30W급 LED 투광등의 풍속에 따른 히트싱크 온도분포에 관한 실험적 연구

This study investigated the heat dissipation characteristics of a heat-sensitive LED. More than 80% of the power supply is converted into heat energy, which has a fatal impact on the lifetime of the LED. Therefore, the effective heat dissipation characteristics of a heatsink, such as a 30W floodlight, through forced convection were grasped and the heat transfer characteristics were tested. As a result, it was confirmed that the smaller the number of fins, the more the temperature distribution varies according to the wind velocity. In addition, the larger the number of fins, the smaller the temperature difference according to the wind velocity. Therefore, it was found through this experiment that excellent heat dissipation performance was exhibited as the heat dissipation area and wind velocity increased.
조피볼락 , Sebastes schlegeli 어린 시기의 성장 및 체성분 조성에 미치는 미역첨가 사료의 생리적 효과

해조류를 첨가한 사료가 조피볼락의 어린 시기에 미치는 생리적 효과를 알아보기 위하여, 全長 2.99±0.23 ㎝, 體重 1.03±0.18g의 人工種苗에게 미역분말을 각각 3%, 5%, 7% 첨가한 사료와 비첨가 사료를 주면서 140일간 사육하여 全長 18.52±.07 ㎝, 體重 120.64±19.32g이 될 때까지의 魚體 成長, 生存率, 體組成, 血液組成을 서로 비교하고, 低酸素 및 飢餓 耐性에 관한 생리활성을 연구하였다. 1. 全長과 體重의 성장은 5%의 미역 첨가시 가장 좋았으며, 3%, 7%, 대조구인 0% 순이었다. 2. 실험구별 사료효율은 3%, 5%, 7%, 0%구의 순으로 높았으며, 생존율은 7%, 5%, 3%, 0%구 순이었다. 3. 사육종료시의 體組成에 있어 등筋肉의 水分, 粗蛋白質, 粗脂肪 및 粗灰分은 실험구별로 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 全內臟의 粗脂肪함량은 미역 첨가구가 대조구에 비해 많았다. 4. 미역 첨가구는 0%구 보다 헤마토크릿트값이 크고, 平均赤血球數도 많았다. 5. 실험종료시 사료별 어체의 低酸素耐性은 미역 첨가구가 대조구에 비해 강했다. 6. 사육실험 종료후 31일간의 飢餓 實驗에서 미역 첨가구의 어체중은 대조구에 비해 적게 감소하였다. 7. 조피볼락 養殖에서 사료에 미역을 첨가해 줄 경우, 그 비율은 5%가 가장 적합하며 어체의 生理條件에 좋은 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 판단되었다. In order to find out physiological effects of diets supplemented with seamustard (Undaria pinnatifida) on the growth, survival rate, body compositions and blood properties of young rockfishes (Sebastes schlegeli) in range of average total length from 2.99±0.23 ㎝ to 18.52±1.07 ㎝ and average body weight from 1.03±0.18 g to 120.64±19.32 g, experiments were performed for 140 days by feeding four experimental diets supplemented with 0%, 3%, 5% and 7% of seamustard powder. In addition, the tests on tolerance of the fishes against low O₂ saturation and starvation were carried out after the feeding experiments. The fishes fed diet supplemented with 5% of seamustard powder revealed the best results in growth of total length and body weight. Crude lipid content in the whole viscera of fishes fed diets supplemented with seamustard powder was higher than that of fishes fed diet without seamustard powder, while the moisture, crude protein, crude lipid and crude ash composition in the dorsal muscle did not show any remarkable differences among diet groups with or without seamustard powder. Hematocrit and mean number of red blood cell in fishes fed diets supplemented with seamustard powder was elevated, despite of no notable changes in mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration. The resistance of the fish to low O₂saturation was elevated by feeding seamustard powder. Upon the starvation of fish for 31 days after the feeding experiments, body weight loss of three groups fed diets with seamustard was smaller compared with the group fed diet without seamustard.
