북한이탈주민의 경찰 이미지 형성에 관한 연구 - 충청남도 거주 북한이탈주민들을 중심으로 -

경찰은 북한이탈주민과 최일선에서 접하면서 우리 사회에 정착하는 과정에 많은 영향을 미치는 기관으로, 북한이탈주민의 경찰 이미지는 정부와 사회전반에 대한 이미지로 연결될 수 있다는 점에서 매우 중요하다. 이 연구는 이러한 관점에서 북한이탈주민의 경찰 이미지 형성실태와 형성요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 충남지역에 거주하는 북한이탈주민 150명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 이중 109명의 응답을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 북한이탈주민은 경찰에 대해 상당한 수준의 긍정적 이미지를 형성하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이미지 구성요소 별로는 봉사성과 민주성이 가장 높았으며 청렴성이 가장 낮았다. 한편, 경찰과 관련된 직접경험에 해당하는 경찰접촉 경험, 범죄피해 경험은 경찰 이미지에 부정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 미디어나 지인간 커뮤니케이션을 통한 간접경험은 경찰 이미지에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 북한에서의 경찰접촉 경험은 우리나라 경찰에 대한 이미지에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 경찰접촉시 북한이탈주민이 가지게 되는 부정적 이미지 해소를 위한 정책적 노력과 함께 북한이탈주민 특성을 고려한 홍보 전략, 경찰관 대상 인식개선교육, 신변보호관제도의 보완 등이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다. The police has a lot of influence on the settling process of North Korean Refugees in South Korea, because the police are the frontline law enforcement agency. The North Korean Refugees’ police image is very important because it can be linked to a positive perception of the government and whole society. In this regard, we empirically analyzed the status of police image formation and influencing factors on the North Korean Refugees’s police images. We conducted a survey of 150 Korean Refugees living in Chungcheongnam-do. And 109 samples was used for our analysis. The results show that the North Korean Refugees have a significant level of positive image for the police. The serviceability and democracy were the highest, and integrity was the lowest. In addition, our regression analysis indicates that police encounter experiences and criminal victim experiences are negatively related to their police images, and indirect experiences through media or intellectual communication is positive related to the police images. On the other hand, the police encounter erperiences in North Korea are positively related to South Korean police images. Based on the our results, we argue that the policy efforts are needed to resolve the negative image of North Korean Refugees who have contacted the police. And the PR strategies considering the characteristics of North Korean Refugees is also needed. And we also recommend education on police officers' awareness about North Korean Refugees and a improvement on personal protection system of police.

초심상담자의 직무스트레스가 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향 : 자기조절능력과 수퍼바이저 지지의 매개효과

본 연구는 초심상담자의 직무스트레스가 역전이 관리능력과의 관계에서 자기조절능력과 수퍼바이저 지지의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 전국의 초심상담자 313명을 대상으로 온라인 및 오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 상관분석을 실시하였고, 3단계 중다회귀분석 및 Sobel test를 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변인 간 상관분석 결과, 직무스트레스와 자기조절양식과는 부적상관을, 의지적 억제양식과는 정적상관을 보였으며, 수퍼바이저 지지, 역전이 관리능력과는 부적상관을 보였다. 또한 자기조절양식과 수퍼바이저 지지, 역전이 관리능력은 부적상관을 보였고, 수퍼바이저 지지와 역전이 관리능력은 정적상관을 나타내었다. 한편, 의지적 억제양식과 역전이 관리능력은 상관을 보이지 않았다. 다음으로 자기조절양식과 수퍼바이저 지지는 초심상담자의 직무스트레스와 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 모두 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 초심상담자가 직무스트레스를 받더라도 스스로 상담 과정에서 일어나는 내적 반응을 조절할 수 있는 능력이 있거나 수퍼바이저로부터 지지를 받는다면 상담 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 역전이 관리능력이 향상될 가능성을 시사한다. This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of self-regulatory ability and supervisor supports on the relationship between novice counselor s job stress and countertransference management ability. To this end, we surveyed 313 novice counselors. The collected data were put into frequency analysis, correlation analysis using SPSS 22.0 program, three-stage multiple regression analysis and Sobel test for verifying the mediating effects. The analysis results of this study were as follows.: First, this study revealed that there was the negative correlation between job stress of novice counselors and self-regulatory style, supervisor supports, and countertransference management ability. And this revealed that there was the positive correlation between job stress of novice counselors and volitional inhibition mode. In addition, this found that there was the negative correlation between self-regulatory style and supervisor support, countertransference management ability. Also, this confirmed that there was the positive correlation between supervisor supports and countertransference management abilitys. Secondly, this study found that self-regulatory mode and supervisor supports completely mediated in the relationship between the novice counselor s job stress and countertransference management ability. Finally, this study suggests that even if the novice counselors are stressed in their work, they would improve their countertransference management ability if they had self -regulatory style and supervisor supports.
