국내 모바일 간편결제 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

스마트폰의 대중화에 힘입어 모바일 결제 시장이 급속히 성장하고 있다. 전자금융거래시 공인인증서 의무사용이 폐지됨에 따라 패스워드만으로 결제 가능한 간편결제가 속속 시장에 진출하고 있으나 확산속도는 그다지 빠르지 않다. 왜냐하면 소비자들의 개인정보유출 및 보안에 대한 우려, 결제 습관의 변화 기피, 소비자 보호 미흡, 결제인프라의 부족, 각종 규제 등으로 인하여 간편결제가 활성화되지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 최근 글로벌 IT기업들이 모바일 결제시장에 경쟁적으로 진출하고 있으며 이는 핀테크 혁신에서 뒤처지면 향후 생존이 위태로울 수 있다는 위기감과 폭발적으로 성장하는 모바일 결제시장의 주도권을 차지하겠다는 심리가 작용하고 있는 것이다. 이런 상황 속에서 우리의 간편결제가 외국에 종속되지 않고 독자적인 성장을 하기 위해서는 철저한 준비와 많은 노력이 필요하다, 본 논문에서는 간편결제의 본격 시행을 앞두고 국내 모바일 간편결제의 문제점을 짚어보고 활성화 방안으로 유연하고 차별적 보안, 소비자 보호체계 구축, 법제도 정비, 서비스의 차별화 등을 제안하였다. Thanks to popularization of smart phone, mobile payment market is growing rapidly. As the obligatory use of digital certificate is abolished, easy-to-use payment that can settle with only password is being launched one after another. But its spreading speed is not fast highly. Because of concern about personal information leakage and security, unchangeability of payment habit, insufficiency of consumer protection, inadequacy of payment infrastructure and all sorts of regulations, easy-to-use payment is not activated. Recently global IT companys are entering mobile payment market competitively. It is because the sense of crisis that their survival can be dangerous from now on if they get left behind Fintech innovation and the mentality that they try to take the leadership of mobile payment market process. In this situation, the thorough preparation and a lot of effort are required to promote our autonomous easy-to-use payment growth without dependance on foreign country's. In this paper, the problems of local mobile easy-to-use payment are addressed in depth and the activation measures such as flexible and discriminative security, construction of customer protection system, law system maintenance, service differentiation are proposed.

병렬 적응 NLMS 알고리즘을 이용한 Echo Canceller

본 논문에서는 전이중 디지탈 가입자 선로 모뎀에서 사용될 수 있는 새로운 echo canceller를 제안하였다. 제안된 echo canceller는 적응알고리즘으로 NLMS알고리즘에 기반을 둔 병렬적응(parallel adaptation) NLMS 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 2개의 NLMS과정으로부터 비정체성 대 부가잡음비의 추정치를 구하고 이로부터 최적수렴제어 파라미터를 선택하는 PA-NLMS알고리즘을 유도하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과 제안된 PA-NLMS 알고리즘은 가장 빠른 NLMS의 수렴속도와 비슷하였으나 misadjustment at convergence(MAC) 성능에서는 상당히 우수함을 보였다. This paper proposes a new echo canceller that can be used in a full-duplex digital subscriber loop modem. The proposed echo canceller uses a NLMS-based parallel adaptation NLMS (PA-NLMS) algorithm. The PA-NLMS algorithm that an estimate of the nonstationarity to additive noise ratio (NNR) gained from two distinct NLMS processes is used to select the value of NLMS convergence-controlling parameter has been developed. Numerical results based on computer simulation show that the proposed algorithm has a convergence rate approaching that of the fastest possible NLMS process while improving on its MAC performance considerably.

피뢰기를 고려한 자가용 전기설비 인입선로의 직류누설전류시험에 관한 연구

Private electrical facilities are judged whether it is suitable for the insulation aging condition of their incoming underground cables using DC leakage current test method. In the case where the service point of utility is the secondary side of cut out switch installed in the electric pole, there is a problem that it is difficult to separate the lightning arresters(LA) because of their high position of the pole. Therefore, the field test voltage is applied at value lower than DC 30 kV, which are stated in the inspection guideline. However, this test could reduced the insulation performance of the LA by accelerating the electrical stress of the metal oxide varistor element in the pre-breakdown region. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the DC test voltage and the leakage current using the non-destructive DC high voltage equipment with leakage current measurement function. The results show that the leakage current increases sharply above the specified test voltage. As a consequence, it could be contributed to improve insulation aging inspection method by selecting the possible test area on the VI characteristic curve of the pre-breakdown area of the LA.

Freud has contributed much to the change that separated early and late 20th century. He remarkably broadened the horizon of thought, revealing that in modern ways of thought, which focused only on reason as consciousness, the unconscious had already been operating. Deleuze and Guattari complimented what Freud had discovered: desiring production, or unconscious production. At the same time, however, they criticized that he returned to the Oedipus triangle as soon as he found out the technique of molecular variety which the unconscious have. That means, for Freud, desire and the unconscious had to be repressed, and the key mechanism of the repression was the Oedipus complex. However, Deleuze and Guattari says desiring means, essentially, the becoming itself. In addition, it has an attribute to ceaselessly deterritorialize, not inhabiting in a certain code. The movie the ‘Dreamer’(2003) by Bernardo Bertolucci shows that how desire is being repressed as the name or taboo of a father in Oedipus triangle. The twins in the movie, Teo and Isabel, spontaneously reproducing Oedipus complex in the triangle, have a sense of incestive guilty from loving each other as a brother and a sister. Also, it has the same context of how France coded people's desire and the flow of desire in 1960s. However, its free flow as the producing desire continously try to escape the Oedipus codification; Teo and Isabel follows the flight line of desire, leaving themselves on their flow of desire. This is the power which enabled them to break the repression of the structure of Oedipus triangle and triggered the revolution in 1960s. That is, desiring machines leads revolution; or the machines themselves are, the liberation of desire is revolution. In the end, every revolution is a movement which let the desire freely escape by itself.

노후 IV 전선의 절연파괴시험에 따른 통계적 수명 추정

In this study, the dielectric breakdown test was performed on the aged PVC insulated wires and the statistical life was estimated using the log-normal distribution probability. The sample is a 450 / 750V single-core PVC insulated wire collected from the inspection field. The AC dielectric breakdown test is conducted for three life groups of 0, 19, and 34 years to verify the change in the electrical insulation performance. The failure criterion assumes 50 % of the minimum design dielectric strength of IEC 60216-1, and the lifetime distribution is based on the lognormal distribution. The lifetime-dielectric breakdown voltage relation equation was derived from the linear fitting function of the percentile B50 of each life group. As a result, the breakdown voltage distribution by life group showed that the insulation strength of the IV wire decreased as the service life increased. As a result, three aging groups have shown that the insulation resistance performance of PVC insulators on IV wires decreases with longer service periods. And the life expectancy of PVC insulators of the IV wires according to the failure judgment criteria (50 ∼ 90 %) and failure rate (1 % and 50 %) is calculated from the relationship equation. As a result, the failure criteria and high failure rates confirm that the failure life is short.

최승호 시에 나타나는 분변성에 대한 저급유물론적 접근 ― 1980년대 최승호 시를 중심으로

80년대 최승호 시는 삶 · 생명을 억압하는 문명에 대해 비판적 발화를 하고 있다. 문명사회의 억압적 구조에 갇힌 삶의 형상들의 소외를 그리며, 이를 배설물, 오물, 사체(시체, 송장), 버려진 태아, 고깃덩어리 등을 통해 묘사한다. 본고는 최승호 시를 문명 비판적 관점으로 한정하여 논의하는 것이 인간 중심, 주체 중심의 단선적인 관점임을 지적하고, 이에 바타유의 저급유물론과 크리스테바의 아브젝트 개념으로 최승호 시를 독해하고자 한다. 저급유물론은 어떤 대상의 저급하고 물질적인 측면을 강조하는데, 이러한 탈위계화의 가장 하락한 예시가 아브젝트이다. 최승호는 시에서 인간의 분변성을 부각하며 인간을 배설물 · 오물로 파악한다. 이러한 관점은 인간에 대한 승격화된 측면을 해체한다. 또한 생명/죽음, 인간/오물, 생물/시체의 구분 불가능성을 역설하며 인간 중심성, 주체 중심성과 궤를 같이하는 인식론적 이분법에서 탈피하게 한다. 또한 최승호 시는 죽음과 부패의 다양한 양상들을 다루며 문명이 생물학적 · 사회적으로 인간을 불활성화시키면서 삶 속 죽음의 상태에 처하게 함을 드러내고 있다. 하지만 생명과 죽음의 불활성화 문제에도 불구하고, 무인칭, 고깃덩어리 등의 저급유물적 존재들은 고통과 죽음의 공통성 안에서 ‘타자’를 경험할 수 있게 한다. 최승호의 아브젝트-분변의 강조는 아브젝트를 격리 은폐시키는 인식 구조의 경계를 아브젝트가 가진 인식 불가능성, 구분 불가능성의 불편함을 통해 흐트러뜨리며, 다른 존재로의 이행 가능성을 타진하는 것이다. Choi Seung-ho’s poem in the 1980s is critically speaking about a civilization that suppresses life. It depicts the alienation of the forms of life trapped in the repressive structure of a civilized society, and describes it through excrement, filth, corpse, abjected fetus, and chunks of meat. This paper points out that the discussion of Choi Seung-ho’s poems limited to a critical point of view of civilization is a one-sided view of human-centered and subject-centered ones, and thus attempts to read Choi Seung-ho’s poems using Georges Bataille‘s Base Materialism and Kristeva’s Abject. Base Materialism emphasizes the low-level and material aspects of something, and the most declining example of such de-classification is Abject. Choi Seung-ho stresses human fecality in his poems and identifies humans as excrement and filth. This perspective deconstructs the elevated aspect of humans. In addition, it emphasizes the indiscernibility between life/death, human/excrement, and living/corpse, and breaks away from human centrality, subject centrality and epistemological dichotomy. In addition, Choi Seung-ho’s poems deal with various aspects of death and decomposition, revealing that civilization inactivates humans biologically and socially, putting them in a state of death in life. However, despite the problem of inactivation of life and death, base materialistic beings such as impersonality and chunks of meat allow us to experience the other in the commonality of pain and death. Choi Seung-ho’s emphasis on abject-fecality disrupts the boundary of the cognitive structure that isolates and conceals Abject through the discomfort of cognition/classification impossibility inherent in Abject. And it is to explore the possibility of transition to another being.
