간호대학 신입생의 COVID-19로 인한 원격수업 경험

본 연구는 COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학 신입생의 원격수업 경험과 경험의 의미를 심층적으로 이해하는 것이다. 간호대학 신입생 9명이 참여한 본 연구는 개인면담과 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통해 자료수집이 진행되었고, 수집된 자료는 내용분석 방법을 활용하여 분석되었다. 분석결과 총 172개의 진술이 유의미하게 추출되었고, 5개의 상위범주와 10개의 하위범주로 분석되었다. 도출된 5개의 상위범주는 기회상실, 적응지연, 위기감, 상황인식, 수용과 대처이다. 본 연구는 간호대학 신입생을 위한 원격수업 운영과 관련한 유용한 정보를 제공함으로써 교육프로그램, 교육정책, 재정지원 등을 수립하기 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to in-depth understanding of the experiences and experiences of distance learning of nursing freshmen in the context of COVID-19. In this study, in which nine new students from the Department of Nursing participated, individual and focus group interviews were conducted, and the content analysis method was applied to analyze their experiences. 172 statements were extracted significantly and analyzed into 5 categories and 10 subcategories. The derived five components are loss of opportunity, delay in adaptation, sense of crisis, situational awareness, acceptance and coping. This study will be able to provide basic data for establishing educational programs, educational policies, and financial support.
간호대학생의 DML(Debriefing for Meaningful Learning)을 적용한 시뮬레이션학습 경험

본 연구는 간호학생의 DML(Debriefing for meaningful learning) 적용 시뮬레이션 학습경험을 분석한 것이다. 연구참여자는 총 18명이며, 연구방법은 2020년 11월 23일부터 12월 18일까지의 학습경험을 자유롭게 기술한 내용을 분석한 질적 연구 내용분석 방법이다. 연구결과 참여, 탐색, 평가 총 3개의 영역에서 7개의 범주와 13개의 유의미한 진술이 도출되었다. 결론적으로, DML 적용 수업은 학습내용 습득 강화와 지식적용을 위한 심화 발전 기회를 제공한다. 그러므로 다양한 학습에 DML을 적용한 확대 연구를 제언한다. This study analyzed the learning experiences of nursing students in simulations applying Debriefing for Meaningful Learning (DML). There are a total of 18 research participants, and the research method is a qualitative research content analysis method that freely describes the learning experiences from November 23 to December 18, 2020. As a result of the study, 7 categories and 13 meaningful statements were derived from a total of 3 areas of participation, exploration, and evaluation. In conclusion, DML application class provides opportunities for further development for reinforcement of learning content acquisition and knowledge application. Therefore, it is suggested to expand research by applying DML to various learning.

This research aims to identify important variables and their effects on diabetes prevention or progression from prediabetes to diabetic complication using system thinking. Based on the existing studies, we have constructed a causal loop diagram explaining dynamics of diabetes and have found 7 important reinforcing loops and 3 balancing loops in the causal loop diagram. The CLD displays an effect of increasing prediabetes early detection and awareness on diabetes prevention. The findings indicate that the projects in Korea for reducing incidence of diabetes and potential risk of complication have focused on variables which are related only on diabetes even though prediabetes has been a critical point on diabetes prevention and management. Thus, it also concludes that the effect of projects focusing only on diabetes have faced limitation to manage diabetes accordingly.

This study was done to explore communication between nurses during preceptorship. Methods: A qualitative study, using content analysis was conducted. Semistructured interviews were held with 10 nurses working in urban hospitals. Results: A total of 226 significant statements were selected from the data and classified into 4 categories and 23 subcategories. Communication experiences of new nurses’ own performance were responses to reproach - acceptance and apology, and unresponsiveness due to feeling small and uncomfortable; responses to questions - misanswer; responses to directions - unconditional acceptance. Communication experiences of new nurses’ performance by nurse preceptors were kindness, stigmatization, talking behind one’s back, criticism and reproach, impolite words, and emotional expression. Communication experiences of nurse preceptors’s own performance were directives, sympathy, reproach, unkindness, authoritative strictness, and nonverbal expression: being cold, and lessening of tension. Communication experiences of nurse preceptors’ performance by new nurses were response to criticism - recognition and apology for mistakes, evasion of responsibility, and excuses; responses to explanations-active acceptance, and difficulty with communication due to lack of comprehension. Conclusion: These results provide deep understanding of nurses’ communication during preceptorship and should help in developing comprehensive education programs for preceptor nurses and new nurses.

This study constitutes the foundation and preparation steps for communication training programmes for the members of medical institutions. It aims for providing of the procedures and methods for reconstructing norms for the effective communication and the hereby derived norms in the organizations. For this purpose, chapter 2 introduces methods and procedures for the derivation of communicative norms. In chapter 3, which encompasses the final result of the research, we discuss commnunicative norms with instances that the members of the organizations have to keep in mind when communicating.
