본 연구는 食後 短時間內에 腸內容物이 存在하고 있는 腸loop內에 (45)^Ca을 직접 注入한 후, 腸loop로 부터의 (40)^Ca 및 (45)^Ca의 消失量, 또는 門脈血中 (45)^Ca의 出現量에 의해 Ca흡수량을 측정 비교할 수 있는 in situ closed gut segment法의 하나를 確立하고져 행하여 졌다. 성장기 흰쥐에게 casein食을 급여하고 검토한 결과, in situ closed gut segment法의 실험 最適條件은 ligation부위는 회장중앙부 15-20㎝, 注入液의 組成은 0.2~0.5μCi/5㎍Ca/0.5ml, pH 7.0, 37℃, 腸loop로부터 (40)^Ca 및 (45)^Ca의 消失量 測定은 (45)^Ca注入後 30분간, 門脈血中의 (45)^Ca농도 측정은 15분간이었다. 이상의 실험조건에서 흰쥐에게 casein食과 egg albumin食을 급여하고 Ca흡수량을 비교한 결과, casein食에 의해 2~5배의 높은 Ca흡수효과를 보였으며, 문맥혈중 45^(Ca)농도로 부터의 평가는 腸loop로 부터의 평가보다 과소평가 되지만 비교연구에는 충분히 유효함을 보였다. The method of intestinal Ca absorption in rats was studied by injecting the test solution of (45)^Ca into Ii-gated ileal loops (an in situ closed gut sement technique).<br/> The amount of Ca absorbed was measured in regard to the amount of soluble (40)^Ca and (45)^Ca which disappeared from the ligated ileal loops for 30min, and appeared portal blood for 15min after the injection.<br/> The 15~20㎝ ligated segment of mid ileum and the test solution containing 0.2~0.5 μCi 5㎍ Ca/0.5ml, pH 7.0, 37℃ are appropriate for this in situ closed gut segment technique which turn out to be highly available for study of Ca absorption.<br/> The rats fed casein diet absorbed more Ca by 2~5 times than the rats fed egg albumin diet.

본 연구는 자료포락분석 방법을 이용하여 노인의료복지시설의 운영 효율성(기술적 효율성, 규모 효율성)을 지역별로 측정하고 시간의 흐름에 따른 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 연구에 사용된 자료포락분석 모형은 CRS(constant Returns to Scale) 모형, VRS(variable returns to scale) 모형, NIRS(non increasing returns to scale)모형, 그리고 SE(super efficiency) 모형 등이다. 주요 연구결과는 모든 지역에서 2010년도보다 2014년도에 기술적 효율성과 규모 효율성이 상승하였다는 사실을 확인하였다. 그러나 2014년도의 경우 CRS 기술 효율성의 기준에서 노인요양시설은 대전, 노인요양공동생활가정은 제주를 제외한 모든 지역이 비효율적으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과들은 노인의료복지시설의 보다 효율적 운영을 위해서는 노인질환자들이 시설을 이용할수 있는 기회를 확대하고 신규 시설 증가를 억제해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다. This study is to estimate and compare the operational efficiencies, as such technical and scale efficiency of the elderly medical welfare facilities by regions and time. We used DEA(data envelopment analysis) method for measurement of efficiencies. The DEA models used for measurement are CRS(constant returns to scale) model, VRS(variable returns to scale) model, NIRS(non increasing returns to scale) model and SE(super efficiency) model. The major empirical findings of this research are as follows. We found that the technical and scale efficiency scores of two the elderly medical welfare facilities in all the regions rosed in 2014 than 2010. And the two facilities in all the regions except Daejon and Jeju regions were revealed to be operating inefficiently. From our research results, We propose that the requirement qualifications for the elderly persons with long term diseases to use the elderly medical welfare facilities is lessened or the new establishment of that facilities is controlled.
항공사 승무원의 지각된 공정성이 리더-구성원 간 교환관계 및 조직충성행동에 미치는 영향

This study aims for demonstrating the effects of flight attendants` perceived equity on leader-member exchange and organizational loyalty behavior in order to establish an efficient operation and management system for flight attendants, to suggest an institutional strategy for improving positive relationship between a team leader and team members, and eventually to give some implications for maximizing passenger satisfaction and service quality. Flight attendants working for the Korean Airlines, Asiana Airlines, JinAir, and Air Busan were selected as subjects for this study. A questionnaire survey was distributed to a total of 250 flight attendants from July 1st, 2013 to August 31st, 2013. Among them, 225 questionnaires were used for actual analysis and the other 25 questionnaires were excluded because of lack of sincerity. SPSS frequency analysis was used to understand demographic properties and factorial analysis and reliability analysis was used to verify reliability of the variables. Also, regression analysis was used to verify the hypothesis. First, the first hypothesis that flight attendants’ perceived equity would have an influence on leader-member exchange was proven in that procedural justice and interactive justice had an influence on leader-member exchange among three justice factors. The result implies that sincere and considerate attitudes of one’s superior are more important than sharing the final outcomes. Second, all three factors in justice perception were confirmed to have an influence on a dependant variable, organizational loyalty behavior, in the second hypothesis that perceived equity by flight attendant would have an influence on organizational loyalty behaviors. Procedural justice was ranked as the most important one and, in turn, interactive justice and distributive justice followed, respectively. It was suggested that flight attendants put an importance on the management’s acceptance of opinions of everyone involved, opening up the information in the process, and giving an equal right of decision making. Lastly, the third hypothesis that leader-member exchange would have an influence on organizational loyalty behavior was proven.
