급성 외상성 근위 슬괵근 파열에서의 수술적 치료 -증례보고-

대퇴부 슬괵근의 외상성 손상은 스포츠 손상에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 손상으로 보존적 치료가 가능한 단순한 근 긴장에서부터 수술적 치료가 반드시 필요한 완전 파열에 이르기까지 넓은 범주를 이룬다. 그 중에서 슬괵근의 기시부에 가까운 부위에서의 파열은 비교적 드문 경우로 수술적 치료가 반드시 필요하고, 만약 적절한 치료가 이루어지지 않으면 여러 가지 합병증을 야기한다고 알려져 있다. 저자들은 근위 슬괵근의 급성 외상성 파열에 대해 수술적 치료를 성공적으로 치험한 바 이를 보고하고, 상기 손상에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. The hamstring muscle injury is a quite common sports injury which has a wide spectrum of treatment option that simple muscle strain can be treated conservatively otherwise total rupture of muscle or musculotendinous junction must be treated surgically. Among them, rupture of proximal hamstring muscle near at its origin site is quite uncommon and it should be treated surgically because it could cause several complications if not treated appropriately. In this case report, the authors report successful surgical treatment of acute rupture of proximal hamstring muscle and also would like to review the clinical presentation of this type of injury.

군 자동화 창고 성능개선을 위한 자동크레인 이동시간 기반 시뮬레이션 연구

IT와 과학 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 미래전의 양상도 바뀌고 있으며 이에 따라 효과적인 군수지원의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 부각되고 있는 통합 물류창고 중 자동창고를 중심으로 S/R machine의 운영문제를 Travel Time에 기반을 둔 수리적 분석과 AutoMod를 이용한 시뮬레이션으로 수리적 분석의 타당성을 검증하였다. 이에 따라 자동창고의 S/R machine의 개선된 정주위치 고려와 재고회전 빈도에 따른 운용성능을 분석할 수 있었다. The rapid development of IT and Science & Technology has greatly influenced the aspect of future warfare. Accordingly, the Army Forces require efficient logistics support, hence the importance of AS/RS has steadily increased. This research validated mathematical propriety of the management problem of S/R machine in AS/RS with mathematical analysis based on its travel time and simulation analysis using Automod. After all, we could improve the performance of S/R machine based on its dwell point and turn-over distribution.

수산가공의 수산업으로부터 제조업에의 분리과정 논리 - 일본의 산지수산가공을 중심으로 -

The subject of this study is limited to the market of producting and the analyzed the change of the supply structures, but the wide range of the study also contains the relationship present movement of consumption and the supply stuctures. To put it concretely, the present movement of the structure and the development of the market of producting are examined with the fisheries processing firms. The factors which dominate the structure of fisheries processing are; first, fisheries products as raw materials of processing; second, man-power; third, processing facilities and techniques; forth, a market where the products will be consumed. In particular, the conditions of supply of raw materials which are major factor have been worse and worse due to exhaustion of marine resources and so the capacity of fisheries production has been reduced. Furthermore, the conditions of manpower also are in trouble. Under the conditons, raw materials are imported largely and many companies try to make overseas enpansion for cheap manpower and raw materials. Particulaly, the relationship between consumption market and the structure of processing in a place of producton is analyzed newly. I try to show new logic that demands of consumption market are reflected strongerly to production with the development of consumption market and the rights of decision on the choice of raw materials and a processing item have been handed over to consumption market. In a word, I try to examined closely the new supply structure of fisheries products and the structure of consumption market through the analysis of the structure of processing in a place of production.

국제무역환경의 변화에 따른 수산물 수입의 성격 구분에 관한 연구

세라믹을 이용한 유전체 도파관 듀플렉서

본 논문에서는 세라믹을 이용한 유전체 도파관 듀플렉서를 제안한다. 송신단과 수신단 대역 통과 필터를 설계한 후, 상호 간섭이 최소화되도록 결합하여 듀플렉서를 완성한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 안테나단 설계 방법으로는 분배기를 이용하여 투과 손실을 결정하고, 간섭을 피하기 위해 송수신 필터의 공진기 길이를 보정한다. 제작시 상대 유전율이 9.46인 세라믹을 이용하였으며, SMD 형태로 PCB에 표면 실장이 가능하도록 한다. Ceramic dielectric waveguide duplexer was developed. Duplexer was designed in order to minimize the muture interferences between transmission port and receive port of bandpass filter. The design method for antenna port was determined by the transmission loss and calibrated the length of resonator of recriving filter. We used the ceramic powder of dielectric constant 9.46 and installed SMD type on PCB board.

세라믹을 이용한 적층형 유전체 도파관 필터

본 논문에서는 적층형 유전체 도파관 필터를 제안한다. 횡 방향으로 공진부가 연결되는 유전체 도파관 필터는 단수가 증가함에 따라 길이가 증가하여 제작시 어려움이 따른다. 제안된 구조는 세라믹을 이용하여 일부 공진부를 적층 형태로 변경하여 설계 제작한 것이다. 상대 유전율이 22인 세라믹을 이용하여 기존의 도파관 필터보다 25 % 정도 크기가 줄었으며, SMD 형태로 PCB에 표면 실장이 가능하도록 하였다. Layered-type dielectric waveguide filters were designed. As the order of layers increased the fabrication process for dielectric waveguide filters which the resonator parts were connected by the lateral direction has many difficulties. The proposed structure in this report was designed based on the layered-type for the some parts of resonators. The size of layered-type dielectric waveguide filters installed on the PCB surface were reduced at 25% as compared with the usual waveguide filters by using a relative dielectric constant 22.

확장표면을 적용한 액체식 제습시스템의 성능특성에 관한 연구

This study presents the new idea of liquid desiccant system with extended surface to reduce the system size. The extended surface is inserted between vertical cooling/ heating tubes to increase the mass transfer area, and the liquid desiccant flows through the tube wall and the extended surface. Mathematical models for heat and mass transfer between liquid desiccant and air stream at tube wall and extended surface are provided. Dimensionless design parameters governing heat and mass transfer phenomena around the tube and the extended surface are identifier, and dimensionless operating parameters depicting system operating condition including flow rate ratio between dehumidification/ regeneration processes, and mass flow rate ratio between air stream and liquid desiccant are explained. The effects of the parameters on system performance are summarized.

마음챙김에 기초한 스트레스 감소 프로그램이 고등학생의 우울, 불안에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 MBSR 프로그램이 고등학생들의 우울, 불안에 어떤 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이와 같은 목적으로 MBSR 프로그램을 서울시 소재 여자고등학교 학생 32명을 대상으로 실험집단에 16명, 통제 집단에 16명을 할당하여 실시한 후, 우울과 불안에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, MBSR에 참여한 고등학생은 통제집단에 비해 우울이 감소하는 경향성을 보였으며, 불안의 경우, 공변량 분석의 결과는 유의하지 않았으나, 실험집단의 사전, 사후 대응 t 검증결과, MBSR 프로그램 경험전보다 경험 후에 불안이 유의하게 감소하였다. 이는 MBSR이 고등학생의 일상생활 영역에서 직면하는 스트레스로 인한 우울, 불안을 완화시키는 효과가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 청소년을 위한 MBSR 프로그램 개발 및 심리치료에 의미하는 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다. This research examines what effects the MBSR program can have on high school students` depression and anxiety. Thirty two students from a girls high school in Seoul, sixteen into the experimental group and sixteen into the control group, have participated in the research, and an analysis has been made upon the effects of MBSR. The results shows that those in MBSR has demonstrated a lessened tendency of depression. While the result of analysis of covariance indicates little significance, the t-test results of the experimental group before and after the MBSR program reveal a meaningfully lessened degree of anxiety. This tells us that the MBSR program can have effects of lowering depression and anxiety of highschool students due to their stressful daily lives. Based on the observations made in the research, comments are also made on implications and limitations of a MBSR program for teens and of it in relation to psychotherapy.

귀어ㆍ귀촌 적지지표 개발에 관한 연구

The aim of this study is to develop suitability site indicator of urban-rural return to fishing and to analysis priority of the indicators. The study is based on literature review, expert survey and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods. This study found 5 factors(natural environment, acceptance environment, social overhead capital, economy, fishing environment) and 21 detail variables. as a result of AHP, fisheries resources, acquisition convenience of fishing license, income(except fishing), attitude of local resident, one-person household income, high income fishing were showed high priority. This result indicate that economic foundation is most important factor for suitable site of the returning.
