        한방 종양면역치료를 통한 전이재발 억제 방법론 연구

        Background: The greatest threats to the lives of cancer patients consist of both complications due to metastasis and the recurrence of original cancer. However, the existing forms of chemotherapy do not prevent these adverse events adequately because they suppress the patients' immune systems. A new methodology is required. Aim: To provide further validation for cancer immunotherapy (involving the use of traditional oriental herbal medicine). Method: Related articles, in both Korean and English were reviewed. Results: Cancer immunotherapy involving the use of traditional oriental herbal medicine can create inhospitable conditions for cancer cells and strengthen patients' immunological functioning. These effects are a demonstration of the principles of "strengthening healthy qi (扶正)" and "eliminating pathogens (祛邪)". As a result, immunotherapy protects against metastasis and original cancer recurrence by preventing the growth of cancer cells. This is very similar to the concept of a cancer dormancy therapy. Conclusion: It is strongly urged by the authors that more advanced studies be carried out on this promising therapy in the future in order to improve patients' quality of life and increase their survival time.

        형상기억효과를 가진 투과형 광탄성 실험용 모델재료 개발에 관한 연구

        The photoelastic model material with shape memory effect and the molding processes for the material are developed in this research. The matrix and fiber of the photoelastic model material developed in this research are epoxy resin (Araldite to hardner 10 to 3 (weight ratio)) and wire of $Ti_50-Ni_50$ shape memory alloy, respectively. It is called Ti50-Ni50 Shape Memory Alloy Fiber Epoxy Composite $(Ti_50-Ni_50SMA-FEC).$ Ti50-Ni50 SMA-FEC is satisfied with the requirements of the photoelastic model material and can be used as a photoelastic model material. The maximum recovering strain of $Ti_50-Ni_50$SMA-FEC is occurred at $80^{\circ}C$ in any prestrain of $Ti_50-Ni_50$ shape memory alloy fiber and in any fiber volume ratio. Recovering strain(force) is increased with the increment of the prestrain and the fiber volume ratio. The best prestrain of $Ti_50-Ni_50$SMA-FEC is 5% for the recovering force among 1%, 3%, 5%.

        투과형 광탄성 실험법에 의한 지능성 FRP의 파괴지연 효과에 관한 연구

        The most effective material in the shape memory alloy(SMA) is the TiNi alloy, because its shape recovery characteristics are very excellent. We molded the composite material with shape memory function. The fiber of it is $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy and matrix of it is epoxy resin(Araldite B41, Hardner HT903. Ciba Geigy), its adhesive and optical sensitivity are very excellent. It was assured that the composite material could be used as model material of photoelastic experiment for intelligent materials or structures. In this research, the composite material with shape memory function is used as model material of photoelastic experiment. Photoelastic experimental hybrid method is developed in this research, it is assured that it is useful on the obtaining stress intensity factor and the separation of stress components from only isochromatic data. The measuring method of stress intensity factor of intelligent material by photoelastic experiment is introduced. In the mode I state, we can know that stress intensity factors are decreased more than 50% of stress intensity factor of room temperature when temperature of fiber is greater than 4$0^{\circ}C$, prestrain greater than 5% and fiber volume ratio greater than 0.42% and that stress intensity factors are decreased by 100% when fiber volume ratio is greater than 0.84%, prestrain greater than 5% and temperature greater than 60 $^{\circ}C$.

        Ti_{50}-Ni_{50} 형상기억합금 복합체의 계면 접학 전단강도 향상에 관한 연구

        In this paper, single fiber pull-out test is used to measure the interfacial bonding shear strength of $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy composite with temperature. Fiber and matrix of $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy composite are respectively $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy and epoxy resin. To strengthen the interfacial bonding shear stress, various surface treatments are used. They are the hand-sanded surface treatment, the acid etched surface treatment and the silane coupled surface treatment etc.. The interfacial bonding shear strength of surface treated shape memory alloy fiber is greater than that of surface untreated shape memory alloy fiber by from 10% to 16%. It is assured that the hand-sanded surface treatment and the acid etched surface treatment are the best way to strengthen the interfacial bonding shear strength of $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory composite. The best treatment condition of surface is 10% HNO$_3$ solution in the etching method to strengthen the interfacial bonding shear strength of $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy composite.

        칼빈의 율법의 제3용법과 이자금지법 해석 ; 구약 율법의 적용 사례 연구

        칼빈은 중세 스콜라주의자들이나 루터와 같은 이전 신학자들과 달리 상업적인 이자를 허용한 첫 번째 기독교 신학자로서 서구 사회에 적잖은 변화를 가져왔다. 최근 연구들은 그가 왜 이자를 허용했는지를 분석하고 있는데, 필자는 구약 율법에 대한 칼빈 자신의 이해에 근거한 성경 해석의 결과였다는 점을 새롭게 제시한다. 칼빈은 자신의 ‘율법의 제3용법’ 개념으로 이자금지법을 해석하면서 율법의 궁극적 목표인 사랑을 실천할 수 있다면 이자를 금지한 율법 규정을 문자적으로 지키지 않아도 된다고 주장하며 문자적 준수보다 율법에 담긴 하나님의 뜻을 성도들의 일상에 적용하는 것이 율법의 진정한 정신이라고 강조했다. 칼빈은 자신이 살던 16세기 제네바에서 이자를 주고받는 경제 활동을 통해 산업을 발전시켜 긴박한 가난 문제를 해결할 수 있다면, 이것이 오히려 이자금지법에 담긴 하나님의 의도를 더 정확하게 구현하는 것이라고 보았다. 하나님은 이 법을 통해 가난한 자를 보호하기 원했기 때문이다. 다만 그는 가난한 자들의 생계를 위한 대부에는 이자를 부과해서는 안 된다는 단서 조항을 붙였다. 이와 같은 칼빈의 율법 해석을 통해서 우리는 구약의 율법이 오늘 우리의 일상생활과 무관한 것이 아니라 여전히 하나님의 뜻을 전달하고 있음을 발견한다. 율법이 주어졌던 구약시대와 많이 달라진 오늘날에 율법을 적용하기 위해서는 율법의 본래 정신을 현실에 맞도록 창조적이고 탄력적으로 적용해야 함을 칼빈을 통해 배울 수 있다. This article aims to provide a new way to understand the theological foundation of John Calvin`s interpretation of the usury laws in the Mosaic Law. His interpretation of the usury laws was radically different from that of Scholastics and even other Reformers of his days. His challenge against the church tradition that read the usury laws literally provided a significant turning-point to the development of the capitalism of Western Europe. Scholars have researched to find the reason why he was different from others on this issue. Recent studies focused on the idea of equity as his ethical principle in his understanding of usury. Not satisfied with this result, I tried to find a deeper reason and found the more basic theological ground for his revolutionary idea on usury: his idea of the third use of the Law. This idea means that Mosaic laws, though given for the recognition of our sinfulness, can be used as a moral guide for believers. Calvin argues that the final goal of the Old Testament laws is to love God and neighbor. This idea made him believe that the usury laws could play a positive role in the life of believers. For Calvin, if usury could be used to practice the love of the poor in the 16th century context which was far different from that of the Mosaic Law, this usury should be permitted. Using this interpretive method, Calvin concludes that the usury laws do not mean unserved prohibition but the practice of love, especially for the poor. For this reason, Calvin permitted some kinds of usury practiced in marketplaces, because he experienced positive roles of usury that helped the poor to make profit and relieve from poverty. But he strictly prohibited usury charged to the lending for the life of the poor. The idea of the third use of the Law opened Calvin`s eyes to see the other aspect of usury that was condemned by the Roman Catholic church. This argument will help Calvin researchers to know a reason why Calvin interpreted the usury laws of the Old Testament in such a revolutionary way.

        唐太宗期 西北遊牧君長의 宿衛와 對外遠征 從軍

        At the end of the Sui(隋) Dynasty, the Eastern Turks made an invasion upon the Hebei area. After the unification of the China, Tang captured Xieli Qaghan (詰利可汗) who stayed in the Yin-shan (陰山). Afterward, the leaders of Turks and Tiele(鐵勒) had conquered the Tang. After this event, They were designated as the Huang di-Ti?n Qaghan(皇帝-天可汗). Hereby Taizong became the Qaghan of nomadic tribes as well as the emperor of Han race(漢人). Nomadic leaders were appointed to the post of the Royal guards who commanded the B?i-cb'i(百騎) and the Fei-cb'i(飛騎) at the Xuan-w?-men(玄武門), and escorted the emperor. So, what made the emperor impose such a duty on them? First, I think, he wanted to check and prepare against the coup d'tat of Han's aristocrats. Second, he needed to take nomadic leaders to his arms and to show off his dignity to neighboring countries. Third, he attempted to make new military system by taking nomadic leader and General of Han race part in emperor's hunting and guarding. Taizong, as the huang di-ti?n Qaghan, needed to conquest neighboring countries for world supremacy. Nomadic leaders took part in the expedition to the Tuyuhun(吐谷渾) in 635. It was the first foreign expedition that the Han race army and nomadic tribes united together in the struggle against enemies. Thereafter, Tang had dispatched expedition forces who united Han race army and nomadic tribes. The allied forces of Han race and nomadic tribes had dispatched and subjected all of other nations.

        곡물의 수확후 이력관리시스템

        본 논문은 곡물의 수확후 이력관리를 위하여 미곡종합처리장(RPC, Rice processing complex)에서 곡물의 반입, 건조, 저장 및 가공공정에서의 변화하는 중량 및 함수율 정보를 실시간으로 측정하고 모니터링이 가능한 IT기반의 이력관리시스템을 개발하였다. 곡물의 반입, 건조, 저장 및 가공 등 수확후 처리공정에서 반입 및 배출과정에서 중량 및 함수율 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 이를 기반으로 수율 및 감모와 같은 품질정보를 DB sever에 저장하였다. 이 때의 Lot No를 생성하여 품질 및 이력정보를 연계하여 이력관리가 가능한 시스템을 구축할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한, MMI(Man Machine Interface)기반의 자동제어시스템과 자동수율 및 재고관리 시스템(YICS)과 TCP/IP통신을 이용하여 곡물을 대상으로 한 IT기반의 이력관리시스템을 구축하였으며, 미곡종합처리장에서 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증을 수행하였다. In this study, IT based traceability system which is able to measure weight and moisture content of grain in the post-harvest process of intake, drying, storage and milling was developed in RPC(Rice processing complex). Measured information of weight, moisture content, yield, loss and quality was saved in the DB sever. Simultaneously, lot No. was generated and connecting to quality and traceability information. Also, automatic control system with MMI(Man Machine Interface) and yield and inventory control system(YICS) for grain was developed for the traceability system by applying the TCP/IP communication. In addition, simulation of system was performed for evaluation in RPC.
