a livello interlinguistico, le lingue con classificatori non separano i numerali dai classificatori che li restringono, ho proposto che il ClPLACE si configura in tal modo come una controparte di Cl numerali. E mia speranza che il presente lavoro possa rappresentare un contriuto ad una migliore comprensione della sintattica nel dominio delle espressioni dei classificatori.

Lo scopo del presente lavoro e di proporre le proprieta nominali di AxPartP e l’esistenza della struttura possessiva nei PP complessi. Ho mostrato che quando un AxPartP cooccorre con un pronome personale, i PP spaziali devono essere inerentemente associati con una struttura possessiva. Sulla base di Aboh (2010) ho proposto che tale proiezione sia seguita da un KP contenente un marcatore di caso of/di/-uy. Ad esempio, tale KP tende a manifestarsi come elemento pronunciato quando l’AxPartP assume un pronome personale come DP. Seguendo le proposte di Aboh (2010) delle strutture possessive, ho anche suggerito che esieta un KP (o PP) inserito fra DP e AxPartP nei PPspaziali. Dato che AxPart possano derivare da sostantivi relazionali esprimenti parti assiali, regioni di oggetti, nomi di parti del corpo o toponimi, si puo considerare che AxPartP abbiano le proprieta nominali. Stando all’analisi di Kayne (1994), ho proposto che nei PP spaziali, AxPart si comporti come un Possesso, mentre DP oggetto referenziale come un Possessore. Di conseguenza, si puo notare che il marcatore di caso genitivo K°(o marcatore possessivo) puo essere o pronunciato o silente, a seconda delle proprieta delle varie lingue. Poiche sembra plausibile derivare una struttura possessiva nei PP spaziali, come a bycicle of John’s dalla struttura di base John’s bycicle (il che implica che l’DP possesso bycicle si muova ad uno [Spec, FP] collocato sopra l’DP possessore John). Un’analisi dei PP spaziali coreani sembra essere totalmente parallela alla struttura possessiva inglese John’s bicycle. Invece, i PP spaziali in italiano e in inglese mostrano la sequenza AxPartP > DP, inversa rispetto al coreano. Di conseguenza, i PP spaziali in queste lingue sembrano essere generati dal movimento di AxPartP verso sinistra ad una posizione di Spec di una testa funzionale collocata piu in alto di DP.

RFID/LPR 기반 폐기물 매립지 반입관리시스템 개발

본 연구에서는 안성생활폐기물 매립지에 효율적인 매립지 관리를 위한 반입관리시스템을 개발하였다. 데이터베이스 및 시스템 설계에 있어서 표준화를 기본으로 하되 안성생활폐기물 매립지의 특수 상황을 반영할 수 있도록 하였다. RFID 및 LPR을 이용하여 반입차량을 판별하도록 하였으며 이를 기반으로 보다 신뢰성 있는 반입관리를 구현하였다. In this paper, we developed the landfill bringing management system which can help to manage a landfill efficiently. Basically We made efforts to standardize it's system architecture but also considered it's localization to adapt An-sung Landfill's special requirements. We used RFID and LPR systems to distinguish a garbage truck from the others, and could establish more reliable landfill management system with this information.

유기 초음파화학. 초음파가 히드라진, 철, 활성탄을 이용한 방향족 니트로기의 환원반응에 미치는 영향

초음파(50KHz)가 상온 상압하에서 히드라진 철 활성탄을 이용한 방향족 니트로기를 방향족 아미노기로의 환원반응을 크게 가속시켜 3시간만에 100% 전환율을 얻을 수 있었다. 활성탄은 탈색이나 반응성이 큰 물질의 분말을 섞는데 사용되어 왔으나 히드라진 철을 이용한 방향족 니트로기의 환원반응에서는 활성탄 없이는 반응이 전혀 일어나지 않으며 활성탄의 증가에 따라 환원율이 높아지는 결과를 얻었다. Ultrasound(50KHz) accelerated the reduction reaction of aromatic nitro group to aromatic amino group in high yield with mild condition using iron, hydrazine hydrate and activated carbon under room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The activated carbon has been used as a mixing material to highly active metals. However, aromatic nitro group does not reduce at all only with iron-hydrazine witliout adding activated carbon even under ultrasonic irradiation. We also discovered that the conversion yield from nitro group to amino group is directly proportional to the amount of activated carbon.

스테레오 카메라와 비균일 메시를 이용한 체적 계산 알고리즘

이 논문에서는 쓰레기 매립의 표준화를 위한 일환으로 쓰레기 체적을 주기적으로 계산하는 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 안전하고 쾌적한 도시 환경을 조성하기 위해 폐기물 매립 시설은 필요하며 폐기물 부피 관리의 신뢰성 및 용량 정보의 정확성을 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 카메라 캘리브레이션 이후에 대상체의 표면에 대한 포인트 클라우드(point cloud)를 얻을 수 있었으며 이것을 물체의 체적 계산 알고리즘의 입력으로 선택하였다. 비균일 격자(uniformmeshing) 방법에 기초한 체적 계산 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 알고리즘의 타당성을 시뮬레이션과 실제 실험을 통해 입증하였다. 제시된 알고리즘은 쓰레기 매립의 체적 계산 뿐 만이 아니라 삼차원 객체의 일반적인 체적 계산을 위한 알고리즘으로도 사용될 수 있다. In this paper, we proposed the algorithm computes the waste volume periodically for the way of waste repository standard. For the construction of safe and clear urban environment, it is necessary that we identify the rubbish waste volume and we know the accuracy volume. After camera calibration, we obtained the point cloud on the surface of the object and took this as the input of the calculation algorithm of the object volume. We proposed the two volume calculation algorithms based on the triangularmeshing methods and verified the validity of the algorithm through simulation and real experiments. The proposed algorithm can be used not only as the volume calculation of the waste repository but also as the general volume calculation of a three dimensional object.

Android 기반 매립환경 모바일 영상 감시시스템 구축에 관한 연구

생활 폐기물매립지의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 매립장 내 매립작업 진척상황과 매립작업 관리를 24시간 관리 체계를 구축하고 이를 안드로이드 기반 영상감시 시스템과 연계함으로써 시설 관리자의 상시 감시 체계를 완성하였다. 이는 매립 진척 상황과 침출수 관리를 관리사무소의 관제시스템에서만 관찰하게 되어 있어 기상변화와 위급상황에 대처능력이 전무한 실정이다. 이번 연구를 통해서 매립시설 운영자가 외부에 있는 경우에도 매립지 전경 및 침출수 상황을 관찰을 할 수 있도록 모바일 네트워크를 이용해 외부에서도 매립지 관찰을 할 수 있는 스마트폰 앱을 개발하여 24시간/365일 매립지 관찰을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 기본 개념들을 실제 안성시 생활 폐기물 매립장에 적용하기 위한 시스템 아키텍처 및 지능형 CCTV 컨트롤 시스템 스키마 등을 연구하였다.

삼귀고의탕 물추출물의 자연살해세포 활성을 통한 항전이효과

The anti-metastatic activity of water extract of Samguikoeuitang (WSGKE) consisting of Ginseng Radix, Angelicae Radix, Sophora flavescens and Coicis Semenwas examined. Ethanol extract of Samguikoeuitang (ESGKE) showed significant cytotoxicity against colon 26-M3.1 carcinoma cells, while WSGEK did not. However, WSGKE significantly increased the production of IL-6 and IL-12 in thioglycollate-induced macrophages from Balb/c mice, whereas ESGKE did not. WSGKE significantly increased natural killer (NK) cell cytotoxicity against effecter YAC-1 cells in an Effecter cells/Target ratio dependent manner. Also, WSGKE significantly suppressed lung metastasis after i.v. injection of colon26-M3.1 carcinoma cells. Inhibitory effect of WSGKE on lung metastasis totally abolished in NK cells-deficient mice by treatment with anti-asialo GM1 serum. In addition, the combination treatment of cisplatin and WSGKE (100 ${\mu}g$/mouse) prolonged the lifespan of mice inoculated by colon26-M3.1 cell. These findings suggest that WSGKE can inhibit lung metastasis and prolong life span via immunological enhancement as a Biological Response Modifier.
