The internet homepage has been emerging as a pivotal tool for the tourists to collect the information Therefore, this study started on the assumption that the KNTO English tourism information homepage will be an efficient tool to advertise Korea and contribute to give the tourism information to the potential foreign tourists. For the purpose, how directly the KNTO English tourism information homepage connects to the 16 major internet search engines, the structure of the homepage, and how much portion of the tourism information for each 16 municipalities distribute to the homepage have been identified. The results revealed the followings; First, all 16 major internet search engines didn't connect to the KNTO English tourism information homepage directly. Second, some tourism information such as Korea In Brief and Events was repeated on the first screen of homepage. Third, tourism information put large portion on Seoul, Gyeongju and Busan, which have been the major tourist destinations and wasn't provided enough to the other municipalities.

Configuring excavator attachments and engine sizes is the prerequisite for appropriate excavator assignment. Existing experience basedconfiguration practice is lack of scientific rational because many variables (e.g., equipment motion data, soil and rock type andcondition, equipment's engineering dimension along with bucket properties, job and management conditions etc.) should be consideredsimultaneously and timely fashion. This paper presents a new excavator configuration searching method that identifies the mostfavorable excavator configuration (i.e., the optimal set of excavator's maximum digging height and bucket size) to complement theseexisting practices. The method coded by using MATLAB identifies an optimal excavator configuration by considering those variablescausing the variability of productivity. A case study is presented to demonstrate and to verify the system. 적합한 굴삭기 부착 작업 장치들과 엔진크기의 구성은 굴삭계획 전에 결정되어야한다. 기존의 경험에 근거하는 굴삭기 구성선택 관습은 다양한변수들을(장비 동작데이터, 토사유형과 상태, 버킷 속성들, 작업조건 등) 동시에 그리고 시기적절하게 고려하지 못하기 때문에 과학적으로 타당한 근거가 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 기존의 방법을 보완하기 위해 가장 합리적인 굴삭기 구성을 판별하는 새로운 굴삭기 구성 탐색 방법을 제안한다. MATLAB을 사용하여 구현 된 본 방법은 생산성의 변동을 일으키는 변수들을 고려하여 최적 굴삭기 구성을 규명한다. 본 방법론을 검증하기 위해 사례연구를 수행하였다.
Transglutaminase와 도토리 및 녹두 가루 첨가가 저지방/저염 돈육 모델소시지의 품질에 미치는 영향

Low-fat pork sausages (LFPS) were prepared with 1% transglutaminase (TG) and 0.5% sodium caseinate (SC), and with or without different type of hydrocolloids (0.3%; acorn, AC or mungbean, MB) to evaluate the effects of these ingredients on the physicochemical and textural properties of LFPS with reduced salt. pH, moisture content (%) and lightness of low-fat/salt pork sausages (LFSPS) were affected by the addition of TG combined with SC (TG-SC) and acorn or mungbean powders affected the lightness and yellowness of LFSPS. However, cooking yield of LFSPS decreased, while textural properties were increased with the addition of TG-SC combination, which did not affect expressible moisture contents (%) of LFSPS. Both AC and MB tended to improve the cooking yield and water holding capacity of LFSPS, especially, MB rather than AC. However, these had no effect on the textural properties of LFSPS, except for textural chewiness. These results indicated that AC and MB powders could be used as a water binding agent in TG-SC combination of LFSPS.
