미용실 조도환경이 고객의 만족도와 재방문 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향

This study attempted to empirically analyze the effects of beauty salon illuminance on customers` satisfaction with services and their revisit and recommendation intention and apply the plan to overall practice of beauty. For data analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, cross-tabulation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted using SPSS V. 21.0 after data coding and data cleaning. The study results found the followings: First, relative assessment of the illuminant environment in hair salons showed that it should be bright in most areas and the environment(hair treatment area) where there needs to be high concentration needs dim lighting and can be categorize environment(shampoo area) of low concentration. Second, according to the suitable standard of illuminant environment in the hair salon it increased the sales figures and also showed that there were difference between sales figures in the salons that have different illuminant standards. Third, if there is a high satisfaction in the illuminant environment, it resulted increase in the satisfaction of the beauty treatment. Fourth, the research resulted that the customers tend to give recommendation to others to visit the salon or revisit the hair salon according to the high satisfaction rate of the illuminant environment and hair treatment. therefore, customers` satisfaction with beauty salon illuminance had a positive effect on sales, satisfaction with services and revisit & recommendation intention with statistical significance. As customer satisfaction by illuminance reveals significant results in beauty industry, the importance of lighting has been proven. When environmental factors are composed or interior design is improved in a beauty salon, therefore, it is needed to consider illuminance for effective lay out. It is expected that they would be used as basic data in setting the grounds and standards to establish illuminance in a beauty salon.

이 연구는 한국교육고용패널 Ⅱ의 3차년도 자료에 대하여 랜덤 포레스트 기법을 적용하여 대학생의 학습자 중심 수업 참여를 예측하는 요인을 탐색하였다. 이와 함께 대학생의 학습자 중심 수업 참여에 대한 예측력이 상대적으로 높게 나타난 변수들을 활용하여 학습자 중심 수업 참여가 대학생의 학업성취 수준 및 학습 시간에 미치는 영향을 인과적으로 추정하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 진로직업 탐색 전공 과목 수강 여부, 학과 교수와의 진로취업 상담 여부, 기업 및 채용 정보 제공 프로그램 경험 여부 등이 대학생의 학습자 중심 수업 참여에 대한 예측력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 랜덤 포레스트 분석을 통해 중요도 지수가 높은 것으로 나타난 변수들을 활용하여 학습자 중심 수업 참여 관련 경향점수를 도출한 후, OLS와 경향점수매칭 회귀분석, 경향점수 역확률가중치 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 대학생들의 학습자 중심 수업 참여는 GPA 및 학습시간에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 대학교육에서 학습자 중심 수업을 효과적으로 적용하기 위해서는 전반적인 학습과정을 주도하는 학습자의 능동성과 주도성, 그리고 조력자로서의 역할인 교수자의 역할 변화가 필요하며, 이를 위한 실질적인 지원 방안의 모색이 필요함을 제안하였다. This study investigated the factors that predict college student’s participation in learner-centered education by utilizing random forest method for the 3rd year dataset of the Korean Education Employment panel II. Furthermore, this study analyzed the effects of participation in learner-centered instruction on GPA & self study time based on the variables extracted from the result of random forest utilizing OLS, regression after propensity score matching, and inverse probability weighted regression with propensity score. This study found that the following variables were significant in predicting the participation in learner-centered instruction: participation in major regular subjects for career/job searching, career/job counseling with major professors, participation in programs for job information, etc. Based on the variables derived from random forest analysis, it was found that the effect of participation in learner-centered instruction were not statistically significant in all analysis models, which means that learner-centered instruction is not related to the improvement of GPA and self study time of college students. Based on the above results, this study provided useful implications for improving the implementation of learner-centered instruction.
