전투체계 시스템을 위한 실시간 환경에서의 비동기 이중화 기법 연구

In a naval combat system, the information processing node is a key functional equipment and performs major combat management functions including control sensor and weapon systems. Therefore, a failure of one of the node causes fatal impacts on overall combat system capability. There were many methodologies to enhance system availability by reducing the impact of system failure like a fault tolerant method. This paper proposes a fault tolerant mechanism for information processing node using a replication algorithm with hardware duplication. The mechanism is designed as a generic algorithm and does not require any special hardware. Therefore all applications in combat system can use this functionality. The asynchronous characteristic of this mechanism provides the capability to adapt this algorithm to the module which has low performance hardware.

As to Korean companies, the total amount of foreign direct investment is currently US$69.5 billion in 2007 and have 20,850 corporations about 130 countries in the world. However, the scale of foreign direct investment falls short of mark compared to that of developed countries, especially, during Korean companies are reluctantly to make global M&A in order to secure foreign market, as Japan, China, India etc are doing actively, the scale of Korean companies global M&A is 5.5% that of Japan and 8.5% that of China. Therefore, Korea that achieved economic development through export should expand FTA initiatively not only with USA and EU but also with major trade partner. It is much more important for companies to take advantage of business opportunity that FTA provide as well as to make new business model by utilizing FTA. Namely, tariff cut & tariff removal, modification of country of origin’s regulations based on FTA compromise as well as change for export & raw materials’s supplier by taking advantage of Gae-Seong Industrial complex and switch for foreign direct investment & strategy of foreign investment attraction.

Understanding of concrete properties under high temperature is essential to enhance fire resistance of reinforced concrete structures (RCS). It is also essential and important to provide accurate information for fire design of RCS. During a fire disaster, different parts of a concrete structure may experience different heating and cooling processes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanical properties of the granite concrete subjected to various cooling scenarios after heating with the aid of residual compressive strength test and ultrasonic pulse velocity test. The thermal diffusivity of the concrete cylinder is also reported. The test variables are three cooling conditions (slow cooling, natural cooling, and water cooling) and four maximum target temperatures 200, 400, 600, and 800℃. The heating rate is 2℃/min, and the holding time at the maximum temperature is 4hrs. The test data for residual mechanical properties show that strength and stiffness properties decrease significantly as cooling rate and maximum temperature increase.
고강도 콘크리트의 폭렬발생 원인조사에 관한 실험적 연구

High strength concrete (HSC) experiences frequently spalling under high temperatures with the fast heating rate such as a fire. The spalling causes the severe reduction of the cross sectional area with the exposure of the reinforcing steel, which originates a fatal problem in the structural safety. Two fundamental mechanisms on the explosive spalling are the vapor pressure build-up mechanism and the thermal stress mechanism. The vapor pressure build-up mechanism occurs due to an increase of the vapor pressure within the concrete while the thermal stress mechanism occurs due to a steep of the thermal gradient within the concrete. Various studies have been performed on the spalling of high strength concrete (HSC). In many test programs for high strength concrete (HSC), the specimens experienced explosive spalling, but not all, during the fire test. There were no clear answers for why spalling did not occur in all high strength concrete (HSC) specimens. The better understanding on the spalling is essential to provide the fundamental clues of spalling protections. The purpose of this study is to examine the main factor on the spalling with high strength concrete (HSC) specimens. In this study, the test results show that the spalling is only possible under the combination of the vapor pressure build-up mechanism and the thermal stress mechanism.
안전한 프로그램 개발을 위한 시큐어코딩 시스템 설계 방법론

최근 IT 제품의 지능화, 그린화, 무선화 등으로 인해 소프트웨어가 자동차, 가전기기 등 다양한 분야 에서 활용되고 있다. 이처럼 소프트웨어의 활용분야가 다양해지면서 소프트웨어 보안 취약점을 악용하 는 공격사례가 증가하고 있으며 이에 따라 시큐어코딩의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전 한 소프트웨어 개발을 위해 정적 분석과 동적 분석을 서로 호환적으로 이용하고 다양한 시스템과 연 동할 수 있는 시큐어코딩 시스템 설계 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 일본과 미국의 경제협력을 강화하기 위해 두 국가간의 무역구조를 이해하고 무역의 문제점을 검토하고 무역에 영향을 미치는 원인을 분석하여 그 개선 방향을 바탕으로 국제통상의 팽창방안을 찾는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문의 데이터는 한국무역협회, 한국 관세청, 유엔 콤트레이드그리고 국제무역센터에서 획득되었으며, 논문의 표 전부는 저자의 계산에 의해 만들어졌다. 본 연구의 방법론에서 무역관련 지수를 이용하여 2001, 2007, 2013년까지 시계열 통계 분석 방식을 바탕으로 무역집중도 지수, 현시비교우위지수 그리고 무역특화지수의 분석지수를 사용하였으며, 비교우위분석에 초점을 맞추었다. 미국회사들은 LNG선박 제조를 하며 미국 시장을 방어하기 위해 인센티브를 증대시키며 생산능력과 배열 증대를 통해 중국이나 중동지역에 마케팅을 강화하고 있으며, 한편일본 제조업체들은 이머징 마켓을 목표로 새로운 선박제조 주문을 획득하면서 북미지역에 생산 능력을 증대 시키면서 엔 가치의 하락으로 미국에 마케팅을 강화하고 있다. 본 연구는 지난 10여년간 일본과 미국사이에 내부 무역관계가 어떻게 변화되는지를 알아보기 위해 무역 집중이론, 무역 특화이론, 현시비교우위지수를 가지고 정량적 측정을 통해 분석하였다. 시계열 방식에 의한 이러한 조사를통해 우리는 두 국가간의 무역의존 관계의 구조적 요인을 알 수 있다. This research understand both 2 country`s trade structure to strengthen Japan-USA economic cooperations and examine trade drawback to analyze causes which affect trade and by its improvement direction, find out way of trade expansion. The data were collected from Korea Traders Association, Korea Customs Office and UN Comtrade and International Trade Center and whole table indexes are calculated by author. This research methodology is conducted by use of trade related index to focus analyzing comparative advantage based on time-series analysis statistics data(2001. 2007, 2013) by using analysis index of trade intensity index(TII), revealed comparative advantage index(RCA), trade specialization index(TSI). U.S. companies to manufacture LNG carriers as well as enlarge incentive in order to defend U.S. market as well as to strengthen marketing to China and middle east through enlarging production capability and line-up while Japanese manufacturers are strengthening marketing to USA through low value of Yen and enlarging production capability in North America together with securing new shipbuilding orders to target emerging markets. This research is analyzed by quantitative measurement with trade intensity theory, trade specialization and revealed comparative advantage index to see how inter-trade relations are changed between Japan and USA during more than past 10 years. Through this survey of time series, we can figure out structural factor of trade dependence relationship between 2 countries.
