고교시절 체육수업의 유·무가 여자교대생의 환경요인, 체격, 건강체력, 체구성, 혈중지질 및 CBC 8종에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the difference on physique, health-related fitness, body composition and blood lipid of the college women students on regular P.E. class during high school. The participants for this study were 102 female college students. First, in questionnaire survey, the physical education group was significantly positive in middle and high school, cold times/year, physical fitness level, exercise preference level, P.E. lessons and personal exercising times/week in middle school, and P.E. lessons/week in high school. Second, in physique, health-related fitness and body composition, the P.E. group was significantly positive in height, 50m run, grip strength, trunk flexion and LBB. Third, in blood lipid, the P.E. group was significantly positive in IGF-1, LDL-C, WBC, MCV and MCH. Therefore, the physical activity of teenagers effect s positively on the health of college women students to start adulthood.
금융투자회사 영업직원의 성과연계보상제도에 대한 공정성 지각이 조직시민행동과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 및 조직지원인식의 조절효과에 대한 연구

본 연구는 영업직에 종사하는 구성원의 인적자원관리활동에 대한 연구의 일환으로 다른 업종의 영업직 구성원에 비해 급여의 변동비 비중이 높고 개인 중심의 성과연계보상제도가 일반화되어 있는 금융투자회사의 영업직원을 대상으로 그들이 지각하고 있는 성과연계보상에 대한 공정성이 조직유효성 변수인 조직시민행동과 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고, 그리고 그들이 근무하고 있는 직장에서의 조직지원인식이 직무태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위하여 그들이 지각하고 있는 공정성과 조직유효성간의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 검증하였다.연구 결과, 첫째, 금융투자회사 영업직원들의 성과연계보상과 관련하여, 그 보상결과 즉, 분배가 공정할수록, 그리고 보상과정에서 구성원간의 상호작용공정성이 높을수록 그들의 조직시민행동은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성과연계보상을 할 때 상호작용공정성의 인식이 높을수록 영업직원들의 고객지향성이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성과연계보상에 대한 공정성 지각과 조직시민행동 및 고객지향성간의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 분배공정성과 조직시민행동간의 관계, 상호작용공정성과 조직시민행동간의 관계, 상호작용공정성과 고객지향성간의 관계에 대한 경로에서 조직지원인식이 조절작용을 하는 것으로 확인되었다.이상의 연구결과는 금융투자회사의 영업직원에 대한 효율적인 인적자원관리방안의 방향성을 보여주고 기존의 공정성연구를 확장하였다는 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. This study is focused on salesmen working for the finance and investment companies that have more not only fluctuation in salary but also pay for performance to individuals, which is as part of research for human resource management. The study shows that justice for the pay for performance has an influence between organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation which are organizational effectiveness variables. Moreover, moderated effect of perceived organizational support related to justice and organizational effectiveness has been verified to figure out how perceived organizational support at workplace influences job attitude.First of all, as a result, salesmen's organizational citizenship behavior has increased as the distribution for pay is getting fairer and interactional justice is becoming higher. Secondly, it shows that customer orientation to salesmen has risen when consciousness of interactional justice is getting higher. Thirdly, in a view of the results achieved from the moderated effect of perceived organizational support between justice perception, organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation, it is confirmed that perceived organizational support influences moderated effect on the relations between outcome fairness and organizational citizenship behavior, interactional justice and organizational citizenship behavior, interactional justice and customer orientation.Therefore, the result of this study would present an effective plan to human resource management and broaden the existing study for justice about salesmen in the finance and investment companies.
입학사정관제와 비입학사정관제 전형 교대 학생들의 일반환경과 건강관련요인 비교

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences on the general environments and health-related factors on the admission officer system(AOS) and non-admission officer system(NAOS) in Teachers" College. The participants for this study were 150 students, composed of 56 men students and 94 women. The results of this study were as follows; First, in questionnaire survey, age, the region of high school and exercise times per a week in men and age, the region of high school, regular physical education class, frequency of physical education class in high school, frequency of a cold in a year and current level of physical fitness in women students were significantly different between groups. Second, in physique and health-related fitness, height in men students and calf circumference, 50m run, sit and reach and one leg standing with closed eyes in women were significantly positive in AOS group. These results as above, the regular curriculum of P.E in high school had an impact in college students as well as high school students to make positive thinking and exercising on the physical activity.
