The study the comparison on the level of attention on the hair among women’s annual marriage identify the characteristics of married wo men and women to meet the needs of information and intended to provide scientific data. As for the research method, self-administered survey method was used. Collected data was analysis using SPSS 16.0. As a result The level of attention on the hair factor analysis was classified interest, rick perception, perception of others at the surrounding area, change of surroundings, information. And, Annual marriage was identity the level of attention on the hair factor that perception of others at the surrounding area, information. Likewise, it is necessary to carry out effective beauty marketing to know needs of consumer.

미용전공대학생들의 진로준비행동에 따른 전공인식수준에 관한 연구

College is a critical time for making decisions about future careers. This study aims to investigate the effects of career preparation behavior on major perceptions and course satisfaction and provides information that can improve such major perception levels among college students majoring in cosmetology. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed, and a total of 665 copies were used for final analysis. Both career preparation behaviors and major perception levels showed significant correlations in all factors. According to analysis of the effects of career preparation behavior on major perception levels, as career preparation behavior improved, both career perception and course satisfaction increased. Being able to freely able to access information and specific plans relating to employment and future careers during their college years via a counseling agency will create a positive effect for students regarding their major courses and major satisfaction. It is anticipated that there would be further studies through the segmentation of students and job seekers from around the country.

뷰티 서비스 종사자의 직무배태성, 직무자율성 및 직무성과간의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of beauty service workers' job embeddedness and job autonomy on job result. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to present a management strategy for efficient management. In this study, a total of 500 questionnaires for beauty workers working in Seoul were used for the final analysis. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were used. The research results are as follows. First, In terms of demographic characteristics, women and their twenties were the highest, and the job-level ranks were the highest. Second, as a result of examining the effect of job embeddedness of beauty service workers on job autonomy, it was found that sacrifice, connection, and suitability affect job autonomy. Third, as a result of examining the effect of job embeddedness on job result, it was found that job embeddedness affects job result. Fourth, as a result of examining the effect of job autonomy on job result, it was found that it partially affected job result. Therefore, if beauty service workers lead the long-term work of the workers by giving them the authority to make autonomous decisions on service work, presenting appropriate compensation according to work performance, and opening the possibility for promotion, efficient management can be drawn.

조선시대 여성의 헤어스타일에 나타난 조형원리

The hairstyle that reflects society and culture of a particular period is expressional and symbolic roles in formation of human' s image as an expression of complicated beauty. Human need and idea of hairstyle have historically varied. Woman' s hair style in the Chosun Dynasty indicated not only the social status of woman but also aesthetic expression. This paper analyzes the typical hairstyles of women in the Chosun Dynasty into its design principle. For the method of the study photos and literatures were used, and the latter part of the Chosun Dynasty selected as the range of the study. The historical hairstyle that started from design principles helps a new idea of modern hairstyle. This in -depth study on the design analysis of historical hairstyle will contain a preliminary information on creating a new modern hairstyle.

미용실 종사자의 행동유형에 따른 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향

As the society’ s perception on the hair service is transforming and as the hair service industry is increasing in size as the businesses are growing, there is a greater need to develop the set of standards needed for the emotions that the hair industry employees express at the point of contact with customers to ensure improved service quality and to differentiate the service as well. In particular, in case of the hair industry employees, there are many instances in which individuals’ emotion is neglected or repressed due to the customer centered working environment. Thus, they are bound to experience significant amount of emotional labor while carrying out their work. Moreover, they are experiencing diverse set of job stresses due to the relationship with customers, repetitive work, long working hours and others. Accordingly, this research used DiSC Behavior Type to classify the personal characteristics of the hair industry employees, and sought to examine how emotional labor following each behavior type influences job stress. This research will hopefully provide necessary information and academic data concerning the operation of the personnel in the hair service industry field going forth, to help carry out effective HR management. As for the research method, self-administered survey method was used. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 16.0. As for the analytical method applied to the data, they were multiple regression analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, hair industry employees’ DiSC Behavior Type distribution was examined, which demonstrated that the share of the sociable type (Type i) which is the type that likes to socialize with others was the highest. Influence of the emotional labor by the DiSC Behavior Type on the job stress was identified. Job stress level also increased when the emotional labor level increased. The study was shown that the emotional labor following each behavior type of the hair industry employees exert different influence on the job stress. Likewise, it is necessary to carry out effective HR management that factors in the type of individuals’ behavior for the employee management.

고등학생의 외모만족도가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 거부민감성, 자아탄력성의 매개효과

본 연구는 고등학생들을 대상으로 고등학생의 외모만족도가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 거부민감성과 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시 소재 국립 D 고등학교, 사립 H 고등학교의 인문계 고등학생 334명을 대상으로 외모만족도 척도, 심리적 안녕감 척도, 거부민감성 척도, 자아탄력성 척도에 대한 설문을 2017년 2월 1일부터 4주간 실시하였다. 외모만족도, 심리적 안녕감, 거부민감성, 자아탄력성의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 거부민감성과 자아탄력성의 매개효과 검증을 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 매개효과 분석단계에 따라 순차적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외모만족도, 심리적 안녕감, 거부민감성, 자아탄력성 간에는 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 외모만족도와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 거부민감성이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외모만족도와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 자아탄력성이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고등학생의 외모만족도와 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계를 검증한 동시에, 외모만족도가 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 거부민감성과 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 밝혔다는 데 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and ego-resilience in the relationship between appearance satisfaction and psychological well-being of high school students. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, The subjects were 334 students from D High School Students, H High School Students located in Busan. Correlation analysis and step-wise multiple regression analysis were used for examining the research questions of this study. Findings are as follows: First, according to the analysis of the correlation in Appearance Satisfaction, Psychological Well-Being, Rejection Sensitivity and Ego-Resilience had a statistical correlation. Second, there was a partial mediating effect of rejection sensitivity in the relationship between appearance satisfaction and psychological well-being. Third, there was partial mediating effect of Ego-Resilience in the relationship between appearance satisfaction and psychological well-being. This study verified a hypothesis that about relationship between appearance satisfaction and psychological well-being and mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and ego-resilience of this relationship, there is a sense of meaning in this respect.

고등학생의 외모만족도, 거부민감성, 사회적 지지 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 구조적 관계 분석

본 연구의 목적은 고등학생들을 대상으로 외모만족도, 거부민감성, 사회적 지지 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고, 직․간접효과를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재 국립 D 고등학교, 사립 H 고등학교의 인문계 고등학생 334명 을 대상으로 외모만족도 척도, 거부민감성 척도, 사회적 지지 척도, 심리적 안녕감 척도에 대한 설문을 2017년 2월 1일부터 4주간 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 24.0과 AMOS Ver. 24.0을 사용하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학생의 외모만족도는 거부민감성, 사회적 지지 및 심리적 안녕감에 직접적인 효과가 있다. 둘째, 고등학생의 외모만족도는 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 거부민감성을 매개로 간접적인 효과가 있다. 셋째, 고등학생의 외모만족도는 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지를 매개로 간접적인 효과가 있다. 넷째, 고등학생의 외모만족도는 거부민감성과 사회적 지지를 매개로 순차적으로 심리적 안녕감에 간접적인 효과가 있다. 본 연구는 고등학생의 외모만족도가 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 거부민감성과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 밝힌 동시에 이들 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 검증했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship, direct effect and indirect effect of rejection sensitivity, appearance satisfaction, social support and psychological well-bing of high school students. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, we surveyed 334 high school students of D and H high schools in Busan from February 1, 2017, and measured appearance satisfaction, rejection sensitivity, social support and psychological well-being. The collected data were processed by SPSS Ver. 24.0 and AMOS Ver. 24.0. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, appearance satisfaction affects rejection sensitivity, social support and psychological well-being directly. Second, appearance satisfaction affects psychological well-being indirectly through rejection sensitivity. Third, appearance satisfaction affects psychological well-being indirectly through social support. Fourth, appearance satisfaction affects psychological well-being indirectly through rejection sensitivity and social support. This study analyzed the structural relationships among appearance satisfaction, rejection sensitivity, social support and psychological well-being, there is a sense of meaning in this aspect.
