          항공기 제조산업 관련 WTO 분쟁사례 분석

          In order to promote the domestic aircraft manufacturing industry, this study analyzedthe limitations of the preceding study on the WTO dispute concerning civil aircraft bysummarizing the latest developments and issues in the mid-range aircraft disputebetween Brazil and Canada and the large civil aircraft dispute between the UnitedStates and the EU. Based on the results of the study, we should look closely at WTOregulations and existing cases of disputes to find maximum support measures, and webelieve that in order to stimulate the domestic aircraft manufacturing industry, weshould refrain from publicly specifying support measures in the data, such as laws andpolicies, utilize the WTO SCM Agreement exceptions, and strengthen links withinternational cooperation and other industries.

          스마트그리드 융합서비스를 위한 동적 서비스플랫폼 연구

          The core technology of Dynamic Service Platform is based on delivering shared services as service units according to the purpose of system operation, and dividing services into service objects on middleware within an environment of convergence service communication network. This study utilized a dynamic service platform for an electric power service dedicated to embedded devices including middleware technology. And then, it is suggested that system independent communication services should be designed for utilizing improved protocols. Besides, based on this design, there was a study for the required elements for convergence services units on electric power service and for developing the micro-grid infrastructure. Also, dynamic service platform model was implemented on the middleware to be able to remotely distribute and deliver as designed as "Bundle" to be applied to various application services. Throughout this research, dynamic service platform with middleware can be utilized for the electric power service providers, convergence network service providers, and manufacturers with operators and end-users, that is, anyones who want to design high leveled smart-grid computing services. 동적 서비스플랫폼 기술의 핵심은 공유서비스를 시스템 운영목적에 따라 서비스단위로 전송하는 기술과 융합서비스 통신망 환경에서의 서비스를 미들웨어상의 서비스객체로 분리 하는 기술에 있다. 본 연구에서는 전력서비스에 대해 미들웨어 기술을 포함한 임베디드 기기를 서비스에 특화하기 위하여 동적 서비스플랫폼을 활용하였다. 그리하여, 개선된 프로토콜을 활용할 수 있도록 시스템 독립적인 통신서비스 설계를 제시하였다. 부가적으로, 이 설계를 기반으로 전력통신망에서의 융합서비스단위와 마이크로그리드 인프라 구축에 필요한 요소에 대하여 연구하였다. 또한, 동적 서비스플랫폼 모델은 Bundle형태로써 다양한 응용서비스가 원격으로 배포, 전송 가능하도록 미들웨어 상에 구현하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 미들웨어로서 동적 서비스플랫폼은 통신융합 서비스제공자, 통신기기 제조사와 운영관리자, 사용자들이 고도화된 스마트그리드 컴퓨팅서비스를 설계하는데 적용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

          난치성 치주염의 질환진행 예견 인자에 관한 분석

          Refractory periodontitis manifest progressive attachment loss in a rapid and unrelenting manner regardless of the type or frequency of therapy applied. The purpose of this study was ta evaluate the relation between the level of cytokines in GCF and periodontopathic microflora with disease activity of refractory periodontitis. Selection of patients with refractory periodontitis (7 males, 3 females) were made by long term clinical observation including conventional clinical history and parameters. Teeth that showed pocket depth greater than 6mm were selected as sample teeth. Subjects were examined at baseline and after 3 months. Prior to baseline test, individual acrylic stent was fabricated. Reference grooves were made on each sample tooth site. Pocket depth and attachment loss were measured by Florida Probe. Gingival index was measured at 4 sites each sample teeth. Disease activity was defined as attachment loss of ${\ge}$ 2.1mm, as determined by sequential probing and tolerance method. The pattern and amount of alveolar bone resorption was observed with quantitative digital subtraction image processing radiography. Morphological analysis of subgingival bacteria was taken by phase contrast microscopy. Predominant cultivable bacterial distribution and frequency were compared between disease-active and disease-inactive site using immunofluorescence microscopy and selective microbial culturing. Levels of $interleukin-l{\beta}$, 2, 4, 6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ in GCF and blood serum sample were quantified by ELISA. In active sites, P. intermedia was significantly increased to compare with inactive site. $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-2, IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ in GCF were increased in active sites and IL-2 in serum was increased in active patients significantly. Alveolar bone loss in active site was correlated with $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-2 in GCF. And loss of attachment in active site was correlated with IL-2 in GCF. These results demonstrate that IL-2 in serum, $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-2, IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ in GCF, P, intermedia might be used as possible predictors of disease activity in refractory periodontitis before it is clinically expressed as attachment loss and quantitative alveolar bone change.

          유니버설미들웨어기반 소형위성 동적모듈 서비스 플랫폼

          Recently, In the wake of the satellite service industry research has been spreading to convergence science. As a representative field of cross-platform technology lead to user driven approach about space application services. Universal Middleware could be make pre-design review step of small satellite unit development. It could be develop to easy integration for user application services between internal interface module and 3rd party’s information services. In this study presents extensible way between each module that consist of dynamic and correlation application services for small satellite development model unit. This model could be adopt to the on-board computer interfaces such as a satellite control data field unit, define function and etc. This interface module transfer a data and service process for applying to each unit of intelligent requirement and development parameter. The condition of requirements are proposed with public protocol and private interface module with variable simulation way. Consequently, look into the extensible and dynamic module of three structural model for a small satellite system to the on-board computer. Firstly, the shared instance model of dynamic module support between service registry and inventory that consist of Satellite Application Platform. It suggested interoperability process of connect to tracking and event handling. Secondly, it should be make sure about the way of dynamic module that private message model. It could be make figure out the function of each relation. Thirdly, it take a real time application load model with application launcher via extended public protocol and network inventory. 최근 위성분야의 상업화로 융합서비스 발굴이 확산되고 있다. 우주서비스 시스템 설계 및 개발 방식이 사용자중심으로 전환되면서 우주산업환경인 우주인터넷망구축, 교통인프라 서비스, 지구관측 및 항법 정보서비스 분야로 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 위성개발에서 요구되는 복잡한 시스템간의 통합에 있어 효과적인 융합 서비스플랫폼을 구성하는 것이다. 특히 소형 규모의 위성시스템을 대상으로 동적 모듈화 설계의 연구와 재활용 가능한 인터페이스 유닛을 설계하는 것이다. 이러한 요구 조건에 대해 복잡한 인터페이스의 분석 및 설계를 위한 위성기술 재활용을 목적의 유니버설미들웨어 기반 Public Protocol과 Private Interface 유닛으로 분리하여 구현하였다. 동적모듈 유닛은 하드웨어 자원의 공유와 재활용을 지원한다. 위성 내부와 외부 시스템 사이에서 데이터를 전송하는 표준모듈로 활용 할 수 있다. 또한, 위성서비스의 모듈간의 데이터 처리 과정에서 요구하는 파라미터를 명세서에 반영하여 실시간으로 적용하고 검증 할 수 있다. 결과적으로 Dynamic Service Platform은 다음가 같은 동적모듈의 규칙을 제공한다. 첫째, 유니버설미들웨어기반의 Application Platform상의 인터페이스 유닛은 Service Registry와 Service Inventory간의 전송방식에 따른다. 이때, Instance 공유를 위해 Tracking과 Event Handling으로 구현한다. 둘째, 하드웨어모듈의 확장성을 지원하는 사용자 서비스중심 형태인 Private Message로 구성한다. 셋째, 외부 시스템과 내부시스템 연동방식은 Public Protocol, Application Launcher, Network Inventory를 명세서규칙을 반영하도록 각각의 유닛을 구성한다.
