A traditional SiNx pattern making processes require PR coating, exposure, develop, etching and PR strip. This causes high equipment cost, running cost and environment pollution. A selective layer direct patterning with mask projection method can be the good alternatives for those typical processes to overcome the above issues. The patterns on a small mask are projected onto a substrate by the almost homogenized beam of UV Excimer laser. This process can ablate only the selected layers clearly by the required depth. The experimental investigations are discussed for obtaining the optimal process condition to ablate selectively the multiple layers in this paper.

Urine incontinence is one of the major health issues among Korean elderly women with the prevalence of 64.2 %. There are many type of products for managing urine incontinence, however, there is no standard of performance test for urine absorbing underwear. The paper aimed to develop performance test methods for urine absorbing underwear. We modified the methods of ISO 11948-1 and KS PA 1012 and applied them to measure maximum absorption volume, short-time liquid release volume, and urine leakage volume. The results of the maximum absorption volume measured were 146.67(±10.95)ml based on short-time liquid release volume, 246.67(±41.47)ml based on leakage, and 325.48(±9.44)g based on ISO 11948-1.
특수교육현장에서의 보조공학지원에 대한 장애학생 부모의 인식 및 요구

본 연구는 특수교육현장에서의 장애학생들의 보조공학기기 사용 실태와 장애학생 부모의 인식 조사를 통하여 특수교육현장에서의 보조공학지원 실태 및 장애학생들의 요구를 살펴보고 이를 보조공학지원에 유용한 자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 특수교육지원센터로부터 보조공학기기를 지원받아 사용한 경험이 있거나 현재 사용 중인 장애학생 학부모 101명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보조공학기기 활용에 대한 전체 평균점수는 3.19로 나타났고, 보조공학기기 만족도에 관한 전체 평균점수는 3.06으로 나타났으며, 보조공학기기 효과에 대한 평균점수는 3.78로 나타났다. 또한 보조공학기기의 정보지원 제공자는 특수학급 교사가 가장 많았고, 보조공학기기 제공 기관은 ‘특수교육지원센터’가 가장 많았으며, 보조공학기기 전달방식은 ‘교사가 학생에게 전달"하는 경우가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 보조공학지원 문제점은 ‘자녀의 장애유형에 맞는 보조공학기기 미비’가 가장 많았고, 보조공학지원 요구에서는 ‘다양한 최신기기 지원’이 필요하다는 응답이 가장 많았다. The purpose of this study is to investigate Assistive Technology(AT) devices utilization status of student with disabilities and recognition of parents of children with disabilities in special education settings. This study surveyed 101 parents of students with disabilities who had experience in using or are currently using AT devices with support from the special education support center. The results were as follows. First, The overall average score about the use of AT devices was 3.19, the overall average score about the satisfaction of AT devices was 3.06, while the average score about the effectiveness of AT devices was 3.78. In addition, information support providers of AT devices had the largest number of special-class teachers, the largest number of AT devices providers were ‘special-education support centers,’ and the most frequently used method of AT devices was ‘teacher to students.’ Second, the biggest problem of AT support was the lack of AT devices suitable for children"s disability types, while the majority of the respondents said that ‘support of various modern AT devices’ was needed in the special education settings for AT support.
