        엘리트 운동선수의 스트레스와 대처유연성 및 운동탈진의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of stressn ad coping flexibility on burnout in elite athletes. Method: To achieve this purpose, data were collected from elite athletes including those from high schools, universities, businesses, and professional athletes registered with the Korea Sports Council. A total of 400 responses were analyzed. The collected data were subjected to hierarchical regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25.0, and the following results were derived. Results: In the first stage of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that personal time constraints and career-related stress had a positive effect on the perceived loss of exercise value. However, leadership dissatisfaction and function/game content did not have a signiicfant effect. Additionally, complaints about leadership, function/game content, and personal time constrainst of stress were found to have a positive effect on psychological and physical exhaustion. However, carere concerns did not have a significant effect on psychological and physical exhaustion. Finally, it was found that the function/game content of stress and career concerns positively influenced the lack of achievement, while leadership dissatisfaction had a negative effect. In the second stage of hierarchical regressio nanalysis, it was found that the flexibility of coping behaviors in response to personal time constraints, carer concerns, and overall coping flexibility had a significant impact on the likelihood of receiving awards for the athletes. Additionally, perceived coping resources were found to have a negative effect. Moreover, personal time constraints of stress, function/game content, leadership dissatisfaction, and coping flexibility were found to have a positive effect on psychological and physical exhaustion. Finally, it was discovered that career concerns, function/game content, and coping behavior flexibility had a significant impact on the lack of achievement, while leadership and perceived coping flexibility had a negative impact on stress. Conclusion: In summary, the results of this study confirm that stress an dcoping flexibility are important factors in burnout among elite athletics. These findings provide an opportunity to promote further research aimed at preventing exhaustion among athletes in the sports field.

        엘리트 운동선수의 코치-선수관계와 기본심리적욕구가 스포츠전념에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of coaching leadership and basic psychological needs on the sports commitment of elite athletes. Method: The data were collected for elite athletes including high schools, universities, and elite athletes registered with the Korea Sports Council. Excluding 29 copies, a total of 271 copies were analyzed. Results: Firstly, hierarchical regression analysis phase 1 showed that the familiarity and completeness of the coach-player relationship had a static effect on cognitive precepts. The commitment had no significant effect on cognitive precepts. In addition, the commitment and familiarity of the coach-player relationship have been shown to have a static effect on behavioral commitment and complementary had not significantly affected behavioral commitment. Secondly, in the second phase of hierarchical regression analysis, the familiarity and completeness of coach-player relationships were shown to have a static effect on cognitivism, and the relationship of basic psychological needs had an impact on cognitivism, and the relationship of basic psychological needs had an impact on cognitivism and behavioural of sports commitment. Conclusion: It has confirmed that coach-player relationships and basic psychological needs are important factors in sports commitment, and it will be an opportunity to promote research according to the characteristics of players and leaders in the sports field.

      • 철도차량 실내 선반 나사 강도 계산 및 FE 해석

        철도 차량 실내 의장에 설치되는 제품은 승객들의 안전과 직결되므로, 목적에 맞는 나사 선정은 설계의 중요한 요소이다. 실내 선반은 주로 차체 상부 길이방향 주요 부재인 캔트레일(Cantrail) 위치에 설치되며, 이 위치는 승객들의 머리 위에 중량 수하물이 얹혀질 수 있는 곳으로써, 외팔보(Cantilever beam) 지지 구조의 선반 설치 나사의 강도는 설계상 필히 고려되어야 할 사항이다. 본 논문은 철도차량의 특정 설계 하중조건에 대한 승객 선반 설치 나사의 구조 건전성 확인을 위한 이론 계산 수행과 안전율을 고려한 나사의 강도 적합성을 판단하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 더불어, 유한요소 해석기법(Finite Element Analysis)을 통하여 선반 자체의 재질에 대한 기계적 강도 적절성을 판단하고자 한다. Since the product for interior on rolling stock is directly connected to passenger"s safety, the selection of fasteners as fit for purpose is major factor of designing. The luggage rack is mainly installed on cantrail of upper longitudinal major structural member of carbody where this can be put the heavy weight luggage over the passenger’s head. Thus, strength of mounting fasteners for luggage rack of cantilever beam supporting structure must be considered on the design. This paper aims to carry out theoretical calculation to confirm the structural integrity of the overhead luggage rack mounting fasteners against the specified design load cases on rolling stock and evaluate the strength suitability of mounting fasteners considering margin of safety. Additionally, It is intend to figure out adequacy of mechanical strength for overhead luggage rack itself by the finite element analysis method.

      • 차세대고속전철 상구조 설계에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Design for Floor Construction which Installed on Next Generation High Speed Train)

        Recently, the Next Generation High Speed Train(hereinafter HEMU-400X) which has been developing is the power distribution type high speed train. The power is on every each car and all bogies are installed on the front and rear of every car comparison with KTX and KTX-Sancheon which are consist of power cars and linkable bogies. HEMU-400X can be designed much more seats than others because there are not power car separately. However, that type has no advantage for vibration and noise due to distributed power and more faster design speed. Therefore, in this study, the design of floor construction for preventing the vibration from under the floor is considered.

      • Structural Health Monitoring for Trains : A review of damage detection methods

        Among all transportations, railway transports have been promisingly offering excellent energy conservation and travelling time. Inevitably, they become a main role in not only transport goods but also passengers. With leap in development of technology, trains have tremendously enhanced their services in terms of speed, accessibility and comfort. However, the safety and ride quality have become a main issue as the train speed increased. The higher speeds have led the structural dynamics and health must be monitored from time to time to ensure that they are in good condition to provide reliable ride. Among all monitoring systems, the structural health monitoring (SHM) systems are imperative important due to its capability of in-situ monitoring and inherently reduce the maintenance frequencies and the huge associated cost. In this paper, SHM systems and the related non-destructive test and evaluation methods were discussed. The types of damages related to train vehicles as well as the damage hot spots are also included inthis paper.

      • 철도차량 누수시험 기준에 대한 고찰

        대표적 대중교통 수단의 하나인 철도차량의 설계 및 제작에 있어 보다 안전하고 나은 성능을 갖출 수 있도록 차량을 제작하는 것은 그 시대를 막론하고 필수적 과제이며 이를 달성하기 위해 다양한 검사와 시험을 통해 그 성능을 입증한 후 차량을 납품 / 운행하여야 함은 자명한 사실이다. 다양한 성능 시험 중 하나인 완성차량 누수시험을 실시함에 있어 그 표준은 한국산업규격에 정립되어 있으나, 고속전철 상용화 등 차량의 다변화와 기후적 변화 등의 요인을 검토하여 개정이 필요한 실정이며, 이는 당 시험을 실시하기 위한 시험 설비에 대한 조사를 바탕으로 실시되어야 하겠다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 차량누수시험에 관한 국내외의 시험 기준과 유사 산업의 표준, 시험 설비에 대한 조사를 바탕으로 합리적인 철도차량 누수시험에 대한 기준에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. The Rolling stock, as one of a representative of public transportation, it is an essentially important subject that to design and manufacture the cars to have more safer and better performance. And to achieve this, it is an obviously true factor that to deliver and put the cars into revenue service after various tests and verifications completed. The ‘Car level water tightness test’ as one of the tests to verify the functionality of the completed car, the test criteria have been established on the Korean Standard, however there is still some needs to revise the test criteria following the development of new type of rolling stock i.e. High Speed Train, and following recent change of climate condition. The revision shall also be considered with careful search of testing facility. Hence, on this thesis, we would survey reasonable test method and criteria based on the research of internal and international test criteria, test standard of similar industrial division water-tightness test and survey of current test facilities.

      • 우크라이나 전동차의 공기 기적 개선에 대한 고찰

        본 연구는 우크라이나 전동차의 영업운행 중 발생한 공기 기적의 문제점을 파악 및 개선안 고찰을 통하여 공기 기적 설치에 대한 설계지식과 경험축적에 목적이 있다.주행 중 발생하는 외부 이물질 타격에 의한 파손을 최소화 하고자 상하공기 기적의 설치 높이를 레일 상면으로부터 이격 시켰으며 동절기 눈 덮임을 최소화 하고자 상하 눈 쌓임 경향을 고려한 적설이 발생하지 않는 위치로 공기 기적을 설치했다. The purpose of this study is to compile the knowledge and experience regarding air horn modernization for Ukraine EMU in service operation of winter climate. In order to fulfill this purpose, the problems and measures related to snow damaged are review.

        The purpose of this study is to set up a proper repair plan and to extend the remaining lifetime of them by predict the remaining lifetime of reinforced concrete structures quantitatively, this method is based on actual reserch on age deterioration, carbonation depth and covering depth of the reinforced concrete structures, also, we can find of the value of the probability of steel corrosion through the deviation of carbonation speed and covering depth. According to this probability, we can predict the lifetime and select proper repair method which works sustainedly and economically.
