In many sorts of glass products, especially the glass vessels for the purpose of container are forming by blow molding techinique with the melting raw materials in the mould. This process pass through the various technical process and intervened very complicated mechanism. After the preperation of the Batch, it made the Gob for various uses from the high temperature melting raw meterial, and then made the Parison by mould. During the course of making vessels, there are occured unexpected bad forming caused by the state of flowing material and complicated machine mechanism. It is the factor of not necessary to mention, the designer must have a deep knowledge in the field of material and method of product. Especially the glass ware product designer have to accept the requirement of deep knowledge on the specificity and product mechanism of the “glass”. Because the glass have a great more special factors of bad forming than the other any material. The cause of bad forming on the every position of glass vessels mentioned in this report, I think it is a great important to product designer and it is considered the first step in design process. The main cause of bad forming I indicated in this report are the factors of machine mechanism, but I would assert that it`s important factor is “mistake on the design” and so designer map out the conquest program for the acute claim of machine mechanism by the design.

The most important factors for success on new products development(NPD) are find out information of customer's needs and make the most of it. A stand point of enterprise, an objects of NPD catch accurate hold of customers functional, aesthetical needs, and be impressed customers on the process of developing of "new products as solutions of problem", be make of sale and profit through them, and accomplish of aim of enterprise. According to rapid development of information technologies and industries, make environment including design environment has been getting uncertain. To solve this problem many companies begin to focus on designers insight into users. This designer capability can create new market with finding and embodying changing users needs. in recent years, NPD has had the greater influence on the overall business competitiveness. As a result, the consolidated development capability of products has emerged as one of the most significant challenges in business management. Concurrent engineering approach has loomed the while. It is the methodology that concurrently and generally manages NDP process necessary to turn out new products or improve existing ones which vary in the specification even if they similar type of products. Many prior studies have shown that a successful development requires the integration among marketing, R$D, production in NDP process. This thesis is a study of effective integration approach in NDP process. Recognizing the benefits of such integration, many scholars have studied the relationship between the integration and new product success, and found that the integration among marketing, R&D, production was one of most important success factors. So, firm should consider the integration as "key success factor for developing new products.
