원격탐사자료를 활용한 기상학적 가뭄 시 식생의 생태학적 가뭄 상태 모니터링

기상학적 요인에 의해 발생하는 가뭄은 육상 생태계의 식생에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 기상학적 가뭄이 식생에 영향을 미치는 상태를 식생의 생태가뭄으로 정의하고, 영향 정도를 정량적으로 감시하기 위한 식생의 생태가뭄 상태지수(ecological drought condition index of vegetation, EDCI-veg)를 제안하였다. EDCI-veg는 식생과 기상학적 가뭄 정보 사이의 copula 기반의 이변량 결합확률모델로부터 도출되며, 가뭄이 발생했을 때 현재의 식생 상태가 가뭄으로 인해 얼마나 영향을 받았는지를 수치로 표현할 수 있다. 과거의 기상학적 가뭄 사상과 그에 대응하는 식생 상태를 비교하여 제안된 지수를 살펴본 결과, EDCI-veg는 식생의 생태가뭄을 적절하게 모니터링할 수 있음이 확인되었다. 또한, 원격탐사자료를 활용하여 고해상도의 가뭄 지도를 작성함으로써 생태가뭄 상태를 공간적으로 식별할 수 있었다. Drought caused by meteorological factors negatively affects vegetation in terrestrial ecosystems. In this study, the state in which meteorological drought affects vegetation was defined as the ecological drought of vegetation, and the ecological drought condition index of vegetation (EDCI-veg) was proposed to quantitatively monitor the degree of impact. EDCI-veg is derived from a copula-based bi-variate joint probability model between vegetation and meteorological drought information, and can be expressed numerically how affected the current vegetation condition was by the drought when the drought occurred. Comparing past meteorological drought events with their corresponding vegetation condition, the proposed index was examined, and it was confirmed that EDCI-veg could properly monitor the ecological drought of vegetation. In addition, it was possible to spatially identify ecological drought conditions by creating a high-resolution drought map using remote sensing data.
게임 기반 인성교육 프로그램 개발 방향 탐색: 게임의 문화적 속성과 경험을 중심으로

본 연구는 인성교육 프로그램의 핵심 구인을 생활공간에서 발견된 개인의 ‘불편 함’을 감지하는 공감으로 설정하고 게임을 통한 인성교육 프로그램 개발 방향을 탐색하고자 했다. ‘나’의 생활공간의 문제와 목표 그리고 목표를 달성할 수 있는 해결 방안을 게임 상황에 내재화시켜 게임에 참여하는 구성원이 합의를 통해 문제를 해결 해가는 것으로 인성이 발현될 수 있도록 했다. 게임 기반 인성교육 프로그램을 설계 하기 위해 게임 디자인 원리와 게임 리터러시의 속성을 연구 과정에 적용하였으며, 반복적 게임 디자인 프로세스에 따라 상황과 문제 드러내기(problem setting)- 규칙 만들기(creating rules and roles) - 규칙 수행하기(play party) - 성찰하기(reflect on the party) - 새로운 규칙 만들기(Re-create and combine rules and roles)에 따라 게임을 디자인하였다. 문화로써 게임 경험에 근거한 인성교육 프로그램은 학습자가 자발적이고 능동적으로 ‘자신이 살아가는 공간’의 문제에 접근하여 교실을 모두가 함께 살아가는 생태계의 관점을 갖게 하여 행복하게 살아가는 방법을 직접 찾음으로써 지식으로서 인성을 넘어 실천하는 인성이 발현될 수 있는 인성교육의 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. This study begins a Character education program in empathy that begins with the uncomfortable of individuals found in living space. The learner solves the problems, goals and goals of their living space through the community s consensus process in a game situation. The elements of game design and game design principles were applied for program design, and the research was followed by the iterative design process, the game design process. As a result, phase problem setting - creating rules and roles -play party - reflect on the party - Re-create and combine rules and roles was derived. In the process of repeating the game, learners reproduce the living space according to their strategy. In the course of playing the game, solving the problems that surround you one by one is an opportunity to expand your understanding of the environment and knowledge to solve the problem. The learner will be a player who creates a process, not a spectator to Character education.
응급의료센터에서 아세트아미노펜 과다복용 환자의 검사실 분석 현황: 일개 중독분석실 농도 분석자료 포함

Purpose: Acetaminophen (APAP) is a widely available drug responsible for a large part of drug-induced hepatotoxicity in developed countries. Although acetaminophen overdose cases in Korea are being continuously reported, there are no reports related to the level of this drug in the patient’s blood or of laboratory analysis at emergency departments (ED). This study sought to analyze the acetaminophen overdose cases at a toxicological laboratory and to survey APAP analysis services offered at select EDs. Methods: We analyzed the demographic and analytic data at a toxicological laboratory run by the National Emergency Medical Center (NMC) in 2019-2020. We surveyed the APAP laboratory service in the 38 regional emergency medical centers (EMCs) and 68 local EMCs near the toxicological laboratory. Results: We studied 175 acute poisoning cases (112 women) with positive blood APAP results (mean age 47.0±24.1 years). Suicide attempts comprised 40.0% of the cases and 30.3% APAP overdose events. In the univariate analysis, we observed that patients were significantly younger, with fewer underlying medical diseases. There were a higher number of APAP overdose events, more favorable initial mental status, more toxic quantity intake in the above treatment line group (p<0.05), In multivariate analysis, the toxic amount intake was significantly more frequent in the above treatment line group (p<0.01). Hospital APAP analysis services were available in six EMCs (3/38 regional and 3/68 local). The hospital blood APAP level reporting intervals were shorter than outside-hospital laboratory services (p<0.01, regional 7.0±3.0 vs. 40.6±27.5, local 5.3±3.1 vs. 57.9±45.1 hours). The NMC toxicological laboratory reporting interval was shorter than the other outside-hospital laboratories (p<0.01, regional 5.7±0.6 vs. 50.2±22.7 local 7.5±3.0 vs. 70.5±41.5 hours). Conclusion: Over the treatment line group, toxic amount intake was significantly more frequent. Only six of 106 EMCs have their own APAP analysis service in their hospitals.
