        프랜차이즈 본부의 사회적책임(CSR)활동이 가맹점이 인지하는 브랜드 이미지와 가맹점의 경영성과, 재계약의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 외식 프랜차이즈 산업 내에서 외식 프랜차이즈 본부의 CSR 활동이 브랜드 이미지, 경영성과, 재계약의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 포괄적인 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 제안된 모형을 검증하기 위하여 대구 및 경북 지역의 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점에서 본부와 충분한 정보를 공유하고 있는 소유주 또는 고용점장, 매니저와 팀장급 이상의 직원 193명을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC 18.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 이용하여 분석되었다. 먼저, 표본의 일반적 특성을 분석하기 위하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis)이 실시되었으며, 연구모형을 구성하는 각 연구단위들에 대한 타당성과 신뢰성을 평가하기 위하여 각각의 연구단위에 대한 요인분석 후 신뢰도 분석이 실시되었다. 요인들에 대한 내적 일관성을 검증하기 위하여 신뢰도 분석은 요인 분석결과 남은 변수들에 대하여 Cronbach`s α 값을 이용하여 실시되었다. 그리고 각 연구단위들 간의 상관관계분석이 실시되었으며, 연구가설에 대한 검증과 연구모형의 구조적 관계 분석을 위하여 회귀분석이 실시되었다. 분석 결과, 모든 연구단위 들에 대한 요인의 설명력은0.6 이상으로 집중타당성이 있음을 알 수 있으며, 신뢰도 값은 0.8 이상으로 나타나 각 측정변수들의 신뢰성이 확보된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프랜차이즈 본부의 사회적 책임활동이 본부의 이미지에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프랜차이즈 본부의 이미지는 경영성과와 재계약의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경영성과는 재계약의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study has develop to the structural model that CSR of franchisor activities impact on brand image, management performance and recontracting intention. To analysis proposed model, this study investigate with owner or hiring manager, manager and over team leader. The data was collected 193 community in enough to share information with food services franchisee, and analyzed with SPSS/PC 18.0. First, to test unidimensionality and nomological validity of the measures of each construct we employed a scale refinement procedure. The result of reliability test with Cronbach`s α and confirmatory factor analysis warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. In addition, nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the result of correlation analysis. All loading exceeded 0.6 and each indicator t-value exceeded 0.8. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling using path analysis. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, franchisor social responsibility has a significant effect on brand image. Second, brand image has a signigicant effect on management performance and recontracting intention. Finally, management performance has a significant effect on recontracting intention. And management performance had an effect on recontracting intention, which high brand awareness, business possibility and profitability were factors that select the franchise brand in foodservice industry. To put it another way, franchisors` efficient support for competitive business items and customers` high awareness of brand in selecting the brand can stable returns, and improve management performance. Consequently, the stable management can be attempted through a long-term recontracting.

        외식산업의 감성마케팅이 관계지향성과 고객 애호도에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to determine the effect of emotional marketing on relationship orientation and customer loyalty in the foodservice industry. The result is summarized as follows. First, the effect of emotional marketing on relationship orientation in the foodservice industry showed that visual, auditory, olfactory and gustatory factors have a statistically significant positive effect on the relationship orientation(p<.01). Second, the effect of emotional marketing on customer loyalty in the foodservice industry showed that visual, auditory, olfactory and gustatory factors have a statistically significant positive effect on the customer loyalty(p<.05). Third, the effect of relationship orientation on customer loyalty showed that the relationship orientation has a statistically significant positive effect on the customer loyalty(p<.001). As for above-mentioned findings, the emotional marketing in the foodservice industry had a significant positive effect on the improvement in a positive relationship orientation with customers and the customer loyalty. That suggests that the high-quality service linkage, mutually coupled by visual, auditory, olfactory and gustatory factors depending on employees` human and material services, facilities, and environment in hotel restaodants or family restaodants, can improve the loyalty to maintain an effective customer relationship. Consequently, it is to awaken again the significance of marketing in the foodservice industry.

      • 지속적인 중심혈압 측정을 위한 단일 유연 초음파 센서의 디자인, 제작, 및 특성분석

        This study reports a new simple design of a single flexible ultrasonic sensor with the flexible copper electrode to obtain conformal contact to the target with high penetration depth and broad – 6 dB fractional bandwidth for non-invasive continuous monitoring of the central blood pressure. The central blood pressure from carotid and aorta deeply embedded under the skin (~ 30mm) has stronger correlation to cardiovascular diseases than the blood pressure from peripheral vessels. The existing wearable ultrasonic sensors for continuous monitoring of the blood pressure either have insufficient penetration depth for measuring the central vessels or complicated array structures fabricated by complex processes resulting in low device yield. Here, we solve these problems with a simple design of the single flexible ultrasonic sensor using a flexible 1-3 piezoelectric composite. It shows a high effective electromechanical coupling factor (0.69), high penetration depth (40 mm), a resonant frequency of 1.96 MHz, and - 6 dB fractional bandwidth of 32% with the sensor size of 12 x 5 ㎟. In the near future, we will measure the central blood pressure. We believe this proposed sensor is suited for continuous monitoring of the central blood pressure.

      • 자외선 경화가능한 나노복합소재의 중합두께 예측모델 개발

        Ultraviolet (UV) curable nanocomposites (NCs) are emerging as viable alternatives to thermal curable NCs in a variety of advanced engineering applications due to their fast polymerization. Despite extensive efforts, little is known about how to model the polymerized thickness of UV curable NCs especially when non-spherical nanofillers are embedded therein. Here, we develop a theoretical model for predicting the polymerized thickness of UV curable NCs by modifying the Beer-Lambert law to reflect both inter-nanofiller distance and nanofiller UV screening. The accuracy of the model is accessed by comparing its prediction with experimental data for graphite nanoflake (GnF)-embedded SU-8 composites having different GnF concentrations of 1 to 25 wt%. The findings of this study will lead to successful and growing development of UV curable NCs.

      • ELS 발행 및 헤지에 따른 주식시장의 영향과 녹-인 효과 연구

        본 논문은 저금리 기조가 지속되면서 빠르게 성장한 ELS시장의 대표적인 상품인 두 개의 기초자산 기반 조기상환 스텝다운(auto call step down)형 ELS(Equity Linked Security) 상품에 내재된 급락위험<sup>1</sup>(shortfall risk)을 분석하고 급락위험을 관리하는 헤지 전략을 제시한다. 조기상환 스텝다운 ELS는 발행자 입장에서 1) 기초자산이 KI(Knock-In)가격에 도달하기 전까지는 ELS에 내포된 풋옵션 매수 및 DO(Down and Out)옵션 매도를 헤지하려면 발행금액의 수배에 달하는 기초자산 델타수량 매수를 지속적으로 증가시켜야 하나, 2) 하락폭이 큰 기초자산 가격이 KI가격을 터치한 즉시 DO옵션이 소멸되어 발행금액 수준으로 매수한 물량을 급격히 매도하여야 한다. 이런 급락위험을 관리하는 방안으로 본 논문에서는 급락위험을 최소화시키는 헤지 전략과 KI 발생확률 여부에 따른 헤지 전략을 제시하고 이를 검증 가상상품에 적용하여 기존의 BS(Black-Scholes) 헤지 전략보다 우수함을 보여준다. 정책적인 제안으로 첫째, 녹-인(Knock-In) 집중현상을 예방하기 위하여 같은 기초자산 주식기반 ELS 발행금액을 해당주식의 평상시 유동물량과 최대 델타량의 총합을 고려하여 결정해야 하고, 둘째, 녹-인 영역 혹은 녹-아웃(Knock-Out) 영역과 같이 레버리지가 커지는 핀리스크(pin risk)구간에서는 연속 헤지가 가능하다는 전제하에 구한 BS델타를 이용한 위험관리 한도규정을 완화할 필요가 있다. In this paper we analyze the shortfall risk implied in the auto call step down equity linked securities(ELS) based on two underlying assets, which is a major product of the rapidly growing ELS market as the low interest rate environment continues. And we also present the hedging strategies for managing shortfall risk. In the position of auto call step down ELS issuer, 1) until the underlying asset price reaches at knock-in(KI) level, the delta of the underlying is continually and significantly increased in order to hedge the short position of the Down and Out(DO) option and the long position of the put option inherent in ELS, 2) however, the hedger must reduce this delta as soon as the underperformed underlying price touches KI level, which triggers the vanishing of the DO option. As a way to manage these shortfall risks, this paper proposes two new hedging strategies of minimizing these shortfall risks and depending on the KI probability. Also this paper shows that these hedging strategies provide better performance than traditional BS hedging strategy when these hedging strategies are applied to a sample product with real market data. As the policy proposals, first, in order to prevent the concentration of the KI prices, ELS issue amount based on the same underlying is needed to be determined in consideration of both the average market trading volume and maximum leverage delta. Second, in the realm of pin risk such as Knock-In or Knock-Out, where the leverage increases, it is recommended to mitigate the risk management delta limit based on the BS model which is made under the assumption of continuous hedging infinitesimally.

        Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is considered as a main cause of dissatisfaction after surgery with postoperative pain. Overall incidence of PONV is 30%, and the incidence rate can increase up to 70-80% in high-risk patient groups. The causes of PONV are multifactorial and can largely be categorized as patient risk factors, surgical procedure, and anaesthetic technique. Pharmacological treatments including dopamine antagonist, anti-histamines, anticholinergics, dexamethasone, neurokinin-1 antagonists, and serotonin antagonist are used to prevent and treat PONV. This article reviews the prevalence, mechanisms, and risk factors of PONV, and how to prevent and treat it. (Korean J Med 2012;82:537-542)

      • PZT 주파수 특성 분석 및 유연 1-3 복합 초음파 트랜스듀서 제작

        This study reports a flexible piezoelectric transducer based on 1-3 mode PZT and PDMS composite structure. The thickness of PZT is about 0.3 mm which gives a resonant frequency of 2 MHz. For device design, we have performed a COMSOL study to predict the frequency response and relative acoustic pressure of the device with varying dimensions. To make rigig PZT into a flexible form, we diced the PZT film in 150 μm by 150 μm sized pixels and coated the PZT arrays with PDMS. Our simulation and measurement match well and the fabricated device bends without any damage under pressure. In later state, we will metallize the device and perform further device characterization. In addition, we will use the device as a source and a sensor for ultrasound measurements for bio-healthcare applications.
