        『대동세어(大東世語)』를 통하여 본 일본에서의 세설체 문학 수용

        지인소설의 창작과 수용 과정에 대해 살펴보던 중, 한국과 일본의 세설체 문학 창작양상의 차이를 발견했다. 두 나라 모두 독서물로 『세설신어』와 세설체 문학을 선호하였으나 한국과 달리 일본에서는 세설체 문학의 창작이 활발했다. 그 이유를 겐로쿠시대의 학문 부흥으로 인한 유학 붐, 오규 소라이 학파의 『세설신어』에 대한 애호, 명나라 때 세설체 문학의 유행의 영향 등에서 찾아보았다. 그 중 효시격인 작품인 『대동세어』는 형식과 내용 측면에서 모두 『세설신어』를 주체적으로 수용한 흔적이 보인다. 체제면에서 『세설신어』의 편목을 거의 그대로 사용하였으나 다섯 편목이 생략되었다. 편목에 맞게 내용을 정리하는 과정에서 작가의 편찬 기준을 볼 때 작가가 의도적으로 몇 편목을 생략했을 가능성이 있다고 추측했다. 내용 면에서는 헤이안 시대의 문학풍토를 바탕으로 하였으나 편찬 기준에서 에도 시대 유학자인 저자의 시각이 반영되어 있다. While explaining the creation and acceptance process of Zhiren Xiaoshuo, I found a difference in acceptance aspect of Korean and Japanese "ShiShouXinYu". Both countries preferred Shishuo-style novel as a reading text, but unlike Korea, the creation of Shishuo-style novel was active in Japan. The reason was investigated by the boom of studying abroad by the revival of the Genroku era, the love of the Ogyu Sorai school's "ShiShouXinYu", the influence of the epidemic of Ming Dynasty literature. Hattori Nankaku's work "Daitoseigo" has traces of subjecting the Shishuo-style novel on its own in terms of both form and content. On the system side, the table of contents of the "ShiShouXinYu" was used almost as it was, but five editions were omitted. In the process of organizing the contents according to the table of contents, when I look at the compilation criteria of the author, I speculated that there was a possibility that the author intentionally omitted some editions. In terms of content, although it was based on the literary climate of the Heian period, it is based on compilation criteria, reflecting the viewpoint of the author, which is a Confucianist in the Edo period.

      • MinION 메타지놈 시퀀싱을 이용한 사람과 가축 간 항생제 내성 유전자 전파에 대한 연구

        The use of Antibiotics in livestock industry can result in the spread of antibiotic resistance among pathogenic bacteria, leading to an increase in the frequency of antibiotic resistant bacteria. Since livestock farms are exposed to the natural environment, they can be a route for transmission of antibiotic resistant genes (ARGs) from livestock feces to the surrounding environment. Additionally, livestock feces are commonly used as fertilizer for various crops through composting process. Advancements in metagenome sequencing and data processing have enabled the analysis of the genomes of microbial communities in different environments. Long-read based MinION sequencing (ONT; Oxford Nanopore Technology, UK) can locate mobile genetic elements (MGEs), such as integrons and transposons that help in the mobility of ARGs. This makes it suitable for comprehensive research on the patterns of ARG propagation. In this study, we used MinION sequencing to analyze the dissemination pattern of ARGs with MGEs in the feces of both human and livestock animals. Livestock feces were collected from four pig farms, five cow farms, five chicken farms and five horse riding grounds on Jeju Island. Five healthy adults donated human feces. All fecal samples were homogenized, freeze-dried, and stored at -80 ℃ until DNA extraction. A total of 72 DNA samples were extracted using the QIAamp PowerFecal Pro DNA Kit (QIAGEN, Germany), and prepared as a library for MinION sequencing, following the manufacturer's instructions. After sequencing, the fastq files were trimmed using Porechop to remove sequencing adapters. ARG-containing reads and bacteria that have these reads were identified using ARGpore2, based on BLASTP. The number of ARG-containing reads were normalized by the number of total nanopore reads. Using the EPI2ME software from Oxford Nanopore Technology, we classified the microbial communities of each sample. Collectively, we found 7, 16, 8, 13, and 2 types of antibiotic classes in humans, pigs, cows, chickens, and horses, respectively. Resistance to aminoglycoside and tetracycline was observed in all samples. In addition, we identified the genetic organization from nanopore reads containing a clinically relevant gene among the detected ARGs. Analyzing these reads will not only allow us to understand the relationship between ARGs and MGEs but also provide the basis for future studies aiming to find, remove, or deactivate ARGs.

        수치모델링을 이용한 서해안 지역에서의 해륙풍 영향권 산정에 관한 연구

        The regional air movement in a coastal area is generated by the different heat capacities of sea and land sides, which is called sea/land breeze. In the west coast area, the local air quality is significantly influenced by this sea/land breeze. In this study, the mathematical model is proposed to estimate the effective area of sea/land breeze. A commercial air model, that is suggested as an alternative air model by USEPA, is introduced to simulate the mechanism of sea/land breeze generation. From this study, it is confirmed that the numerical approach proposed in this study is reliable to predict the effective area of sea breeze in a coastal area. It implies that the current application of common air model needs to be carefully reviewed especially when dealing with a coastal air quality issue. It is also found that the sea breeze in Incheon area has the impact in the range of approximately 24 km in-land side, so-called penetration length.

        독해전략지도(RSBI)와 협동학습법(CLM)을 통한 대학 교양영어 독해력 증진의 효과

        The goal of this study is to investigate how Reading Strategy Based Instruction(RSBI) and Cooperative Learning Methods(CLM) would contribute to promoting L2 learners’ reading proficiency. In order to accomplish this goal, a study was conducted in which 212 college students responded to the Block(1986) and Cohen(1990)’s reading strategy questionnaires that included three sections(local, general, and repair strategies). In this study, subjects were assigned into an experimental group(using general and local strategy) and a control group(using no strategy). For reading strategies, it was found that two experimental groups had more relation of reading comprehension than the control group, and local strategy using CLM turned out to be the prime determining factor in reading proficiency. Also, this study analyzed students’ affective responses(satisfaction, interest, learning difficulties and importance) about cooperative learning using SBI. The result of the investigation above suggests as follows: a teacher’s reading strategy influences a student’s reading comprehension improvement as well as cognition of reading difficulty.

      • 보이텔스바흐 합의의 관점에서 살펴본 민주시민교육으로서 입법교육이 갖는 함의

        헌법상으로 민주주의 이념이 보호받는 국가의 구성원임에도 불구하고 국민 개개인이 투표를 제외하고 주권을 행사하고 있음을 체감하는 순간은 극히 드물다. 공청회와 같이 기존의 참여 형태들은 많은 시간과 노력을 투자해야 하기에 부담감을 느낄 수밖에 없었다. 그런데 최근 청와대 신문고, 국민 청원 게시판이 활성화됨에 따라 사회 변화를 촉구하기 의사를 밝힐 수 있는 장이 확대되고 있다. 그럼에도 국민의 역할은 의견 제안에 그칠 뿐 해결 과정을 모색하는 과정에 직접 참여하는 것이 아니기에 국민이 주권자로서 효능감을 느끼는 경우는 극히 드물다. 교육계에서도 민주시민으로서 역량을 기르기 위한 다양한 교육 활동이 이루어지고 있지만 ‘가상 현실’에 그치고 마는 수업, 유관기관의 비협조적 태도, 교사의 정치적 중립성을 둘러싼 논쟁 등 다양한 한계에 부딪힌다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 민주시민교육을 실현할 수 있는 대안으로 입법교육이 주목받고 있다. 민주시민교육의 근간이 되는 독일의 ‘보이텔스바흐 합의’는 강압 금지의 원칙, 논쟁성 원칙, 학습자 이익 원칙을 골자로 한다. 합의가 공개된 이후 은밀한 방식으로 강압과 교화가 일어날 가능성, 강압과 교화를 피하기 위한 교사의 수동적인 태도, 실제 수업 상황에서 논쟁성의 허용범위, 공동체의 발전에 대한 무관심 등 다양한 비판이 제기되었다. 비판을 극복하고 합의에 근거한 민주시민교육의 실현을 위해서는 교사는 강압과 교화 가능성을 의식하되, 안내자로서 쟁점에 대한 다양한 견해를 소개하여 학생들이 개개인의 관점과 이해관계를 중심으로 쟁점을 분석하는 능력을 기를 수 있도록 해야 한다. 나아가 개인의 이익 실현을 위한 의사결정에 그치지 않고 공동체와의 공생을 모색할 수 있도록 학급, 학교, 지역사회, 국가로 점차 범위를 확대해 나가며 다양한 사회참여 기회를 제공해야 한다. 민주시민교육에 대한 요구를 해소하기 위한 방법으로서 입법교육의 방향성에 대한 논의가 지속되고 있다. 다양한 견해를 열린 태도로 수용하며 합리적인 대안을 도출하는 의사소통의 연속인 입법 절차를 학생들이 경험함으로써 다중관점을 지향하는 민주시민교육의 목표를 실현 할 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 법질서는 고정불변하며 수동적이고 맹목적으로 따라야 한다는 관념을 깸으로써 보다 적극적으로 사회 변화를 주도하는 역량을 길러나갈 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. 하지만 민주시민교육에서 ‘입법 교육’을 강조해야 하는 이유가 설득력을 얻고 입지를 굳히기 위한 학술적인 논의가 아직은 미비하다. 따라 서 민주시민으로서 시민적 효능감을 기를 수 있는 입법 교육의 모형을 개발하는 등 보다 적극적인 시도가 필요하다. 'Beurelsbacher Konsens', which is the basis of democratic citizenship education, is based on Prohibition against Overwhelming the Pupil, Treating Controversial Subjects as Controversial the principle of controversy, and Giving Weight to the Personal Interests of Pupils. After the consensus was released, various criticisms were raised, such as the possibility of overwhelming and edification in a covert way, the passive attitude of teachers to avoid overwhelming and edification, the extent of controversy in actual classroom situations, and indifference to the development of the community. In order to overcome criticism and realize consensus-based democratic citizenship education, teachers should be aware of the possibility of overwhelming and edification, but as a guide, they should introduce various viewpoints on the issues so that students develop their ability to analyze them based on individual perspectives and interests. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide various opportunities for social participation while gradually expanding the scope to classes, schools, local communities, and countries so that they can seek symbiosis with the community, not just making decisions for the realization of individual interests. Discussion on the direction of legislative education as a method to resolve the demand for democratic citizenship education continues. Students will be able to realize the goal of democratic citizenship education aimed at multiple perspectives by experiencing legislative procedures, a series of communication that accepts various views in an open manner and derives reasonable alternatives. Furthermore, it is expected that we will be able to develop our ability to lead social changes more actively by breaking the notion that legal order is fixed and should be followed passively and blindly. However, there is still insufficient academic discussion to gain persuasiveness and solidify the position of the reason for phasizing ‘legislative education’ in democratic citizenship education. Therefore, more active attempts are needed, such as developing a model of legislative education that can foster a sense of civic efficacy as a democratic citizen.

        영어 독해 전략 지도가 학습자 독해 성취도 향상과 메타인지 전략 사용에 미친 영향

        The purposes of this study is to examine whether reading strategy-based instruction (SBI) employing Block's (1986) global and local strategies positively affects the English reading achievement and metacognitive strategy use. The participants comprised 74 learners from two intact classes in a general English course and the researcher used MARSI (Metacognitive Awareness Reading Strategy Instruction) as survey method. The results of the study indicated the following: (1) The explicit reading strategy contributed significantly to reading achievement in the local strategy group but not in the global strategy group. (2) While in the local strategy group, the metacognitive strategy did not have a significant influence on reading achievement, in the global strategy group, the metacognitive strategy (only the Problem-solving strategy) contributed significantly to reading achievement. In tile global strategy group, a strong correlation was observed between reading achievement and metacognitive (PROB) strategy and this results showed meaningful influence on. improving reading achievement. On the basis of these findings, explicit reading strategy-based instruction can be considered an effective teaching activity in learning English as a foreign language.
