        모래지치(Messerschmidia sibirica) 추출물의 항산화성 및 생리활성

        Messerschmidia sibirica is a halophyte that grows in high-salinity areas of coastal sand dunes and sandy shores. This study was conducted to investigate the constituents, antioxidant potency, and physiological activities of M. sibirica. Mineral analyses revealed that potassium, calcium, sodium, and magnesium were the most prevalent minerals in M. sibirica leaves and stems. We used 70% ethanol, 80% methanol, and distilled water as solvents to prepare extracts from M. sibirica tissues, with extraction yields of between approximately 19% and 27% being obtained. Among the six types of extract, the leaf ethanol extract (LEE) was characterized by the highest total polyphenol and flavonoid contents, and the antioxidant activities of the LEE were also the highest among the different solvent extracts. In addition, the leaf water extract was shown to have the highest tyrosinase and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities, whereas the leaf methanol extract was found to have the highest elastase inhibitory activity. Notably, all leaf extracts were established to have more than 75% β-secretase (BACE1) inhibitory activity at a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. These results indicate that leaf extracts of M. sibirica may have beneficial antioxidant properties, and could thus have potential application as functional supplements in food and pharmaceutical products.

        업사이클 데님 패션의 특성 및 디자인 개발 연구

        This research focuses on the development of upcycled denim fashion designs, whichis a more specific category within general upcycled fashion design. Characteristics of upcycled fashion design, which has been identified previously by researchers, include the following traits: environmentality, uniqueness, aesthetic appeal, availability, convertibility, and deconstructivity. The expression principles include recycling, substitution, recombination, and reduction. The result of the analysis of the denim fashion design characteristics, which is based on the theoretical analysis, has found. The external expression pattern consists of the deconstruction and reconstitution of materials, the avant-garde style and convertibility, the ability to mix and match materials and techniques, the production of zero waste, and the use of layering. The expression techniques used included decomposition, depaysement, weaving, cut-off, collage, assemblage, overlapping, connecting, attaching, and stitching. The inner meanings were identified as economicality through recycling, convertibility through rearranging, and the rarity and value of hand-made products. The result of the research applying the identified characteristics are as follows. First, developing and creating designs using modified denim and sub-materials with various expression patterns and techniques could provide completely new images unlike existing denim products. Second, modifying the details while maintaining the basic format of denim clothing could provide unique and new possibilities for upcycled denim fashion design. Third, environment-friendly models with creative designs were developed by recycling used denim materials. This reduced waste and energy while maximizing the use of resources. This study expects contribute to upcycled fashion design research by recognizing the unique characteristics and value of denim material.

        CSR 활동에 따른 재무성과 연구: 기업의 투자요인 중심으로

        본 연구는 2015년부터 2019년까지 한국 유가증권시장에 상장된 기업 중 ESG통합등급과 KEJI 지수를 부여받은 기업들을 대상으로 기업의 투자요인들과 CSR 활동에 따른 재무성과의 관계를 알아보고자 다음과 같은 분석을 시도하였다. 첫째, 기업의 투자요인들 각 요소들과 CSR 성과가 기업의 재무성과에 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하였다. 둘째, 기업의 투자요인과, CSR 성과와 기업의 재무성과 간의 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, CSR 성과지표를 ESG통합등급으로 사용한 결과로, CSR과 기술개발, 광고 선전, 기업 규모, 부채비율, 영업위험, 업력과는 기업 가치에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, KEJI 지수 또 한 부채비율 및 영업현금흐름을 제외하고는 기업 가치를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 투자요인들을 포함시켜, ESG통합등급으로 CSR을 분석한 경우, 투자요인 중 기술개발과 광고 선전만이 기업 가치를 높이는데 일조한다는 사실을 발견했다. KEJI 지수의 경우, 투자 요인들 모두 기업 가치를 높이며, 조절효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 ESG통합등급과 KEJI 지수가 CSR지수로 크게 다르지 않은 결과를 도출하며, 기업 가치를 높이는데 기업의 투자요인들과 CSR은 일조함을 보여준다. This study attempted the following analysis to explore the relationship between the company’s investment factors and its financial performance based on CSR activities among companies listed on the Korea Stock Market from 2015 to 2019 that were given ESG Integration Rating and KEJI Index. First, we empirically analyze whether each component of an entity’s investment factors and CSR performance affect the entity’s financial performance. Second, we looked at the investment factors of the company and the impact between CSR performance and the financial performance of the company. The results of the empirical analysis of this study are as follows. First, the results of using CSR performance indicators as ESG integrated classes showed that CSR and technology development, advertising propaganda, corporate size, debt ratio, operating risk, and performance affected corporate value, and KEJI index also improved corporate value except for debt ratio and operating cash flows. Second, in the case of analyzing CSRs with ESG integrated ratings, we found that only technology development and advertising propaganda among the investment factors contribute to enhancing corporate value. In the case of the KEJI index, it was shown that all investment factors increase corporate value and have a controlling effect. These results show that ESG’s integrated rating and KEJI index are not much different from the CSR index, and that corporate investment factors and CSR contribute to enhancing corporate value.

        델파이 기법을 활용한 시판 마터니티웨어 디자인의 적합성 연구 -임신기 및 출산 선호하는 디자인을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to identify the design features appropriate for the altered physical characteristics of pregnant women and formulate the direction of future design and development of maternity wear. A Delphi research method based on a panel of experts and pregnant women was used and the survey was conducted to determine the suitability of maternity wear. The survey found that A-line silhouette outerwear with round necklines, with wide sleeves and snap-button fastening on the front with a formal and decent look was considered appropriate as maternity and postpartum wear. Shirts and blouses long enough to cover the hip area to complement women’s curvy and full figures, especially around the bust, waist, and hip areas during the later stages of pregnancy were found to be appropriate. Calf-length pleated skirts were comfortable to wear during pregnancy due to the abundant freedom of movement and space offered by pleats. Ankle-length straight leg pants were rated appropriate in terms of comfort and style both during late stages of pregnancy and at work postpartum. Dresses decorated with pleats from the armholes all the way down to the knees were found to provide high levels of comfort at the abdomen, chest, and hips, and considered appropriate. Based on this study results, a follow-up study will be conducted to examine the design of maternity wear during pregnancy as well as at work after pregnancy.

      • 환경인자 변화에 따른 폐광산 부지 토양의 중금속 용출 특성

        폐광산 부지의 부적절한 관리는 하류의 농경지, 지하수 및 지표수의 중금속 오염을 유발할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 폐광산 부지 토양의 중금속 용출과 관련한 연구의 검토를 통해 환경인자 변화에 따른 중금속 용출 거동 영향을 고찰하였고, 기후변화 조건에서 폐광산 부지의 효과적인 관리를 위한 중금속 거동 연구 방향을 제시하였다. 다수의 연구에서 용출 가능한 중금속의 비율이 총 농도의 1% 미만임에도 불구하고 용출 농도가 지하수 수질 기준을 넘어서는 사례가 보고되었으며, 이는 폐광산 토양이 주변 토양과 수계의 중금속 오염원으로 작용할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 많은 연구는 회분식 및 1차원 흐름 컬럼 실험을 통해 토양 pH, 산화⋅환원 전위 등의 토양 특성이 중금속의 용해도 변화, 착화물 형성, 침전 반응에 영향을 주어 용출 특성을 결정함을 구명하였다. 토양의 불균질한 구조와 다양한 결합 부위는 중금속의 비평형적인 용출 거동을 유발하며, 이를 해석하기 위해 two-site kinetic leaching 모델이 주로 적용되었다. 한편, 강우 패턴에 따른 수리 특성 변화는 토양용액과 토양 사이의 접촉 시간의 차이와 희석을 통해 토양 중금속의 용출 거동을 변화시킬 수 있음이 보고되었다. 일부 연구자들은 기후변화로 인한 고온 현상과 가뭄 기간의 증가가 용출 가능한 중금속의 분획을 증가시켜 중금속의 강우 초기 용출 농도가 높아짐을 밝혔다. 변화된 기상 조건은 토양의 수리 특성과 화학성을 변화시켜 비평형적 조건을 형성할 수 있으며, 이는 이전과는 다른 중금속의 용출 거동을 유발할 수 있다. 따라서, 기후변화로 인해 초래될 수 있는 다양한 극한 기상조건에서의 토양 중금속 용출 거동을 예측할 수 있는 연구들이 수행되어야 하며, 이를 토대로 기후변화에 대비한 새로운 폐광산 부지관리 전략이 수립되어야 한다. Improper management of abandoned mine sites can cause heavy metal contamination of down-gradient agricultural soil, groundwater, and surface water. In this study, we investigated the effects of changes in environmental factors on the leaching behavior of the heavy metals and suggested future research direction for better risk management of the abandoned mine sites under climate change. Numerous studies showed that the concentration of heavy metals in the leachate frequently exceed the environmental criteria even though the leachable heavy metal was negligible (< 1 % of the total concentration), which indicates that mine soils can be long-term resources of contamination. From the result of batch and column experiments, it has been found that soil properties (e.g., soil pH, redox potential, etc.) affect the leaching behavior by solubility change, complex formation, precipitation, etc. Two-site kinetic leaching models were mainly applied for understanding nonequilibrium leaching behavior of the metals due to heterogeneous physical structure and various binding sites of the soil. Meanwhile, it was also reported that the change in hydrodynamic properties due to rainfall pattern can influence leaching behavior by changing the interfacial interaction between soil and water. Several researchers recognized that extreme weather condition (high temperature and increased drought period) due to climate change can elevate initial leaching concentration of the heavy metal. In reality, climate change can cause the nonequilibrium leaching of the metals by influencing hydrodynamic condition and chemical stability of the soil system. Therefore, future works to precisely predict the heavy metal leaching behavior across abandoned mine sites are necessary and risk management of these sites in response to climate change should be designed.

      • 백혈병 진단을 위한 CNN 모델 비교 분석

        급성 림프모구성 백혈병은 골수 내 미성숙 림프구 과다증식으로 인해 골수 기능이 억제되어 발생하는 급성 백혈병이다. 성인 급성 백혈병의 30% 비율을 차지하고 있으며, 소아는 항암화학요법으로 80% 이상의 완치율을 보이는 반면, 성인은 20%~50%로 저조한 생존율을 보이고 있다. 그러나 급성 림프모구성 백혈병 진단을 위한 의료영상 데이터 기반 머신러닝 알고리즘에 관한 연구가 초동 단계이다. 본 논문에서는 신속하고 정확한 진단을 위해 CNN 알고리즘모델들을 비교분석한다. 네 가지 모델을 사용하여 급성 림프모구성 백혈병 진단 모델들을 비교분석하기 위한 실험 환경을 구축하고 주어진 의료영상 데이터에 대해 정확도가 가장 우수한 알고리즘을 선택하였다. 실험 결과에 따르면 네 가지의 CNN 모델들 중에서 InceptionV3모델이 98.9%의 정확도로 가장 우수한 성능을 보였다. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is an acute leukemia caused by suppression of bone marrow function due to overgrowth of immature lymphocytes in the bone marrow. It accounts for 30% of acute leukemia in adults, and children show a cure rate of over 80% with chemotherapy, while adults show a low survival rate of 20% to 50%. However, research on a machine learning algorithm based on medical image data for the diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia is in the initial stage. In this paper, we compare and analyze CNN algorithm models for quick and accurate diagnosis. Using four models, an experimental environment for comparative analysis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia diagnostic models was established, and the algorithm with the best accuracy was selected for the given medical image data. According to the experimental results, among the four CNN models, the InceptionV3 model showed the best performance with an accuracy of 98.9%.

        팥 앙금 제조 과정에서 발생하는 1차, 2차 및 3차 자숙액의 항산화성 및 생리활성 비교

        본 연구에서는 팥 앙금을 제조하는 과정에서 발생하는 부산물인 1차, 2차 및 3차 자숙액(가공 처리수)의 총 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량, 항산화 활성 및 생리활성을 측정하여 팥 자숙액을 이용한 건강 기능성식품 및 의약품 소재로서의 활용 가능성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 팥 자숙액의 총 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량을 측정한 결과, 1차 자숙액의 총 폴리페놀(92.30 ㎎/g) 및 플라보노이드(11.54 ㎎/g) 함량이 2차 및 3차 자숙액에 대비하여 2~5배 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 팥의 1차 자숙액의 ABTS 라디칼 소거 활성의 IC50은 0.18 ㎎/mL, DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성의 IC50은 1.24 ㎎/mL, 아질산염 소거 활성의 IC50은 1.82 ㎎/mL, 환원력의 EC50은 0.08 ㎎/mL로 나타나 3가지 자숙액 중에서 가장 높은 항산화 활성을 내포하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 팥자숙액의 생리활성을 확인하기 위하여 피부 미백, 주름 개선, 및 항당뇨 관련 효소의 활성을 측정한 결과, 1차 자숙액에서 tyrosinase(IC50, 0.40 ㎎/mL), elastase(IC50, 0.84 ㎎/mL) 및 α-glucosidase(IC50, 4.28 ㎎/mL)의 저해 활성이 확인되었다. 또한 팥 자숙액의 치매 관련 효소인 AChE 및 BACE1의 활성을 측정한 결과, 1차 자숙액에서 각각 35.81% 및 54.90% 효소 활성이 저해되는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과로부터 팥 앙금 제조 과정에서 폐기되는 1차 자숙액에는 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량이 높고 우수한 항산화 활성 및 생리활성을 내포하는 생리 기능성 물질이 함유되어 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 팥 1차 자숙액은 기능성식품 및 화장품을 비롯한 식품첨가제 등의 천연 소재로서 활용 가능하리라 판단된다. This study evaluated the antioxidant and physiological activities of processed water (PW) generated during the preparation of red bean paste. The three types of PW were prepared by heat treatment for 35 min at 95℃ (1st PW), 35 min at 95℃ (2nd PW), and 20 min at 100℃ (3rd PW), sequentially. The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of the 1st PW were 92.30 mg/g and 11.54 mg/g, respectively. The polyphenol and flavonoid content of the PW decreased as the number of heat treatments increased. The 1st PW showed the highest 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity, nitrite scavenging activity, and reducing power. The antioxidant activities of PW also significantly decreased as the number of heat treatments increased. Whitening, anti-skin-aging, and anti-diabetic activities were observed in the 1st PW. Furthermore, the highest inhibitory activities of acetylcholinesterase and β-secretase were also observed in the 1st PW. These results indicate that the 1st PW of red bean paste may be useful as an antioxidant and functional substance in food and pharmaceutical products.

      • 어린이 전문병원의 색채 환경과 아동심리에 관한 특성분석

        The hospital for children, color environment of excess primary colors it does not take into account the environment of healing and stress children feel is applied. Therefore, in the limited space in the atmosphere is the place of the main public hospital, we investigated the hospital four places of children typical of Seoul. Visit the site under investigation, we are made in the image of the photo taken, by using the NCS color system, we classify the current state of the color. As a result, we analyzed the effects and psychological effects of color plan of the hospital has on the children. Hospital of four locations were used Y of brightness and high saturation, YR, B, the GY. This color possible to know that it does not take into account the psychological effects of colors in a hospital setting, Y increases stress and induce lazy YR and boring given to children. Therefore, follow-up studies to provide a color scheme which is suitable for hospital in colors children like are required.

        톳(Hizikia fusiformis)을 첨가한 흰찰쌀보리죽의 제조 및 품질특성

        This study was conducted to evaluate the physicochemical characteristics, perform a sensory evaluation of glutinous barley gruel after adding Hizikia fusiformis powder to promote consumption, and identify the best ratio and recipe. The gruel was prepared with rice and glutinous barley powder, and various levels (0, 2.5, 5.0, and 7.5%) of H. fusiformis powder. pH, color, viscosity, and spreadability of the gruel were investigated. A sensory evaluation was conducted by 20 panelists in the categories of color, flavor, taste, texture appearance, and overall preference using a 9□point hedonic scale. The viscosity and pH of the gruel increased as H. fusiformis powder content increased, whereas spreadability of the gruel decreased gradually as H. fusiformis powder content increased. As the level of H. fusiformis powder increased, lightness decreased significantly, whereas redness and yellowness increased. Color, bitter taste, and H. fusiformis flavor of the gruel increased significantly as H. fusiformis powder content increased. On the other hand, sweet taste (delicious taste level) and viscosity were not different among the different gruels. The sensory test results indicated that the gruel with 5% H. fusiformis powder had the best overall acceptability. In conclusion, glutinous barley gruel with 5% added H. fusiformis powder was more acceptable than the others.

        현대 구조적 패션디자인에 나타난 구조미의 표현방식에 대한 연구 - 산티아고 칼라뜨라바의 건축특성을 중심으로 -

        The structural aesthetics of architecture are becoming an inspirational source for many fashion designers and have been reborn in structural fashion. This study planned to analyze the method of expression of structural aesthetics expressed in modern structural fashion design and the construction method to maximize such an effect on the basis of the construction characteristic of Santiago Calatrava as the representative architect of the structural aesthetic. According to the study, the structural aesthetics expressed in modern structural fashion design are as follows: 1) The symbolical formative aesthetic expressed by symbolical inference and analyzation; 2) the dynamic beauty of physic expressed by visual emphasis and dynamics; and 3) the asymmetric beauty of symmetry expressed by metastasis toward the boundary between balance and imbalance. In addition, to maximize structural aesthetics, we used repetition and a progressive technique based on rhythm, asymmetry, and incision-based variances, such as balance, polygon flux, and inference, and analyzation-based distortion as the structuring principle. The following expression methods for maximizing structural aesthetics were found: 1) symbolical and structural exaggeration of appearance; 2) detail technique expansion and material property diversification; and 3) the three-dimensional transformation of structure and shell expression. Structural fashion design was found to have maximized structural aesthetics by using such expression methods to secure artistic esthetics, destroy existing shapes and patterns, and create unique shapes.
