        In order to go digital broadcasting in Korea, it is conducted various policies in the country which be expanded network, be increased digital broadcasting hours. And broadcasting stations in the country close down analog broadcasting until 2012. Moreover IPTV is a method of delivering broadcast television and on-demand, rich media content that uses an IP(Internet protocol network) as the medium. And an IP is regarded as a very favorable approach for the future "Medium for Digital TV". However It is not easy to replace the entire digital infrastructure. And there are some problems in the digital infrastructure for Digital TV(i.e, channel zapping delay). Moreover user require service. IPMG is to solve these problems. IPMG is digital converter that allows receive and transmit signal by using many kinds of medium for Digital TV. Moreover IPMG provides users a Network PVR service. In this paper we developing, manufacturing IPMG and analyze its performance.

        악성 피부 상피종양에서 유전분 침착

        We examined the amyloid deposit in various malignant cutaneous epithelial tumors by using Dylon stain. Histochemically identifiable amyloid deposits associated with basal cell epitheliomas(BCEs), squamous cell carcinomas(SCCs) and Bowens diseases were studied with monoclonal cytokeratin antibodies and anti-amyloid P antibodies. The results were as follaws, l. Amyloid deposits were detected in 5 of 12 BCEs, 4 of 11 SCCs, 3 of 9 Bowens diseases and 1 of 8 actinic keratoses. Amyloid deposits were not detected in o keratoacanthomas, 2 verrucous carcinomas, 1. Pagets disease and 3 extramammary Pagets diseases. 2. Anti-keratin antibody 34BE12 and anti-amyloid P antibody reacted with amyloid deposits in 3 of 5 BCEs which showed abundant amyloid deposits by Dylon stain. 3. Of 4 SCCs which showed amyloid deposits by Dylon stain, anti-keratin ant.ibody 34pE12 reacted with amyloid deposits in 2 cases and anti-amyloid P antibody reacted with amyloid deposits in 3 cases. 4. Anti-amyloid P antibody reacted with arnyloid deposits in 3 of 3 Bowens diseases which showed arnyloid deposits by Dylon stain. Anti-keratin antibody 34pE12 reacted with amyloid deposits only 1 of them. These findings suggest that epidermal keratins are the percursor substance of amyloid in malignant cutaneous epithelial tumors. The difference of antikeratin staining pattern between BCE-associated amyloid and SCC or Bowens disease-associated amyloid may be the results of difference in development stage of cutaneous amyloids.       • 정사각형 단면채널에 의한 다중채널 MOSFET의 전기적 특성 개선

        우리는 3차원 구조의 정사각형 단면 다중채널을 갖는 금속-산화물-반도체소자를 연구하였다. 다중채널의 단면은 게이트의 채널에 대한 제어력을 향상시키기 위하여 정사각형 모양으로 만들어졌다. 우리는 종래의 다중채널을 트랜지스터와 비교하여 정사각형 다중채널을 갖는 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성을 소개한다. 이 트랜지스터는 3차원 구조에서 채널에서 게이트까지의 균일한 거리를 가지기 때문에, 기존의 다중채널 트랜지스터보다 많은 이점이 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 3차원 소자 시뮬레이션 프로그램인 아틀라스를 활용하여 채널 단면이 20㎚×20㎚와 10㎚×30㎚인 n타입 다중채널 MOSFET의 Id-Vg(Drain current-Gate voltage), Id-Vd(Drain current-Drain voltage) 특성을 시뮬레이션하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 바탕으로 채널이 형성되는 단면의 둘레의 길이는 80nm로 동일하지만 정사각형 단면의 다중채널 MOSFET의 Drain Current가 약 1.3배 증가한 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 채널 길이에 따른 두 소자의 Threshold Voltage, DIBL(Drain Induced Barrier Lowering)과 SS(Subthreshold Swing) 그리고 Mobility를 측정해본 결과, 정사각형 단면의 다중채널 MOSFET의 성능이 개선되었다.

        피지선 모반의 표피에서 케라틴 및 Involucrin 발현

        Thirty two cases of nevus sebaceus were studied by immunohistochemical staining employing three anticytokeratin antibodies(34bE, 34bB, CAM 5.2) and anti-involucrin antibody in order to clarify the biochemical characteristics of the covering epidermis of nevus sebaceus. An attempt was made to compare the expression pattern of these proteins in the epidermis of nevus sebaceus with that in normal skin and in epidermal nevus. Serial sections in all cases were also stained with PAS in attempt to correlate these protein expression with the amount of glycogen in the epidermis of nevus sebaceus. The following results are obtained. 1. The expression of cytokeratin and involucrin in the epidermis of nevus sebaceus was changed as the age of the lesions increased, but we could not identify a uniform pattern according to the age of lesions. 2. Several CAM 5.2 positive cells were found in the basal layer of the epidermis of nevus sebaceus lesion obtained from patients over 10 years of age. 3. The expression of cytokeratin and involucrin did not show any correlation with glycogen content. These results suggest that the covering epidermis of the lesion of nevus sebaceus may not be nevoid proliferation of epidermal nevus. (Kor J Dermatol 1992; 30(3): 279-290)

        나병 피부 병변의 면역조직화학 염색 - 리소짐 및 S - 100 단백 염색상에 대한 연구 -

        Immunohistochemical staining was performed in 20 skin granulomas of 16 patients with leprosy using antisera against lysozyme and S-100 protein. In lepromatous leprosy, lysozyme positive cells and S-100 protein positive cells were rarely found in the dermis. However, the histoid leprosy specimen had large numbers of lysozyrne positive cells and S-100 protein positive cells in granuloma. In borderline group, lysozyme positive cells and S-l00 protein positive cells were found in the dermis. S- 100 protein positive cells were diffusely distributed throughuut the granuloma in borderline lepromatous leprosy, while they were often found in lymphocytic mantle in borderline tuberculoid leprosy. In tuberculoid leprosy, lysozymal staining was encouritered in epitheloid cells and giant cells, but S-100 protein positive cells were predominantly found encircling granuloma. In the epidermis, great numbers of S- l00 protein positive cells were found in tuberculoid leprosy than in lepromatous leprosy.

        피부 악성종양의 임상적 관찰

        A clinical study was made on 148 cases of cutaneous malignant tumors that visited the Department of Dermatology at Seoul National University Hospital during a 11-year period from 1973 to 1983. The results were summarized as follows: 1) The incidence of cutaneous malignant tumors in the total number of outpatients visiting the Department of Derrnatology was 0. 025g. 2) There were 90 cases of male (60. 8p,) and 58 cases of female (39. 2g). The ratio of male to female was l. 55: l. Among the 148 cases of cutaneous malignant tumors, the most frequently observed type was basal cell carcinoma, 58 cases (3j.2 p:). The next most frequent types were squamous cell carcinoma, 42 cases(28. 4g) and malignant melanoma, ]1 cases (7. 4g). We described the clinical characteristics of the patients with basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma that have been observed.

        얼굴에 발생한 Epstein-Barr Virus 감염과 연관된 수포성 발진

        Epstein Barr virus (EBV)-associated vesicular eruptions on the face have been referred to as hydroa vacciniforme or hydroa vacciniforme-like eruptions. It is well recognized that these eruptions develop as a manifestation of T/natural killer-cell lymphoproliferative disorders associated with EBV infection. Although there is strong evidence for the existence of a pathogenic relationship between these eruptions and ultraviolet light exposure, every patient with these eruptions does not show photosensitivity. Over the last 20 years, the author has encountered approximately 30 patients presenting with EBV-associated vesicular eruptions of the face. This review describes the author’s clinical experience of managing EBV-associated vesicular eruptions of the face. (Korean J Dermatol 2018;56(1):1∼9)

        나환자 혈청내의 면역복합체 측정에 관한 연구

        Recent studies indicated that cellular and humoral immune reactions against Afycobacterium leprae may be involved in the development of some of the pathological manifestations. In lepromatous leprosy one might anticipate the formation of immune complexes from concomitant occurrence of large amounts of mycobacteria and corresponding antibodies. Indeed, there are some evidences of an involvement of immune complexes in the pathogenesis of erythema nodosum leprosum(ENL), mainly based on clinical and pathological studies. Some of numerous immune cornplex tests have been applied for the study of leprosy, But no single test has yet been shown to be the rnost sensitive and the most specific for the entire spectrum of circulating immune complexes. Furthermore. Leprosy has been found to differ in its clinical manifestations and immunological behaviors in different geographic areas and races. The authors considered it is necessary to determine the circulating immune complexes in Korean patients with leprosy to evaluate the immune status and the differences in the immunologic reactivity between the lepromatous and the tuberculoid spectrum of Ieprosy.

        대한피부과학회에서의 피부병리학 발전사

        The 22nd World Congress of Dermatology, held in Seoul, marked a milestone in the history of Korean dermatology. It is anticipated that Korean dermatological science will continue noticeable progress in the foreseeable future. At this point in time, I think it is essential to look back upon our previous advancements in various fields of dermatology. Therefore, I reviewed the history of Korean Society of Dermatopathology (KSDP) focused on the activities of Korean Dermatology Association (KDA) members. It includes foundation of KSDP, establishment of dermatopathology symposium, performance of dermatopathology training program, granting research funds of KDA, and academic interchange between the members through periodical study meetings. The KSDP has a relatively long history among member societies under KDA. Therefore, we need to take the initiative and set an example for other members to follow.         UTAUT를 활용한 NFT 잠재적 수용자의 수용의도 영향요인 연구

        NFT는 최근 급성장하며 주목 받고 있는 신기술임에도 불구하고, 소비자 보호와 산업 진흥을 위한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 통합기술수용이론에서 제시된 요인들과 NFT의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 변인들이 NFT의 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 이를 토대로 NFT 자산유형과 암호화폐 투자경험에 따른 조절효과를 규명하였다. 연구대상을 NFT를 사용할 것으로 기대되는 잠재적 사용자로 한정해 연구를 진행하였고, 연구 분석 결과 성과기대, 네트워크 외부성, 혁신성은 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 암호화폐 투자경험과 NFT 자산 유형에 따른 조절효과는 제시되지 않았다. 본 연구를 통해 NFT의 인식이 아직은 사회 전반에 부족하고, 기술에 대한 이해도보다는 개인적 성향이 NFT에 보다 주요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. Although NFTs are a new technology with a fast-growing industry, the studies for consumer protection and promotion are insufficient. Thus, this study analyzes the relationship of variables that affect intention to use NFT based on the UTUAT model, additionally, moderating effect of NFT types and crypto investment experience. Subjects of this study are limited to potential NFT users. The independent variables such as performance expectations, network externality, and innovation are statistically significant, however, the moderating effect is not suggested. With low awareness, the tendencies of subjects lead to adoption rather than technical understanding.
