        Ureteral Obstruction Caused by Aspergilloma in a Non-Immunosuppressive Patient

        Although rarely, aspergillosis can cause obstructive uropathy. This generally occurs in patients with immunosuppressive conditions. Herein, we report a case of aspergilloma that caused ureteral obstruction in a 79-year-old man with no immunosuppressive conditions. A computed tomography revealed that his left pelvocalyceal system and ureter showed mild dilation, without a definite obstructive lesion. The fungal bezoar was removed using an ureteroscopy. The patient was successfully treated with antifungal medication.

        군 초급간부의 직무행태와 조직성과에 관한 연구

        This paper was reviewed previous studies related to the military organizational performance, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, leadership, communication, etc. affected organizational performance, the strategic priorities how to get to the military organization management with priority settings sought to evaluate the direction. Job Behavior of Elementary officials the results of the empirical analysis of the impact of military organizational performance, Communication (= 0.425), leadership (= 0.409), organizational commitment (= 0.089), had a job satisfaction (= 0.026). From each of the configuration variables in each job behavior factors. As a result of the regression analysis to examine the degree of military influence organizational performance; Pride and self-esteem(= 0.415) among organizational commitment factor ; Among the factors that make the job satisfaction factors of firm advice and assistance(= 0.707) to job performance and overall satisfaction (= .248) for the job were identified as important factors. Vision for the future of the organization(= .297) from the leadership factor, reward and praise(= 0.603) due to business performance, among the factors that make up the communication will solve the problem through cooperation between the members (=. 767), it was confirmed that the major factors that can increase the military organizational performance. In present job behavior management direction of entry officers for military organizations improve performance as follows. Increasing number of ways and the pride of the military organization of the Elementary officials, seeking a management plan focused on improving working conditions for military organizational performance of entry-level cadres, and charismatic leadership and management practices as well as praise and reward executives for beginners through transactional leadership with regard, explore interpersonal communication strategy that is based on the center of the county mutual trust between the organization, including the entry-level executives are required. 본 연구는 군 조직성과와 관련한 선행연구들을 검토하여 조직몰입, 직무만족, 리더십, 커뮤니케이션이 군 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 전략적 우선순위 설정을 통한 군 조직관리를 어떻게 해 나가야 할 것인가에 대한 방향을 모색해보고자 하였다. 초급간부의 직무행태가 군 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 결과 직무형태중 커뮤니케이션(=.425), 리더십(=.409), 조직몰입(=.089), 직무만족(=.026)의 순으로 나타났고, 직무행태 요인별로 각각의 구성변인들 중, 군 조직성과에 대한 영향력 정도를 살펴보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 조직몰입 요인 중에서는 해당 부대 구성원으로서의 긍지와 자부심(=.415)이, 직무만족 요인을 구성하는 변인중에는 상사의 직무수행에의 자문 및 도움(=.707) 그리고 직무에 대한 전반적 만족(=.248)이 중요한 변인으로 확인되었다. 리더십 요인 중에서는 조직의 미래에 대한 비전 제시(=.297), 업무성과에 따른 칭찬과 보상(=.603)이, 커뮤니케이션을 구성하는 변인들 중에서는 구성원 상호간의 협력을 통한 문제 해결(=.767)이 군 조직성과를 높일 수 있는 주요 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 군 조직성과 제고를 위한 초급간부의 직무행태 관리 방향을 다음과 같이 제시해 보면, 초급간부들의 군 조직에 대한 자부심을 높일 수 방안과, 초급간부의 군 조직성과 제고를 위해 근무환경에 집중된 관리 방안의 모색, 그리고 카리스마적 리더십과 더불어 칭찬과 보상 등과 관련을 갖는 거래적 리더십을 통한 초급간부의 관리 방안, 초급간부를 비롯한 군 조직구성원들 상호 간의 신뢰를 바탕으로 하는 대인관계 중심의 커뮤니케이션 전략이 필요하다.

        High-quality images and videos are being generated as technologies for deep learning-based image style translation and conversion of static images into dynamic images have developed. However, it takes a lot of time and resources to manually transform images, as well as professional knowledge due to the difficulty of natural image transformation. Therefore, in this paper, we study natural style mixing through a style conversion network using GAN and natural dynamic image generation using the First Order Motion Model network (FOMM).

        This paper proposes an optical/thermal image fusion network based on YOLOX to improve pedestrian object detection performance in night situations. The proposed network was trained and validated using the LLVIP dataset, an open benchmark for pedestrian detection under dark lighting conditions. There are two methods proposed in this paper; 1) the optical/thermal image is passed through each backbone network, and the Fusion Backbone Network (SFRM) using the Semantic Feature Receiving Module proposed in this paper is delivered to the last stage of the PAN to highlight the objects Feature Network. When performing a performance evaluation on the pedestrian object detection network in night situations, the proposed network is mAP 0.97, which is superior to other optical/thermal image fusion networks. Accurate and fast pedestrian object detection using the proposed method can reduce casualties in night autonomous driving situations because the outline of the object is not clear due to lack of lighting or light reflection.

        Although eliminating ring ghost has been industrially required, it is only removed from data biased to certain phenomena due to lack of learning data, and there are limitations to performance. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a method for removing ring-ghost harmful noise. The proposed method is performed by in-painting for detecting the ring ghost region and removing ring ghost noise, and it can provide quality improvement results by removing ring pattern noise from specific lenses and cameras.

      • Role of urine osmolality as a predictor of the effectiveness of combined imipramine and desmopressin in the treatment of monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis

        Background: We examined the usefulness of urine osmolality, as a predictive factor in the treatment of monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis (NE) with combination therapy of imipramine and desmopressin. Methods: From May 2014 to April 2015, 59 monosymptomatic NE patients participated in this study. Early morning urine osmolality was measured at 1 week and 1 day before combination therapy of imipramine and desmopressin, and at 1 week and 2 weeks after therapy. The response to combination therapy was evaluated at 3 months after treatment. The mean period of combination therapy was 6.4± 4.2 weeks. Therapeutic response was classified as complete (0-1 wet night/week), partial (over 50% reduction of night) and non-responders (less than 50% reduction of night). Results: The cumulative rate of the complete and partial responders was 76.3%. Among the 3 groups, the statistically lowest value of pre-treatment urine osmolality was observed in the complete responder group (p<0.001). Urine osmolality increased in all groups after treatment, however, statistically the greatest difference between pre and post-treatment urine osmolality was observed in the complete responder group (p=0.024). No serious side effects were observed. Conclusion: Early morning urine osmolality and change of urine osmolality between pre and post-treatment have predictive values in the response to combined imipramine and desmopressin for treatment of monosymptomatic NE.
