In order to improve driver convenience, electronic tilt&tele column is applied a full sized car. To operate electronic tilt&tele, it needs two motors and one electronic controller. Because of high cost component parts, it’s difficult to apply to a midsize car. Meanwhile, to cope with regulations of fuel efficiency and emission, Motor driven power steering system is applied to a full sized car from a small car. But MDPS also consist of high cost component parts(motor and electronic controller). This paper proposed the MDPS Motor-driven electronic tilt&tele column system which has single motor and an integrated electronic controller and introduced the detailed design study and evaluation results.

An officitel has many units separated which people may use as office, residential, or mixed of the both at their own discretion. Based on the building code, the building type is considered an office, not residential. During past 10 years, the number of such structure has been rapidly raised in downtown areas, and many of them have been used as residential. Using officitel as residential can lead people living to the region transformed 24hour city, but may prompt the shortage of commercial zoning where urban planning has reserved for commercial or office uses. Urban planning and design should manage the discord of the building code and real uses for achieving their goals. This study tries to understand the patterns of using offictels, because there are only rare data and studies regarding the figure and making hard to deal with officitel issues. With literature review and survey, this research show that people using officitel as residential, office, or mixed have similar demographics and satisfaction, but different using patterns in terms of the size, lodging, cooking and the distance between office and home. This study give several features regarding officitels which are very common, but rare in understanding. With shortage of related data, previous studies, and survey samples, the results is limited, and following studies are needed for suitable decision making on officitels.

Over the past decade land reclamation has become a common practice in many parts of the world including Korea, Japan, China, and Hong Kong. The seabed along the shore lines of these regions is typically thick marine sediments. The hydraulic fill used for land reclamation is often dredged form the seabed. In the ground improvement, the most important thing is settlement estimation. Construction period, costs and stability of structure are influenced by settlement estimate result. But, to foreign case as well as domestic specially, in the case of dredging reclamation The error is happening fairly greatly between predicted and measured settlement. Serviceability limit states are controlled by the deformations that structure can undergo. This aspect involves a correct design of foundations to ensure that the supported structure fulfills it functions. This paper deals with the prediction of settlement of soft ground. An analysis of some currently used methods to estimate settlements is presented.

This paper describes steering returnability by analyzing forces applied to kingpin axis in limit cornering condition. The steering returnability is related to force applied to kingpin axis. These forces could be classified by its source: Tire force and Steering force. The tire force is the force generated from tire such as longitudinal, lateral, vertical force, and self-aligning torque. The steering force consists of friction force and assist force. These forces are vectorized by suspension geometry and calculated with respect to kingpin axis. The simulation results are correlated with measurement data and verifies that steering returnability is formulated by tire forces and steering forces. This study proposes new steering control logic at limit driving condition This logic is verified by simulation model to check performance and confirmed in various test conditions for robustness..

한계상태이론을 이용한 시멘트 고화처리 점토에 대한 구성 모델

연약지반 개량을 위한 시멘트의 사용은 깊은 심도의 점토 지반을 개량하는데 일반적으로 사용되는 기술이 되었다. 시멘트는 지반의 강도를 증가시키고 압축성을 감소시키는 역할을 한다. 시멘트-흙 혼합물의 강도 증가에는 여러 가지 요소가 있는데 이중 대표적인 것은 시멘트량, 흙의 종류, 함수비, 양생시간 등을 들 수 있다. 시멘트 첨가량이 적은 경우, 전단 강도증가는 기본적으로 시멘테이션 효과로 인한 점착력의 증가에 의한 입자들간의 마찰력으로부터 발생한다. 이러한 거동은 과압밀된 흙의 거동과 유사함을 볼 수 있다. 시멘트량이 많은 경우, 강도 증가의 주원인은 입자간의 물리적 결합에 기인하는데 이는 연약한 암석과 비슷한 거동을 한다. 시멘트 고화처리 흙의 응력-변형 거동을 분석하기 위해 한계상태 이론을 적용하였다. 그리고, 토립자간의 시멘테이션 효과를 반영하기 위해 새로운 한계상태 파라메타를 도입하였으며 시멘트 고화처리 점토의 거동을 분석하기 위한 새로운 한계상태 모델을 제시하였다.
