This study sought to overcome problems among stakeholders in the community and to find ways to sustain cooperation with Jeju Free International City Propel Policies. Thus, this study selected six groups (local government, development center, business group, press group, citizen group, and academic group) deemed to have important influence over Jeju Free International City. It also conducted a survey focusing on cooperation theory and six preconditions that can sustain cooperative relations among stakeholders. Results of the survey revealed positive or negative perceptions on mutual reliance, possibility of partnership, feasibility of the policy agreed upon by the groups, perception on cost-cutting followed by policy cooperation, selection of the leader group to sustain the cooperative relationship, and shared vision of the policy according to each group’s stake. Consequently, this study proposed ways to sustain cooperative relationships among groups based on the abovementioned results. 변수명변수정의자연경관기능

Data used in inland water fish demand modeling were characterized by the fact that demand frequencies were non-negative integers. Another issue potentially important for modeling the demand for inland water fishes was the separation of decision to participate from the decision of how many to consume. This paper aimed to analyze the determinants of inland water fish demand in terms of combining a binary probability model for participation and a conditional probability model for positive frequencies. Logit and truncated negative binomial models were utilized to apply for the participation and consumption decisions, respectively. The impact of demographic characteristics on participation decision for inland water fishes appeared to be significantly high in gender, age, and education. As regional characteristics, a notable fact was that the residents of Ulsan, Busan, and Greater Seoul exceeded those of other cities in participation rate for consuming the fishes. Types of perception on inland water fishes also had significant correlations with participation decision. The influence of demographic characteristics on the consump- tion decision was statistically significant in gender, age, income, and types of job. The residents of Incheon, Daejeon, and Daegu were exceeded by those of other cities in number of consumption. The impact of certain types of perception on consumption decision appeared to be significant. Taste and sanitary thought on the fishes as a choice characteristics was also significant in deciding how many to consume.

Even though alanine was grouped as more produced amino acids, alanine production rates was not significantly changed. From this one can assume that alanine aminotransferase (Ala-AT) activity is not present in Jurkat cells. Gayton (1989) reported that both alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase participate in the breakdown of glutamine. Therefore, it can be assumed that the reaction of pyruvate is tightly locked by the conversion to lactate. This can be consumed by the fact that in rotenone treated cells a large portion of their energy depends on this conversion to lactate. Therefore major flux from pyruvate should go not to alanine by alanine aminotransferase but to lactate by lactate dehydrogenase. Cells will attempt to maximize the fraction of glucose that is converted to lactate. It is still important to note that the NADH/NAD+ ratio of cytoplasm is quite different from the ratio of mitochondrial matrix and cristae (Williamson et al., 1967). Therefore, all the assumptions must be verified by experimental measurements of the ratios of NADH/NADH/NAD+ in cytoplasm and mitochondria at every specific condition(Bergel et al.,1989; Bessho et al., 1989).

pH 측정기의 설계를 바탕으로 이온농도측정기 (ion meter), 용존산소농도측정기 (dissolved oxygen meter)및 전기전도도측정기 (conductivity meter)의 개발을 수행하였다. 전기전도도측정기의 cell constant가 설정되고 RTD probe용 thermistor가 결정되었다. 이온전극의 표준화를 통한 이온농도측정기의 보정시스템의 프로그램화가 수행되었다. 용존산소농도측정기의 증폭기 선택, 그리고 온도, 염도, 및 고도의 영향을 프로그램화하여 성공적인 개발작업을 수행하였다. Based on the design of pH measuring instrument, the development of an ion concentration measuring instrument, a dissolved oxygen(DO) concentration instrument and it conductivity meter were developed The cell constant and proper thermistor (or RTD probe were determined for the conductivity measuring instrument. A calibration program for ion measuring system through the standardization of ion electrodes was also developed. For the DO measuring system, a unique amplification system for the polarographic signal was selected and the effects of temperature, salinity and altitude were programmed in the system.

작년말 금년초의 각 일간신문에는 다음과 같은 요지의 기사가 보도되어 식견있는 사람들을 놀라게 하고 또한 분노하게 하고 있다. 즉 문화재관리국이 1990년부터 향후 수년간에 걸쳐(신문에 따라 92년 혹은 97년까지) 1백 50여억원을 들여 경주의 황룡사지 또는 그 부근에 9층목탑 복원의 代替物로서 80미터 높이의 시멘트 건물을 짓기로 하였는 바, 복원한다면서 시멘트로 짓는데 대한 반발여론을 감안하여 전시관의 명목으로 짓되 관광 등 위락을 겸한 상업 부대시설을 갖춘 건물로 하기로 하고 이미 그 기본설계비 5천만원을 경주시에 내려 보냈다는 내용이다.
