Aspergillus nidulans 무성분화 촉진 조건의 단백체 및 해당 유전자 기능분석

Despite the significance of external environmental factors in differentiation, putative factors involved in differentiation of Aspergillus nidulans have not yet been fully understood. A sporulation-specific proteome analysis of A. nidulans in the present study revealed that the expression levels of more than 2,400 proteins were affected under conditions inducing sporulation (0.6 M KCl) compared with normal conditions. Among the proteins with predicted functions, two targets, AN1342 and AN9419, were functionally analyzed using targeted deletion strains and phenotypic observations. For AN1342, because the deletion of the corresponding open reading frame caused a reduction in stalk length during asexual development and in pigment production in liquid culture, the gene was designated as sspA (short stalk & pigment). Deletion of the AN9419 gene, which is predicted to encode alanyl-tRNA synthetase, led to severe growth defects due to alanine auxotrophy and abolishment of asexual reproduction and thus, the gene was designated as alaA.
여대생의 월경특성, 학업스트레스, 내분비계 장애물질 노출행동과 월경전증후군의 관계

본 연구는 여대생의 월경전증후군의 정도를 파악하고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 2017년 5월 29일에서 6월 30일에 걸쳐 D시 1개 대학 및 2개 전문대학 재학 중인 여대생 800명을 편의 모집하였고, 768부가 통계처리에 사용되었다. 자료는 IBM SPSS 20을 이용하여 Mean±SD, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, multiple logistic analysis. multiple regression을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과, 월경전증후군에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 적은 월경량(β=-.116, p=.004), 적당한 월경량(β=-.100, p=.013), 월경곤란증의 가족력(β=-.085, p=.013), 불만족스러운 수면의 질(β=.232, p<.001), 중등도의 수면의 질(β=.095, p=.017), 카페인 무 섭취(β=-.169,p=.002), 카페인 하루 1잔 섭취(β=-.129, p=.018), 학업스트레스(β=.129, p<.001), 내분비계 장애물질 노출행동(β=.164, p<.001)으로 나타났다. 이들 변수가 여대생의 월경전증후군 전체 모형의 17.3%를 설명하였다. 본 연구결과는 여대생의 수면의 질, 카페인 섭취 습관, 학업스트레스관리 및 내분비계 장애물질 노출행동에 대한 생활습관 개선을 통해 월경전 증후군을 감소시켜 여대생의 건강증진 중재의 개발 및 적용이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this research is to figure out the degree of female college students’ premenstrual syndrome, and factors affecting this disease. The study subjects were 800 female college students in 3 schools located in D city. The data were used in 768 additions and collected by a self-administered questionnaire between May 29 and June 30, 2017. The data was analyzed through Mean±SD, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, multiple logistic analysis. multiple regression, using IBM SPSS 20. The results of this study are as follows. Factors affecting premenstrual syndrome included little(β=-.116, p=.004), or moderate amount of menstruation(β=-.100, p=.013), family history of dysmenorrhea (β=-.085, p=.013), unsatisfied sleep quality(β=.232, p<.001), moderate satisfactory of sleep quality(β=.095, p=.017), non-intake of caffeine(β=-.169, p=.002), intake a cup of caffeine a day(β=-.129, p=.018), academic stress(β =.129, p<.001), exposure to endocrine disruptor(β=.164, p<.001) accounting for 17.3% of total variables. This study suggests that health promoting interventions for female college students need to be developed and adapted, by managing sleep quality, academic stress and improving life habits to decrease premenstrual syndrome.
