In order to apply boron steel sheet to chassis part of automobile, outstanding material property of low cycle fatigue life is required, as well as formability during hot stamping. Therefore, low cycle fatigue life of quenched boron steel by hot stamping was investigated in this study. Outstanding fatigue life was obtained at low strain amplitude compared with as-received boron steel sheet. However, at high strain amplitude, fatigue life was declined, because of low ductility and fracture toughness of martensite which was generated by hot stamping.
