ZnO내 전이 금속 불순물의 자기적 특성에 관한 제일원리 연구

Based on first-principles calculations, we study the magnetic properties of Co, Ni, Fe, V, and Mn impurities in ZnO. The stabilities of the ferromagnetic state and the magnetic moment of each impurity largely depend on the amount of doped electron or hole. For lightly doped n-type ZnO, it is found that the doping of Ni ions is the most effective for inducing ferromagnetism, while Fe ions show the most stable ferromagnetic couplings for heavily doped n-type samples. The characteristics of the magnetic interactions of Co ions are similar with those of Fe ions, but Co ions require much larger amount of doped electron than Fe ions to show the ferromagnetic couplings. The ferromagnetic coupling between Mn and V ions is unstable in n-type conditions.

도서관 장서의 효율적인 운영방안에 관한 연구 -장서의 폐기기준 설정을 중심으로-

Due to the rapid growth of publications, librarians have been facing the problems caused by the shortage of stack as well as the quality deterioration of library collections. This naturally disappointed the user communities and the present library activities are weak and inadequate. It seems to the author that one of the desirable actions in remedying this problems is to weed library collections properly and regulraly. The purpose of this study is to establish weeding criteria in library collections, particulary in the fields of polictical science, economics and law In order to establish weeding criteria, shelf-time period which is the length of time that a book remains on the shelf between the last two users of a volume, was measured by examining the book cards or date-due slips of circulating books and collections which remained in the stack. The results of this study are as follows: (1) In the fields of political science economics and law, the shelf-time periods of general materials in Korean for circulation was measured. (2) This study shows shelf-time periods that vary in different subject fields. (3) Combining the shelf-time periods of books in active circulation and the total collection including books which have never been circulated, the size of library holdings which may satisfy a certain percentage of the current circulation can be estimated.

회로도면 자동생성 분야는 지난 수십 년간 HDL기반 설계과정에서 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 회로 도면은 더욱 복잡해져서 레지스터 및 시스템 레벨에서 자동 생성된 회로도면을 보고 신호의 흐름을 파악하기 어렵다. 이와 같이 복잡해진 회로도면의 가독성을 향상시키기 위해 본 논문에서는 4가지 기법, 즉 i ) 심볼이나 터미널들과 같이 반복되는 회로 패턴을 벡터 형태로 치환, ii) 피드백 루프 절단 알고리즘 개선, iii) 번들 네트 생성시 발생하는 다단 연결을 간결 화할 수 있는 압축 탭, iv) 연결도에 따라 블록열을 구분하고 정렬하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 회로도면 생성 기법의 효용성을 확인하기 위해 도면 자동생성 프로그램을 개발하고, 계층적으로 설계된 미디어 프로세서의 다양한 모듈의 도면을 생성시켰다. 실험한 결과 도면 면적을 비롯하여 배선 수, 길이 등을 $90\%$까지 감소시키고 가독성을 높이는 효과를 보였으며 블록의 분산 및 빈 공간 발생을 억제하는 효과를 보였다. The automatic generation of circuit diagrams has been practically used in the HDL based design for decades. Nevertheless, the diagrams became too complicated for the designers to identify the signal flows in the RTL and system level designs. In this paper, we propose four techniques to enhance the roadability of the complicated diagrams. They include i) the transformation of repetitive instances and terminals into vector forms, ii) an improved loop breaking algorithm, iii) a flat tap which simplifies the two level bus ripping structure that is required for the connection of a bundle net to multiple buses, and iv) the identification of block strings, and alignment of the corresponding blocks. Towards validating the proposed techniques, the diagrams of an industrial strength design m generated. The complexity of the diagrams has been reduced by up to $90\%$ in terms of the number of wires, the aggregate wire length, and the area.

본 연구는 문헌정보학이 어떠한 상황에 처해 있으며, 어떠한 문제를 안고 있으며, 무엇이 요구되는가에 대해 검토하고 이를 토대로 현실에 적합한 문헌정보학의 발전방향에 대해 논의하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 문헌정보학이 하나의 독립된 학문으로서 어떠한 발전 단계를 거쳐왔는가를 여러 학자들이 제시한 문헌정보학의 발전단계를 조사하여 제시하였다. 둘째, 문헌정보학의 이론적 근거를 확보하기 위한 다양한 접근양상들 -기능주의적 접근, 환원주의적 접근 및 형이상학적 접근 등- 을 검토해 보았다. 셋째, 문헌정보학이 지니고 있는 현상들을 점검하였다. 제시된 문헌정보학의 현상으로는 토착성의 결여, 전문용어의 혼란 이론적 토대의 결여 및 문헌정보학 이론에 대한 인식의 다양성 등을 제시하였다. 넷째, 문헌정보학의 발전방향을 모색해 보고, 특히 문헌정보학 교육프로그램 포함되어야 할 영역들을 제시하였다. The primary objectives of this paper has been to survey the present status quo and problems of the library and information science and to pursuit the perspectives of library and information science. For these, this paper has discussed (1) historical development of the library and information science, (2) the library and information science researcher's approach methods to the library and information science theory, (3) the present status quo and problems that are confronting in the area of the library and information science and (4) the perspectives of the library and information science and especially the library and information science education programs.
