The senses of students on physical education hither to have been analyzed and studied. The results are summarized as follows; 1) Students are looking for the objects of physical training in halt hand human education then in recreations and sports. 2) The interests of students are distinctly declining to be amuse than to dislike and what not to do, and than the results are clealry known. 3) In the attitudes some students take part without objective senses, but most students are joining positively at all times, and especially some kinds of play take effect. 4) Almost students admit high values about the results of physical training and point out the reasons clearly. 5) About school hours B and A groups as well as C group are pointing out "to be insufficient, to be very insufficient", and the increase are desired. 6) About the proportion of school hours most students desire practices 2/3 to theorize 1/3. 7) The desire of guidance to lessons are variable, but generally speaking, the guidance to ball plays are desired. students reckon considerably on guidance for health, expansions of facilities, uniform guidance to all kinds of play, and education to will-attitude. The most remarkable desire is considered the request to apportion school hours C group.

Consecutive administration (P.O.) of Ssang Wha Tang (SWT), a blended Chinese herbal remedy, caused the increase in the systemic clearance (CL_S) and distribution volume at steady-state (Vd_(ss)) of bromosulfophthalein (BSP) and aatipyrine in healthy rats as like in CCl₄-treated rats. SWT did not affect the binding of the drugs to plasma proteins. Assuming that hepatic plasma flow (Q) was not affected by SWT administration, the increase in hepatic intrinsic clearance CL^h_(int) could explain the increase in CLS. The increase in CLS seemed not to be the result of the enhanced enzyme activity for hepatic metabolism of the drugs, but to be the result of increased distribution of the drugs to the liver. In conclusion, SWT seemed to enhance the distribution of some drugs to well-stirred organs like liver and therefore enhare the hepatic elimination of the drugs through metabolism.

Le musée du Louvre s’ouvre le 10 août 1793, sur la base de la collection confisquée du clergé et des immigrés, y compris la collection royale. Le jour, c’est le premier anniversaire de la fête célébrant l’abolition de la royauté. Il y a là la particularité du musée: la plupart des œuvres exposées, qui contribuaient à glorifier le royaume ou le catholicisme, sont considérées, cette fois-ci, comme symbole de la liberté et de la victoire du peuple. Faisant voir le trésor caché auquel les privilégiés pouvaient accéder seuls avant la Révolution, le gouvernement révolutionnaire dit que les œuvres d’art appartiennent au public dorénavant. Selon André Chastel, la Révolution française prend le résidu de l’Ancien Régime pour patrimoine national. Cependant, au début, en ce qui concerne la conservation du patrimoine, il n’y a ni théorie ni la notion de l’exposition même. Nous avons, donc, pour but d’étude d’éclairer la naissance de la notion de l’exposition autour de l’ouverture du Louvre: il s’agit d’examiner l’effervescence du débat et le procès du changement du regard vers les œuvres d’art. Nous suivons, d’abord, comment la notion du musée se forme depuis le mouseion d’Alexandrie jusqu’au XVIIIe siècle. Deuxièmement, nous examinons l’évolution du Louvre, de la forteresse au palais comme centre politique et artistique. Comprendre le changement architectural du Louvre et sa signification symbolique, cela nous donne le fil conducteur grâce auquel nous pouvons nous rendre compte de la stratégie du gouvernement révolutionnaire: le Louvre, témoin de l’Ancien Régime, devient un récipient utile à remplacer le sens originel des œuvres d’art par le nouveau. Dernièrement, nous étudions les diverses disputes, les rapports et les lois, précédant l’ouverture du Louvre. Après la première période où cœxistaient la tentation du vandalisme et la volonté d’ouvrir le musée complet sans éliminer aucune œuvre, la logique de la décontextualisation, petit à petit, l’emporte sur le vandalisme: si l’on expose les œuvres d’art au musée, on peut les voir uniquement au point artistique, en les séparant du contexte historique. Le cible de cette logique est double: conserver les œuvres d’art qui appartenaient aux anciennes valeurs et en inventer une nouvelle histoire favorable à la Révolution à l’appui de l’exposition chronologique des œuvres choisies. Le Louvre devient, ainsi, une école excellente où se complète l’histoire du progrès et de la République.
유기 음이온계 약물의 간내 이행과정에 있어서 Cytoskeleton의 역할에 관한 속도론적 연구

The effects of colchicine on the plasma elimination and biliary excretion of various organic anions in rats were examined. Elimination of indocyanine green (ICG) or rose bengal (RB) from plasma was significantly delayed when rats were treated with colchicine (3 mg/kg body weight) 3 hr prior to the administration of the dye. On the other hand, disappearance of sulfobromophthalein (BSP) or bromophenol blue (BPB) from plasma was not influenced by colchicine. The plasma disappearance and biliary excretion of organic anions were kinetically analyzed based on a compartment model, in which the deep compartment and the unknown disposition are incorporated. The transfer rate constants of ICG or RB, $k_{23}$ (from the liver to the deep compartment) and $k_{3B}$ (from the deep compartment to the bile), were decreased by colchicine, but those of BSP or BPB were not changed. A mechanism for the decrease in the $k_{23}$ and $k_{3B}$ values for ICG and RB might be explained by a inhibition of colchicine to the intracellular cytoskeleton. The hepatocellular distribution of RB or BPB was then determined. BPB mainly distributed to the cytosolic fraction, but RB distributed to each hepatocyte organelle. Taken together. it was suggested that ICG or RB is transported through hepatocytes into bile with the aid of the cytoskeleton, whereas BSP or BPB is handled by hepatocytes in a different way.
