태국 소비자의 한국산 파프리카 및 토마토에 대한 인식과 지불의사에 관한 연구

This study investigated Thai consumers' perception and willingness to pay for Korean paprika and tomatoes to establish effective export strategies, To this end, an online survey was conducted on 300 consumers living in Bangkok, Thailand, and the factors affecting the purchase intent and willingness to pay price premium for Korean paprika and tomatoes were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, Thai consumers usually buy fruit and vegetables offline, such as supermarkets and large discount stores, but not a few respondents obtained purchase information online. Second, the price competitiveness of Korean paprika and tomatoes is low to Thai products, and the quality, safety, freshness, and cost-effectiveness are similar or low to other exporting countries. Therefore it is important to improve non-price competitiveness using positive perceptions of Korean products and Korean Wave. Third, the most important reason why Thai consumers not buying Korean paprika and tomatoes is the lack of stores and high prices. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the factors affecting the purchase intent for Korean paprika and tomatoes, the strategy of selling paprika and tomatoes through supermarkets to consumers with high income is effective. Fifth, considering the factors of willingness to pay premium prices for Korean paprika and tomatoes, a high pricing strategy targeted consumers with high income and many family members is appropriate.
조직문화 유형이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 공항운영 공기업을 대상으로

본 연구는 조직문화 유형인 집단문화, 발전문화, 위계문화, 합리문화가 조직효과성인 직무만족, 조직몰입, 경영성과에 각각 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 조직문화는 네 가지 조직문화 유형 모두가 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화는 조직몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 이 중 집단문화, 발전문화, 합리문화가 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타난 반면, 위계문화는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직문화 유형 중 합리문화만이 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직문화 유형과 조직효과성 간의 관계에 개인특성의 매개효과가 있는지 분석한 결과는, 성취욕구, 통제위치, 집단주의 성향 변수 모두 집단문화-직무만족, 발전문화-직무만족, 합리문화-직무만족, 집단문화-조직몰입, 발전문화-조직몰입, 합리문화-조직몰입의 관계에서 부문매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 그 외에는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 조직문화의 변화가 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 보여주고 있다. 따라서 조직구성원의 성취욕구를 조직효과성 향상과 조화될 수 있도록 하고, 내부적 통제위치를 가진 구성원들의 동기화와 구성원들의 집단주의 성향의 촉진을 통해 조직효과성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. This study examines how changes in organizational culture affect organizational effectiveness. First, we defined organizational culture for four types; group culture, development culture, hierarchical culture, and rational culture. From the empirical study, we found that all four types of organizational culture made significantly positive effect in employee’s job satisfaction. In the case of the organizational commitment, group culture, development culture and rational culture are identified to be influential positively. However, hierarchical culture has no meaningful effect on the organizational commitment. For the management performance, only the rational culture has been studied as a positive factor. Between the typology of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness, individual characteristics such as need for achievement, locus of control and collectivism acted as strong mediating affect.

70% of energy exhausted in the types of energy losses, such as vibration, thermal and noise, during the vehicle driving. This study suggests energy conversion system with piezoelectric materials using vibration that is a kind of energy losses. Energy conversion system is validated in the lab with a shaker by the measured acceleration data for driving on the road. The results of driving acceleration are 0.4g at 10㎐. Energy conversion system is designed to own the natural frequency at 10㎐. Experiments result in 150V(pk-pk) and 25㎽(rms) at 0.4g, 10㎐. Power consumption for wireless communication and data transmission is about 45㎽. Suggested energy conversion system can power a sensor system to transmit acquisition data from sensors every two seconds. Therefore, this study is meaningful access to adopt wireless sensor system inside the vehicle.
주행 중 타이어 변형을 이용한 자가 발전 시스템에 관한 연구

The intelligence of the tire supporting the body and contacting with the road is vital to improve the safety of the vehicle while driving. To install the sensors for measuring behavior of the tire is necessary. However, It is difficult to apply a wired system on the wheel. It is necessary to implement an self-powering system to be mounted inside the tire . The purpose of the study is to convert the strain energy caused by deformation of the tire during driving into electrical energy. For the energy conversion, the usage of a flexible piezofiber is suitable to tire application. The amount of strain varied by speed, load and the tire internal pressure is measured according to two axial directions to primarily evaluate the amount of available strain energy. The amount of strain is changed from 700 to 5800 micro strain. Also, to predict generated energy from a tire, the analysis of the relationship between strain and voltage is performed and tests for the impedance matching between piezofiber and circuit are conducted to optimize external loads for transferring energy efficiently. Based on above results, 0.58mJ electrical energy can be generated by using the lateral direction strain(700 to 150 micro) showing minimal variation on the tire. The results of this study is expected to enhance the possibility of the self-generation type wireless sensor system.
