        A Study on Recycling of Waste Polyethylene Film

        폐폴리에틸렌 필름을 재활용하기 위하여 폐폴리에틸렌과 비산재를 사용하여 콤파운드를 제조하였다. 실험에 사용한 고분자는 생활쓰레기에서 분리수거한 폴리에틸렌(PE)과 포장용 필름을 생산하는 공장에서 발생하는 스크랩에 서 얻어지는 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE)과 선형저밀도폴리에틸렌(LLDPE)이다 폐폴리에틸렌의 물리적 성질을 개량시키기 위하여 화력발전소 굴뚝에서 포집한 석탄재와 생활쓰레기 소각로굴뚝에서 얻어지는 비산재를 사용하였다. 발전소 석탄재를 투입하면 재활용 LDPE와 LLDPE 콤파운드의 인장강도는 감소하고 굴곡모듈러스는 증가하였다. 역청탄재를 혼합한 경우에 비하여 무연탄재를 투입한 LLDPE 콤파운드의 인장강도와 굴곡강도가 약간 높았으며, 이는 무연탄재가 다소 많은 량의 미연소 탄소를 가지기 때문으로 사료된다. 생활쓰레기에서 얻어진 PE 단독에 소각로 비산재를 투입하면 인장강도와 굴곡강도가 모두 증가하였다. 이와 같은 소각로 비산재에 의한 상승효과는 생활쓰레기 PE에 포장 용 필름 스크랩의 LDPE를 섞게 되면 Filler 입자가 LDPE의 결정화를 방해하기 때문에 상쇄되는 현상이 관찰되었다. 소각로 비산재를 혼합하여 생활쓰레기 PE를 재활용한 콤파운드는 하수관 등을 제조하는 원료로 사용이 가능하다. 본 연구결과를 폐플라스틱의 재활용에 적용시키면 폐기물처리 비용을 절감하고 환경보존과 자원절약에 기여할 수 있다. The compounds of recycled polyethylene(PE) and fly-ashes were prepared. Polymers used were sorted PE from mixed plastics of household waste and Low Density Polyethylene(LDPE) and Linear Low Density Polyethylene(LLDPE) recycled from the scrap of packaging film plants. Fly-ashes were from the power plant and from the household waste incinerator. The tensile strength of recycled LDPE and LLDPE compounds decreased and the flexural modulus increased with greater amount of the power plant fly-ash. Anthracite fly-ash gave rise to slightly higher tensile and flexural strength of the LLDPE mixtures than bituminous coal fly-ash presumably due to higher content of unburned carbon. The incinerator fly-ash introduced to household waste PE enhanced both tensile strength and flexural modulus of the compounds. When LDPE and household waste PE were used together, the synergistic effect of incinerator fly-ash to household waste PE was offset by reduced crystallization of LDPE due to the filler particle. The compounds of household waste PE and incinerator fly-ash might be applied to structural materials for such as sewage pipe, which reduces the waste treatment cost and conserve the environment and resources.

        빅데이터 시대의 개인정보 과잉이 사용자 저항에 미치는 영향

        Big data refers to the data that cannot be processes with conventional contemporary data technologies. As smart devices and social network services produces vast amount of data, big data attracts much attention from researchers. There are strong demands form governments and industries for bib data as it can create new values by drawing business insights from data. Since various new technologies to process big data introduced, academic communities also show much interest to the big data domain. A notable advance related to the big data technology has been in various fields. Big data technology makes it possible to access, collect, and save individual’s personal data. These technologies enable the analysis of huge amounts of data with lower cost and less time, which is impossible to achieve with traditional methods. It even detects personal information that people do not want to open. Therefore, people using information technology such as the Internet or online services have some level of privacy concerns, and such feelings can hinder continued use of information systems. For example, SNS offers various benefits, but users are sometimes highly exposed to privacy intrusions because they write too much personal information on it. Even though users post their personal information on the Internet by themselves, the data sometimes is not under control of the users. Once the private data is posed on the Internet, it can be transferred to anywhere by a few clicks, and can be abused to create fake identity. In this way, privacy intrusion happens. This study aims to investigate how perceived personal information overload in SNS affects user’s risk perception and information privacy concerns. Also, it examines the relationship between the concerns and user resistance behavior. A survey approach and structural equation modeling method are employed for data collection and analysis. This study contributes meaningful insights for academic researchers and policy makers who are planning to develop guidelines for privacy protection. The study shows that information overload on the social network services can bring the significant increase of users’ perceived level of privacy risks. In turn, the perceived privacy risks leads to the increased level of privacy concerns. IF privacy concerns increase, it can affect users to from a negative or resistant attitude toward system use. The resistance attitude may lead users to discontinue the use of social network services. Furthermore, information overload is mediated by perceived risks to affect privacy concerns rather than has direct influence on perceived risk. It implies that resistance to the system use can be diminished by reducing perceived risks of users. Given that users’ resistant behavior become salient when they have high privacy concerns, the measures to alleviate users’ privacy concerns should be conceived. This study makes academic contribution of integrating traditional information overload theory and user resistance theory to investigate perceived privacy concerns in current IS contexts. There is little big data research which examined the technology with empirical and behavioral approach, as the research topic has just emerged. It also makes practical contributions. Information overload connects to the increased level of perceived privacy risks, and discontinued use of the information system. To keep users from departing the system, organizations should develop a system in which private data is controlled and managed with ease. This study suggests that actions to lower the level of perceived risks and privacy concerns should be taken for information systems continuance.

        Recently, Germany, India, Russia, France, USA, Spain, etc. due to the railway accident that occurred around the world, the need for enhanced railway safety are among the many railway accidents occurring in the country is being raised. Korea Railway Safety law, as amended in the implementation of the 2012 March 2014 defines the requirements necessary to ensure the railway safety and railway safety laws amended in order to contribute to the promotion of the public welfare by establishing a railway safety management system enforced who want to create a railway vehicle shall be operated in accordance with the domestic producers approved. Provide a legal basis for ensuring railway safety as one of the world"s highest goal was to have the competitive advantage of the advanced railway company in order to continue to develop the safety management system of the railway industry. To remain competitive, review the contents of the authors and approved for domestic production as compared with railways outside world class railway standard IRIS future production of the guide rail companies and domestic producers for the content of the Quality Management System to be provided to the manufacturer approval proposes a plan for the development of a quality management system.

        초등학교 교과로서 통합교과의 성격 탐색

        본 연구의 목적은 현행 우리나라 1∼2학년용 통합교과가 초등학교 교과로서 어떤 성격을 가지는지를 탐색하는 데에 있다. 교과의 성격은 시대의 변화와 함께 변천되어 왔으며, 오늘날 교과의의미는 ‘국가에서 학생들에게 가르칠 필요가 있다고 생각하는 내용들을 학습가능한 형태로 조직해 놓은 것’이라고 말할 수 있을 것이다. 이 점에 비추어 본다면, 통합교과도 당연히 하나의 ‘교과’로서 성립할 수 있다고 보아야 할 것이다. 통합교과는 유치원의 누리과정과 초등학교 3학년 이상의 분과교과를 연계해 주는 교과로서 생활사태와 교육사태가 결합되어 있는 모습을 띤다. 생활사태를 중심으로 보면 통합교과는 생활의 경험을 보완하는 역할, 즉 기능, 기술, 습관 등을 강화하는 역할을 하고, 교육사태를 중심으로 보면 그것은 본격적인 분과교과 수업을 위한 기초를 마련하는 역할을 한다. 통합교과는 1∼2학년 학생들의 발달 수준에 부합되는 내용을 부합되는 방법으로 가르치는 교과이다. The purpose of this study is to inquire into the nature of integrated subjects as elementary school subjects for 1st∼2nd grades students in Korea. The nature of subjects has been changed as time passes. Thus these days the meaning of subjects may be defined as ``contents organized in learnable forms that each country consider as what need to be taught to their students``. In view of this definition of subject, integrated subjects also can be accepted as ``subjects`` like compartmentalized subjects. The integrated subjects connects Nuri curriculum of kindergarten to subjects for 3rd grade students, and contains practical living situations and educational situations together. In view of practical living situations, integrated subjects complement and reinforce functions, skills, and habits etc. of experience of practical living, and in view of educational situations, those make the foundation of compartmentalized subjects. The integrated subjects are subjects that teach 1st∼2nd students contents suitable for them with suitable method in accordance with their developmental levels.
