탄화수소로의 메탄올 전환반응에 대한 헤테로폴리산 화합물의 역할과 적용성에 관하여 연구하였다. 탄화수소의 수율과 저급 올레핀의 선택도를 높히기 위하여 반응온도, 메탄올 분압 및 접촉시간 등 반응조건의 영향과 촉매의 이온교환 효과를 조사하였다. 그들의 산의 세기는 치환된 금속이온의 종류에 따라 달라졌고, 탄화수소의 수율과 프로판에 대한 프로필렌의 선택도는 상대 금속이온의 전기음성도와 밀접한 관계를 보여주었다. 다른 헤테로폴리산 화합물과는 달리 암모늄염은 상당히 높은 촉매활성과 저급 올레핀에 대한 파라핀의 높은 선택도를 보여 주었다. The catalytic performance and availability of heteropoly compounds for the conversion of methanol to hydrocarbons have been studied. The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, methanol partial pressure and residence time and the effects of ion-exchange of the catalysts were examined for enhancing the yield of hydrocarbons and the selectivity of low olefins. Their acid strength depended on the kind of countercation, and the yield of hydrocarbons and the selectivity for propylene to propane were closely related to the electronegativity of the corresponding countercation. In contrast to the other heteropoly compounds, the ammonium salt showed a considerably high catalytic activity and a high selectivity for paraffins to low olefins.
청둥오리에서 Riemerella anatipestifer 감염 증례

Riemerella anatipestifer (RA) infection is a contagious disease of domestic ducks, turkey, and various other birds. In a flock of mallard ducklings, about 30% of the birds, 3 weeks old, showed lethergy, greenish diarrhea, tremor of head and neck, and died 2-3 days after signs appeared. Grossly, fibrinous exudates covered the heart and surface of the live. Microscopically, mononuclear cells and heterophils were primarily inflammatory cells in the exudate. These were also observed in the meninges in brain. Microbiologically, gram (-) short rod bipolar shaped bacteria were recovered on blood agar and agglutinated by antisera of R anatipestifer. Sulfamethoxasole/trimethoprim were administered and clinically effective. This case was a R anatipestifer infection caused fibrinous pericarditis, hepatitis and meningitis in mallards.

헤테로폴리산 촉매에 의한 에탄올 전환반응에서, 반응성, 반응 메카니즘, 반응물과 함께 주입된 유기염기의 효과 및 금속염 촉매의 산의 세기와 촉매활성과의 관계를 연구하였다. 에탄올 전환반응은 촉매의 의액상에서 일어났고, 이러한 성질 때문에 아주 높은 촉매활성을 보여 주었으며, SiO_2에 담지시켜 표면적을 증가시킨 촉매에서도 활성이 그다지 증가하지 않았다. 에틸렌과 에테르가 생성되는 반응 메카니즘은 서로 다른 것으로 관찰되었으며, 알루미늄 이온에 의해 부분적으로 이온교환된 여러 가지 12-텅스토인산염들은 서로 다른 촉매활성을 보여주었다. In the conversion of ethanol over heteropoly acids, we have studied catalytic reactivity, reaction mechanism, effect of organic bases added to reactant, and relation between acid strength of ion-exchanged catalysts and catalytic activities. The conversion of ethanol proceeded in the pseudoliquid phase of heteropoly acid. Due to this novel behavior, very high catalytic activity was observed, and the catalytic activity increased a little over the catalysts that had surface area increased by supporting with SiO_2. The reaction mechanism of ethylene production was different from that of ether production, and various partially substituted Al salts of 12-tungstophosphoric acid showed different catalytic activities.

메탄올 전환반응에서, 헤테로폴리산 화합물의 산특성이 촉매활성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 구리로 치환된 12-텅스토인산 촉매를 수소로 전처리하면 메탄올의 전환율과 프로판에 대한 선택도가 증가하였으며, 알루미늄이온으로 치환된 12-텅스토인산 촉매에서는 물로 전처리하면 산의 세기가 증가하였다. 반응물에 첨가된 물은 메탄올의 전환율을 감소시켰고, 전처리온도는 메탄올의 전환율에는 영향을 미치지 않았으나, propylene/propane의 생성비에는 영향을 미쳤다. 알루미늄이온에 의해 부분적으로 이온교환된 여러가지의 12-텅스토인산염들은 알루미늄이온의 치환정도에 따라 서로 다른 촉매활성을 보여주었다. In the conversion of methanol, the effect of acidic property of heteropoly compounds on the catalytic activity was investigated. The pretreatment of Cu-exchanged 12-tungstophosphoric acid with hydrogen enhanced both the selectivity for propane and the conversion of methanol, and the pretreatment of Al-exchanged 12-tungstophosphoric acid with water enhanced the acid strength of the catalyst. The water added into the reactant decreased the conversion of methanol, while the pretreatment temperature did not affect it but the propylene/propane ratio. Various partially- substituted Al salts of 12-tungstophosphoric acid showed different catalytic activities depending on the degree of Al-substitution.

Accident cause human death and property damage, thus most people are concerned how to prevent accident in advance. Nowdays, Many research institute in the world study accident prevention technology, such as monitoring system and sensing system to minimize accident damage. We also introduced monitoring system for observing ship engine. The system is built base on wireless sensor network that is called zigbee(IEEE 802.15.4). It is difficult to apply wireless system in the ship, so we conducted test of application in the ship. This paper shows the system development process and the result of the study about wireless communication in the ship.
