The as-grown $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ superconducting thin films on MgO(100) substrate have been prepared by a reactive coevaporation method. The superconducting transition temperature, surface morphology and crystalline quality were examined as a function of the substrate temperature ranging from $450^{\circ}C$ to $590^{\circ}C$. From the reflection high energy electron diffraction (RHEED) analysis, it was found the film consisted of almost amorphous phase with a halo pattern deposited at the substrate temperature of $450^{\circ}C$. The film deposited at the substrate temperature of $510^{\circ}C$ consisted of polycrystalline phase, showing a broad ring pattern. On the other hand, for the film deposited at $590^{\circ}C$, RHEED showed spotty pattern indicating that this film consisted of single crystal phase. It has rough film surface due to the surface outgrowth. The surface outgrowth increased as the substrate temperature increased from $510^{\circ}C$ to $590^{\circ}C$. the surface outgrowth may be due to the anisotropic growth rate. The highest transition temperature obtained in this study was $Tc_{zero}$ of 83K with $Tc_{onset}$ of 88K for the film deposited at $590^{\circ}C$ using activated RF oxygen plasma.

Currently, with the in-depth development of China’s economic system reform, more and more enterprises are developing towards modern enterprise management mode. If enterprises want to maintain lasting competitiveness, they must strengthen the reserve and management of employees, that is, while retaining talents, find ways to effectively compensate them, stimulate their enthusiasm for work, and then improve their performance, and finally achieve a win-win situation between employees and enterprises. Based on the compensation and job performance issues between SMEs and employees in the current Chinese cultural context, this paper, on the premise of describing the current status of research and research methods, systematically defines intrinsic compensation, extrinsic compensation, job satisfaction, and job performance from multiple dimensions and perspectives, and then explains the relevant theoretical research results between each factor. Based on the hypothesis and research model, we analyze the influence paths of each variable empirically by means of questionnaires to further unveil the “black box” of compensation affecting job performance, and finally propose countermeasures to optimize the compensation mechanism of China’s SMEs with the aim of employee performance improvement. Finally, we propose a countermeasure analysis to optimize the company’s compensation mechanism for the purpose of employee performance improvement in China’s SMEs, in order to help China’s SMEs know what factors to start from to develop compensation strategies to compensate employees in a targeted manner, so as to improve employee job satisfaction and job performance more effectively.
부모의 심리적 통제가 청소년의 또래관계에 미치는 영향: 관계적 공격성과 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과

This study investigated the role of relational aggression and internalized shame on the relationship between parental psychological control and peer relationships; a cross-gender analysis was also conducted. Participants included 595 adolescents who were recruited from middle and high schools in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and Ulsan. Results showed that relational aggression fully mediated the relationship between the parental psychological control and peer relationships; internalized shame fully mediated the relationship between the parental psychological control and peer relationships. The study also revealed that higher parental psychological control resulted in higher levels of internalized shame; specifically, relational aggression negatively affects peer relationships. According to multiple group analyses regarding gender differences, disparities were found in the effects of maternal psychological control on internalized shame. Based on these results, implications, limitations and suggestions for future research are discussed. 본 연구는 부모의 심리적 통제를 부의 심리적 통제와 모의 심리적 통제로 나누어 또래관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 이 과정에서 관계적 공격성과 내면화된 수치심의 영향력을 탐색하고자 하였다. 또한 청소년의 성별에 따라 변인들 간의 구조적 관계에서 차이가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구, 경북, 울산 지역의 중, 고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 660명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 595명의 자료를 최종 분석대상으로 하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 부모의 심리적 통제와 또래관계에서 관계적 공격성, 내면화된 수치심 각각의 매개효과가 나타났으며, 부모의 심리적 통제가 내면화된 수치심과 관계적 공격성을 통해 또래관계에 영향을 미치는 이중매개의 효과도 나타났다. 청소년 성별에 따른 구조적 관계의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 모의 심리적 통제가 내면화된 수치심으로 가는 경로에서 남녀의 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 여학생이 남학생보다 모의 심리적 통제의 영향을 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 추후 연구에 대한 함의를 논의하였다.

Background: The costliness index (CI) is an index that is used in various ways to improve the quality of medical care and themanagement of appropriate treatment in medical institutions. However, the current calculation method for CI has a limitation inreflecting the actual medical cost of the patient unit because the outpatient and inpatient costs are evaluated separately. It isdesirable to calculate the CI by integrating the medical cost into the episode unit. Methods: We developed an episode-based CI method using the episode classification system of the Centers for Medicare andMedicaid Services to the National Inpatient Sample data in Korea, which can integrate the admission and ambulatory care cost toepisode unit. Additionally, we compared our new method with the previous method. Results: In some episodes, the correlation between previous and episode-based CI was low, and the proportion of outpatienttreatment costs in total cost and readmission rates are high. As a result of regression analysis, it is possible that the level of totalmedical costs of the patient unit in low volume medical institute and rural area has been underestimated. Conclusion: High proportion of outpatient treatment cost in total medical cost means that some medical institutions may haveprovided medical services in the ambulatory care that are ancillary to inpatient treatment. In addition, a high readmission rateindicates insufficient treatment service for inpatients, which means that previous CI may not accurately reflect actual patient-basedtreatment costs. Therefore, an integrated patient-unit classification system which can be used as a more effective CI indicator isneeded.
