Servo presses are used in variety of ways in industry throughout the production and assembly lines of machine parts. The bottom of the servo press is fixed to a bed or a tabletop, and the press cylinder continuously operates under vertical upward loads. In this research, a static structural analysis was performed by simplifying 3D model of the servo press, and the maximum deformation was applied to the clamp and bolt. The maximum value of Von Mises stress was reported in this paper. The result was used to calculate the safety factor, and it was confirmed that the design was conservative.

Movable weirs with multi-stage control are necessary in many Korean rivers to actively control the water storage level. A mesh dependency test was performed to determine the appropriate number of meshes for structural analysis of movable weirs. The standing angles of movable weirs were set to 60°, 45°, 30°, and 15° for stress analysis. The standing angle of 0° was excluded from the analysis because it was unloaded. Changes in the standing angle led to changes in the water depth, maximum pressure, maximum strain, and maximum stress. The maximum average stress and the structural safety of the multi-stage control movable weir were computed and tested using the Ansys FEA software package.
디지털 스토리텔링의 재조명: 암 환자들의 유튜브 투병 브이로그를 중심으로

스토리텔링은 디지털 기술의 특성이 반영된 새로운 담화 양식으로서 조명 받고 있다. 그러나 그동안 스토리텔링은 명확한 개념 정의가 합의되지 않은 채 단순히 내러티브에 디지털 기술이 결합된 형태를 가리키거나 마케팅과 엔터테인먼트 산업에서 사용되는 기교적 담화로 협소하게 이해되어왔다. 이에 본 연구는 스토리텔링 개념의 본질을 새롭게 탐구하고, 스토리텔링의 핵심 요소 세 가지를 이야기, 이야기하기, 이야기판으로 설정하였다. 본 연구는 스토리텔링을 평범한 개인들의 이야기 루프가 형성되는 양태로 이해하고, 디지털 매체를 통해 민주적으로 소통되는 과정으로 파악한다. 이를 통해 공동체의 이야기가 축적되고 선순환되는 커뮤니티 공간으로서 스토리텔링을 재정의한다. 스토리텔링이 내재한 자유롭고 수평적인 연대 가능성을 탐구하고자, 본 연구는 유튜브에서 자신의 질병 경험을 이야기하는 암 환자들의 브이로그를 분석한다. 투병 브이로그는 현대 의학에서 소외된 환자들이 자신의 목소리로 질병을 이야기하는 자기 복원의 시도이자, 아픈 사람이 받는 차별과 낙인에 저항하는 발화로서 의미를 갖는다(이야기). 그들의 이야기는 완결된 형태가 아닌, 인터넷 망으로 연결된 무수한 개인들의 능동적인 참여를 통해 끊임없이 변형 · 재창조되는 과정을 거친다. 이로써 개인이 겪는 주관적이고 고유한 질병 경험 이야기는 ‘지금 여기’ ‘함께 쓰기’라는 구성적 실천으로 나아간다(이야기하기). 투병 브이로그는 상호 돌봄의 관계를 필요로 하는 사람들이 연합을 이루며, 질병과 아픔에 대한 공적인 논의를 가능케 하는 장으로서 큰 의의를 가진다(이야기판). Storytelling has emerged as a new conversational modality in the digital age. However, storytelling has been narrowly understood as a digitalized narrative or conversational strategy for marketing in culture industry. This study aims to redefine storytelling and explores the cultural meanings of it. To achieve the purpose of study, this article sets three key elements of storytelling as ‘story’, ‘telling’ and ‘story champ(space)’; storytelling means the process that ordinary individuals' stories democratically communicate through digital media. Storytelling also means a community story champ where creates and builds empathetic connections among networked individuals. In order to explore the cultural meanings of storytelling, this study analyses Vlogs (video blogs) on YouTube which people broadcast their journeys with cancer. Vloggers tell illness experiences in their own voices which is unheard in medical discourse based on the science system of pathology. It can be understood as practices to resist social discrimination and stigma toward sick people. The stories of personal illness experiences on Vlogs are reconstructed by continual action and reaction from audience community, then it expands into collective story. These processes lead strong solidarity among Vloggers and audience community, and open up public sphere for people living with illness.
터보 팬의 유동해석 및 허니콤 구조가 적용된 터보 팬의 PBF 3D 프린팅 제작에 관한 연구

In this study, a study was conducted to localize a large aluminum turbo fan used for tank powerpack. The turbo fan was scanned with a 3D scanner and then 3D modeling was performed. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) were performed from the performance conditions of the fan, and structural analysis was performed using the pressure data obtained from CFD. The fan was reduced to 1/5 size by applying the geometric similarity. A 1/5 size fan has a honeycomb structure inserted into the front shroud and back shroud to reduce the weight by 5.3%. A 1/5 size fan was printed using a PBF 3D printer, and a 1/5 size fan with honeycombs was also printed. The pressure drop of 8.67 kPa and the required power of 138.19 kW, which satisfies the performance conditions of the fan, were confirmed from the results of CFD. The values of the maximum deformation amount of 0.000788 mm and the maximum effective stress of 0.241 MPa were confirmed from the structural analysis results. The fan printed by the PBF 3D printer had the same shape as the modeling, and the shape was perfect. There are no defects anywhere in appearance. However, the condition of the outer surface of the fan's back shroud is rough compared to other locations. The fan in which the honeycomb was inserted was also perfectly output, and the shape of the honeycomb was the same as the modeling.

The goal f this study is comprehend the reduction characteristic of the emission gas about the diesel vehicle in which the service time and displacement is high in comparison with small and medium vehicle in the smoke reducing device attachment. The final examination adhered the smoke reducing device of the complex recycle way to the engine mainly mounted in the heavy-duty diesel vehicle and construction equipment and measured the reduction efficiency of the emission gas. And it examined the adaptability about the heavy-duty diesel vehicle of the complex recycle smoke reducing device through the reduction analyze characteristic. Consequently, when adhering of the complex recycle smoke reducing device, the reduction efficiency of PM was exposed to be satisfied with the waste gas regulation.

The diesel engine reduces NOx that is one of toxic substances. It is well known that EGR, Urea-SCR, and HC-SCR for reducing the NOx. EGR technology have fuel efficiency problem, and Urea-SCR technology have issues that is the infrastructure as well as the safekeeping of a reducing agent in spite of the commercialized technology. From the point of view saving petroleum resources, HC-SCR has a good point because of using the diesel as the reducing agent, although the purifying efficiency is lower. Accordingly in this paper, we found how to upgrade the quality of HC-SCR technology for improving the purifying efficiency, and reported the experimental result with applying the proposed method to real vehicles.
암모니아 수용액(Urea) 분사 맵 구성을 위한 SCR 촉매특성 및 NOx 저감효과에 관한 연구

In order to form the basic map for the urea mass flow rate in Urea-SCR system, DOC/DPF and SCR was installed, then injection test was performed at various engine conditions. First of all, pre-map was comprised from the result of the space velocity and the NO₂/NOx ratio. As the result of experiment, it is shown that the NO₂/NOx ratio and the active region of SCR catalyst according to exhaust temperature have largely effect on forming the map of urea mass flow rate. And, in the case of increasing NH3/NOx ratio, NOx conversion is improved, but the NH₃ slip occurs according to increasing NH₃/NOx ratio, which is the factor to limit the region of the urea mass flow rate as well. Then, in case to inject the urea following the map, NOx is decreased about 65%. Although different aspects are shown due to many effect like high temperature, space velocity, NO2/NOx ratio, it is expected to satisfy emission standard EURO-V through the optimization of urea mass flow rate.
