금속판재의 성형한계 및 디프드로잉 성형성의 실험적 평가에 관한 연구

The mechanical properties including forming limit and deep-drawability of commercially-used sheet metals were experimentally estimated in this study. Uniaxial tensile test to obtain basic mechanical properties was carried out, followed by limiting dome height (LDH) test and forming limit diagram (FLD) test to quantitatively evaluate the sheet-formability. Deep drawing and reverse drawing tests were also performed to find out the critical values of the blank holding force and the gap between the die and the blank holder which enabled the deep drawing and reverse drawing of a successful cop without any wrinkle or fracture. The thickness of the cup wall along the rolling-, transeverse- and $45^{\circ}$-directions was measured and compared with one another. And the punch force-stroke curve and the critical punch force expected from the theory coincided with the experimental result very well for mild steel while not for aluminium alloy.

본 논문에서는 우리나라의 독특한 제도인 정보시스템 감리의 개념을 전문가들조차 서로 다르게 보고 있어 감리를 해외에 소개하는 데 걸림돌이 되고 있음에 따라 감리가 태동기에서 부터 현재까지 어떻게 진화되어 왔는지를 되돌아보고 그 개념을 확립한다. 또한, 감리시장 현황과 감리의 역할과 가치가 무엇인지를 살펴보고 감리 산업을 발전시키기 위한 방향을 제시한다.
S-레일 시험을 통한 자동차용 판재의 스프링백 특성 평가

This study is aimed to evaluate the springback characteristics of automotive steel sheets through the S-rail forming test and to find the process condition under which springback can be reduced. Die set for the S-rail test has been made according to the dimension of the NUMISHEET ’96 benchmark model. Experiment and finite element analysis have been performed on two kinds of automotive steel sheets: mild steel, SPCEN and high strength steel, SPRC. The test results show that the amount of springback is larger on the high strength steel SPRC than on the mild steel SPCEN, and decreases with increasing black holding force as the case of material flow. And the reduction of friction has the effect of lowering the blank holding force in view of punch force and material flow. It is shown that the strain distribution over the whole specimen and along the specified sections calculated from the finite element analysis coincides with the measured data except local differences.
플라스틱 V-벨트 풀리 설계 및 시작품 제작에 관한 연구

In this study, product design and prototype manufacturing of a plastic water-pump pulley has been tried. The designed model is supposed to be made of 33% glass reinforced resin of which the tensile strength is 180 MPa, and has 24 ribs on each side to increase its structural strength. Structural analysis under a static load of 300kgf acting on both edges of the belt has been carried out using a commercial finite element code, MARC. The analysis result showed the maximum effective stress near a rib of designed model would be at most 35MPa (less than 20% of the tensile strength), therefore, the plastic product would be sufficiently safe under that loading condition. On the basis of the structural analysis, a prototype of the designed model has been manufactured by using the fused deposition modelling (FDM) method which is one of the rapid prototyping (RP) methods, using ABS resin and support materials. The CAD data exported to the RP system in STL format was prepared by a commercial solid modeling software, SolidWorks. It has been proved that the plastic pulley can successfully replace the existing flow-farmed steel product.

본 논문에서는 감리 수행결과의 평가방안을 제시하고 그 결과가 발주기관의 감리법인 선정 시 환류되는 체계를 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 감리법인 및 감리원의 의견수렴을 위한 설문조사를 실시하고 한국정보화진흥원의 감리평가 및 환류체계 사례분석과 건설감리의 평가환류 제도를 분석하여 이슈를 도출하고 이에 대한 전문가와의 토의를 거쳐 감리 수행결과의 평가 및 환류체계를 제시하였다.
