1. 未開拓狀態인 于瀉地를 具類養殖場으로 開拓하기 위하여 4種의 具類 高密度 棲息地에 있어서 底質의 土性, 保水能, 水素이온濃度, 置換性 칼슘, 그리고 有機物 含量에 關한 基礎調査를 實施하였다. 2. 비쭉이, 동죽, 가무락, 그리고 바지락의 各 高密度 棲息地間에서는 土性에 差異가 있었다. 3. 保水能, 水素이온濃度, 置換性 칼슘의 含量은 4種具類의 各 高密度 棲息地間에 有意差가 없었다. 4. 有機物의 含量은 비쭉이와 가무락 棲息地間을 除外한 다른 모든 棲息地間에서 매우 有意한 差를 볼 수 있었다. 5. 本 調査 結果로서는 아직 判斷키 어려우나 貝類養殖場의 適地選澤에 于瀉地 土壤의 土性과 有機物의 含量이 重要한 要因으로 생각된다. 1. The basic investigations on soil textures, water holding capacity, pH, exchangeable calcium, and organic matter contents in four species bed were conducted in order to improve the natural flat for the bivalve beds. 2. It was statistically significant that there were differences in the soil textures among all beds of four species, D, japonica, C. sinensis, M. veneriformis, and T. philippinarum. 3. There was no significant difference in water holding capacity, pH, and exchangeable calcium contents among different bivalve beds statistically. 4. It was highly significant that there were diffences in soil organic matter content among all groups of beds except that of D. japonica - C. sinensis. 5. It is considered that the soil textures and soil organic matter contents are most important factors to restrict the distribution of each species bivalve within a certain limited area of tidelands.
한국잔디(Zoysia japonica Steud.)의 예초후 재생과정에 따른 이화적, 동화적 생화학변화에 관한 연구

During the regrowth the process after mowing, NRA in the leaf was the highest activity from the 5th day to the 7th day. Before mowing, the NRA in the root was not almost detected. But, the NRA in root appeared a rapid increasing activity from the 3rd day to the 4th day after mowing ( Figs.27 ~ 32). During the regrowth process after mowing, a general tendency of AA in the aboveground parts appeared an increasing tendency from the 1st day to the 4th day, a rapid increasing tendency from the 7th day to the 8th day reaching its peak, and a decreasing rate on the 8th and 9th day reaching its peak, and a decreasing rate on the 8th and 9th day. But the AA in the root appeared rapid increasing rate from the 2nd day to the 7th day, the heginning of reagrowth, this tendency showed a similar figure in the case of Total Soluble Carbohydrate ( TSC) in the internode. Both AA and NRA were appeared recovery stage frorn the 8th day after mowing(Figs.15~20). During the regrowth process after mowing, changes of the maximum plant lengths were 18.27cm in the 6cm mowing plot on the 24th day after mowing, 18.83cm in the 3cm mowing plot on the 18th day after mowing, and 18.16cm in the 6cm mowing plot on the 14th day after mowing ( Fig.2). During the regrowth process after mowing. changes in Dry Matter (DM) contents in leaf and stem were a slow decreasing tendency from the 1st day to the 4th day. From the 5th day to the 8th day it appeared a rapid increasing tendency. And afterward until the 15th day. All treatments were reached at a steady state ( Figs.3 ~ 8). During the regrowth process after mowing, changes in the TSC contents of stem and crown were a slow decreasing tendency from the 1st day to the 5-6th day. Prom the 7th to the 8th day three was a rapid increasing tendency. And afterward until the 15th day there was a decreasing rate at a steadyv state. In root there was a similar tendency to that of leaf and stem organs. A general tendency in internode, the TSC content appeared a similar figure to increment of AA (Figs. 9 - 14). During the regrowth process after mowing, changes in te Crude Proem (CP) content of ahoveground parts appeared a slow increasing tendency from the 1st day to the 5-6th day, where it is peak. And afterward to the 15th day there was a decreasing rate at a steady state. But, in toot there were a contrary tendency to that of aboveground
한국잔디(Zoysia japonica Steud.)의 분지 발달양상과 광합성기관의 전자 현미경적 구조에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to elucidate the physiological and ecological mechamism of the branch pattern and electronmicroscopic structure of photosynthetic organs in Zoysia japonica Steud. The angles between the internodes of rhizome and the branches of Z.iaponica were changed from 0 to 52 degrees. The rhizomes tended to branch from the 3th node to the 10th node. When the terminal bud was damaged by various environmental factors, the initial branching formation was appeared immediately to the 4th node. The internode growth of the rhizome started from the beginning of April and continued to the end of Octobor. It became evident that there is a division labor between two different kinds of photosynthetic cells of mesophyll and bundle sheath tissues in Z.japonica The thick-walled bundle sheath cells surrounds the leaf vascular bundles as the Kranz type and separates them from the mesophyll cells.
Chlorella의 성장에 미치는 무기영양의 영향에 관한 반응속도론적 연구

Aspergillus을 이용하요 생리적 제성질을 조사하였던 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 각 균주들은 각각 그들의 특성을 가지고 있었으며 이로서 균동정의 가능성을 나타내었다. 2)Amilase측정결과에서 보면 비교적 역가가 높은 균주들이 관찰되었으며, 이는 일주문의 경과에 따라 역가가 증가하였으나 protease의 역가는 우수한 균주를 발견키가 어려웠다. 3)Iodine의 착색대와 비착색대의 비율에 의한 역가의 정성적인 측정이 가능하였다. Relationship of soil properties and seasonal variation on microbilogical population to-continuous culture and first-time culture of ginseng was investigated by bimonthly from May 1976 to January 1977. pH and P contents of 2 years continuous culture of soil were higher than other culture plot of soil, and contraty to the above, 2 years first-time culture of ginseng soil was conplot of soil, and contraty to the above, 2 years first-time culture of ginseng soil was contained more potassium contents than other culture plot of soil. In microbiological fluctuation with seasonr in various soil conditions, the population, trends of Fusarium spp., Erwiniaspp., and flourescent Psedudomonas spp. were increased in May and July in general, but decreased in the other month. It was observed that in all type of soil, Fusarium spp. was distributed in abundance in and on rihizosphere, and decreased the propagules numbers as soil depth increase. The numbers of Erwinia spp. and fluorescent Pseudo-monas spp. were distributed greater in numbers on the surface zone of soil depth decreasing the numbers along the soil layer increase, and also in 2years continuous culture of soil especially, a great numbers of Erwinia spp. and fluorescent Pseudomonas were evenly distributed in surface zone and rhizosphere. Ginseng disease with a high incidence of bacterial disease in continuous culture of 2 and 4 years was seemed to be associated with soil bacteria that was high in numbers of Erwinia spp. and fluorescent Pseudomonas spp. in May and July.
잔디초지 생태계에 있어서 생산자와 소비자에 의한 DNA의 축적과 분해의 평형

An investigation was performed to reveal the relation between the storage and decomposition of the titter DNA of a Zoysia japonica grassland on Mt. Kwanak. The loss constant k of litters was 0.167. The times required for the decomposition of half, 95% and 99% of accumulated DNA on the grassland floor were 3.8, 16.6 and 27.6, respectively. The amount of DNA which is turned to living organism in the ecosystem is higher than that of crude protein. In the case of crude protein, the decay constant k was 0.181. The times needed for the decomposition of half, 95% and 99% of accumulated crude protein on the Z. japonica grassland floor were 3.8, 16.6 and 27.6 years, respectively.
