노인의 인지건강 증진을 위한 운동시설 설계 및 운동프로그램 적용 현장사례연구

본 연구는 현장사례연구를 통해 인지건강 디자인을 적용한 운동시설 및 공간의 구성과 연계 운동프로그램을 실행한 사례를 심층적으로 살펴보고, 실행과정 및 결과에서 나타나는 현상과 의미를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, G시의 N노인복지관을 선정하여 9개월 동안 인지광장과 인지둘레길을 조성하고, 12명의 노인을 대상으로 5주 동안 인지건강 운동프로그램을 시행하였다. 공간 설계와 조성, 인지건강 운동프로그램 실행과정과 결과에 대해 참여관찰과 면담, 문서자료 등의 자료를 수집하고, 귀납적 내용분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 먼저, 인지건강 운동시설 및 프로그램 체험 과정에서 참여자들의 인지건강에 대한 중요성과 시급성이 나타났으며, 자신과 세계를 연결해주는 통로로써 운동의 기능을 새롭게 인식한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 열린 공간으로서 인지광장과 인지둘레길의 효과성을 인식하였으며, 생각하며 움직이는 과제를 통해 인지·정서적 변화를 체험한 것으로 나타났다. 더불어, 인지건강 운동프로그램의 효과성 증진을 위해서는 프로그램 접근성과 지속성의 강화, 인지건강 디자인과 운동의 결합, 융합적 접근이 요구됨을 제언하였다. 이러한 결과들은 노인의 인지건강 증진을 위한 운동실행 환경 조성과 운동프로그램 구성에 방향성과 구체적인 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to explore the case of sports facilities and exercise programs to which cognitive health design is applied and to examine the phenomena and meanings appearing in the execution process and results. To this end, N elderly welfare center in G city was selected to build a cognitive health square and a cognitive health trail for 9 months, and a cognitive health exercise program was implemented for 10 elderly people for 5 weeks. For data collection, participatory observation, interview, and documentary data collection were conducted on the spatial design and composition, and the cognitive health exercise program execution process and results, and the data were analyzed through inductive content analysis. First, in the course of experiencing cognitive health exercise facilities and programs, the importance and urgency of participants' cognitive health appeared, and it was found that they recognized the function of exercise as a pathway to connect themselves and the world. In addition, it was found that cognitive health square and walking track were recognized as effective as open spaces, and cognitive and emotional changes were experienced through the task of thinking and moving. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the cognitive health exercise program, it is suggested that program accessibility and sustainability, a combination of cognitive health design and exercise, and a convergence approach are required. These results can provide directions and specific guidelines for the creation of an exercise execution environment and exercise program for the improvement of cognitive health of the elderly.

뷰티서비스업 종사자의 다차원적 이직 결정요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

뷰티서비스산업은 모든 업무가 1대1 맞춤 서비스로 이루어지는 인적자원의존도가 높은 노동 집약적인 산업이다. 하지만 뷰티산업의 급성장으로 사업체수가 증가하고 매장마다 인력수급이 필요한 관계로 이직이 용이해 지고 있다. 따라서, 경쟁력 확보를 위해 우수한 인력의 수급과 유지가 경영의 성패를 좌우하는 가장 큰 요인으로 부각되고 있다. 뷰티산업에서도 이러한 인력난을 인식하고 많은 이직 관련 연구가 이어지고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 연구들이 특정부분에만 초점을 두고 단일차원의 변수와 이직의 영향관계를 검증하는 연구로 이직의 원인을 전반적으로 파악하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 뷰티서비스업 종사자의 이직 요인을 다차원적으로 알아보기 위한 선행연구로 타 산업의 이직 관련 선행연구를 분석하여 이직 요인을 탐색하고자 한다. 이에 이직 및 이직의도의 결정요인을 다차원적으로 파악한 박사학위논문 20편을 선정하여 분석하였으며, 결과 6개의 다차원적 상위요인과 60개의 하위요인을 이직 결정요인으로 탐색하였다. 향후 도출 된 다차원적 이직 요인을 기반으로 뷰티서비스업 종사자를 대상으로 이직 결정요인을 파악한다면 체계적이고 효과적인 인적자원관리 전략 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The Beauty industry has a high level of dependence on human resources, and all services from customer coming and leaving is required to one-on-one customized services. As growth rate and employment rate increase, securing an outstanding workforce is more important to succeed in business. A recent study shows that the beauty industry is aware of the problems about turnover. However, most research results determine the correlation of a single variable with turnover, which has limits to understand comprehensive cause of turnover. Therefore, this study is a precedent study to find out the factors of turnover of the beauty service industry. In this study, 20 doctoral dissertations were selected and analyzed in order to find out the determinants of turnover and turnover intention, Results Six top factors and 60 sub factors were searched for turnover decision factors. Based on the multidimensional turnover determinants derived in the future, understanding the determinants of turnover in the beauty service industry will contribute to the establishment of a systematic human resource management strategy.

헤어미용실의 보상시스템과 조직유효성 관계에서 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과 분석

This study attempted to investigate the effects of a compensation system on organizational effectiveness and to determine if Psychological Ownership mediates the relationship between the two variables through empirical analysis. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on a total of 315 employees working in Hair Beauty Shop which has over 5 employees in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi over one year. The survey results found that compensation system had a positive effect on organizational effectiveness and Psychological Ownership, and Psychological Ownership also had a positive effect on organizational effectiveness. In addition, the empirical analysis found that compensation system and Psychological Ownership are important variables for the effects of organizational effectiveness, and Psychological Ownership plays a mediating role between compensation system and organizational effectiveness. The study results revealed the following: The Hair Beauty Shop should realize and motivate Psychological Ownership to make organizational effectiveness Compensation system should include organizational vision and goal, and improve in rationality. Also, Hair Beauty Shop should improve organizational culture for employees to motivate Psychological Ownership. Lastly, limitations and future work are discussed.

정신병동 이용자의 물리적 공간 환경 경험과 인식

본 연구는 주의 깊게 디자인된 의료기관의 물리적 공간이 치유적 도구로 기능할 수 있다는 연구결과가 축적된 상황에서, 안전성, 사생활보호, 심미성, 편리함, 소통, 쾌적성의 여섯 가지 치유적 디자인 요소를 중심으로 입원 경험자와 병동 치료진대상 초점집단 인터뷰를 수행하고 유형화하였다. 연구참여자들은 자타해위험 예방중심의 안전성 요소에 치중하여 여타의 치유적 디자인 요소는 거의 갖추지 못한 환경에서 치료받거나 근무하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 정신병동 공간환경 개선 필요성 및 개선 방안을 제시하였다. Research now shown that the well-designed physical environments of hospitals can affect health, including physiological, psychological, clinical and behavioral effects. This study reports findings from focus-group interviews on the experiences of hospitalization from 5 former inpatients and 5 psychiatric hospital staffs. Interview results were analyzed and classified based on the previous studies. It was found that the physical devices and facilities that were designed to prevent various accidents and to enhance safety have priority over all other healing design elements promoting convenience, attractiveness, social-recreational opportunities, privacy, and human rights. Based on the results, practical directions for improvement were suggested.

장애인 거주시설 이용자들의 여가활동공간 활용실태와 개선방안

The purpose of this study is to analyze the space condition and suggest the improvement plan of leisure activities for users in the disabled residential facility. The results of this study are the followings; First, Necessary for educational activities desk, chairs, storage furniture seems to have placed the necessary educational materials. Second, In the case of a computer room were placed in a computer that can be used can be seen that the provision of extra space. Third, Movies are utilizing audio-visual equipment should be designed to be made. Forth, Indoor sports activities that can provide a space for leisure activities and walks may be possible to know the composition of outdoor space required.

지적장애인 거주시설의 여가활동공간 현황 및 개선방안

The purpose of this study was to investigate the present condition of the leisure activity spaces which enable the social activities including the rehabilitation and self-reliance of disabled people in the residents with intellectual disabilities. As a research method, we conducted field surveys and in-depth interviews with 7 managers and analyzed the problems and requirements of the space where the detailed program based on the three types; urban, suburban, and rural type. Major findings are as follows; first. facilities with more than 30 persons in the establishment and operation standard of the intellectual disability resident need to review the necessity of additional leisure activity space in addition to the group activity room. Second, as an improvement plan of leisure space according to location characteristics, in case of urban type, leisure activities using nearby community facilities need to be activated. At this time, it is necessary to utilize a part of the living room space and multipurpose utilization method of the group activity room for various activities.. In the case of suburban type, it is necessary to plan a space for cultural activities in the facility. In this case, a multi-purpose space plan is needed as a recreational activity showing the most favored preference and soundproofing ability for film viewing and being combined with other leisure activities. In the case of the rural type, it is necessary to secure a space for the intellectual disabled people and the community residents to perform cultural activities such as watching movies in the facility. When the use of the living room is necessary for leisure activity, it is needed to group the intellectual disabilities and make a space plan divided by the partition for various detailed programs.
