        고체산화물 연료전지용 La<sub>0.7</sub>Sr<sub>0.3</sub>Ga<sub>0.6</sub>Fe<sub>0.4</sub>O<sub>3-δ</sub>계의 메탄부분산화반응

        고상 반응법을 이용하여 $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$ 분말을 합성하고 소결하여 혼합전도성 분리막을 제조하였다. 제조된 분리막들은 페롭스카이트 단일상 결정구조를 나타내었으며, $95\%$, 이상의 상대밀도를 나타내었다. 산소이온 변환 능력을 향상시키기 위해 $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$의 양 표면에 $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}CoO_{3-\delta}$ paste를 스크린 프린팅 방법으로 코팅한 결과, 코팅되지 않은 분리막에 비해 산소투과 유속이 크게 증가하여 $950^{\circ}C,\; {\Delta}P_{o_2}=0.21 atm$에서 약 $0.5ml/min{\cdot}cm^2$의 값을 나타내었다. 이러한 산소투과 유속은 표면 코팅층이 다공성일수록, $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$의 결정립 크기가 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 제조된 디스크 형상의 소결체를 이용하여 $950^{\circ}C$에서 메탄부분산화반응을 행한 결과 $40\%$ 이상의 메탄전환율과 합성가스의 수율을 얻을 수 있었으며, CO의 선택도는 $100\%$를 나타내었다 또한, $950^{\circ}C$의 메탄분위기에서 600시간의 장기부분산화반응을 통해 상의 안정성을 확인하였다. We fabricated mixed ionic-electronic conducting membranes, $CH_4\;Using\;{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$, by solid state reaction method for solid oxide fuel cell. The membranes consisted of single perovskite phase and exhibited high relative density, $>95\%$. We coated $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}CoO_{3-\delta}$ layer using screen printing method in order to improve surface reactivity of the $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$. As a result, the oxygen permeation flux of the coated $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$ showed higher value, $0.5ml/min{\cdot}cm^2\;at\;950^{\circ}C$ than the uncoated one. Higher oxygen permeation was observed in the porously coated Lao $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$membranes with larger grain sizes. Syngas, $CO+H_2$, was successfully obtained from methane gas, $CH_4$, using the $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}CoO_{3-\delta}$ coated $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$, with over $40\%\;of\;CH_4$ conversion and syngas yield. $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Ga_{0.6}Fe_{0.4}O_{3-\delta}$ membrane was stable even when it was exposed to the reducing environment, methane, for 600 hrs at $950^{\circ}C$.

        Histone 에 관한 연구 ( ⅩⅣ ) Paramphistomum cervi 의 Histone

        The five major fractions of histone in Paramphistomum cervi (P. cervi) were isolated and purified according to the method of Phillips ar.d Johns. This is the frist of such isolation from parasite tissues. The histone fractions were identified by the acrylamide disc gel electrophoresis and by amino acid analysis. Amino acid compositions of purified histione fractions indicated that the histones were homologous, if not identical, to the H1, H2a, H2b, H3 and H4 histones of calf thymus. The yield of whole histone recovered was 569mg per 100g of weight of the parasite. This value was slightly larger than that of mammalian tissues. The yield of DNA was 206mg per 100g of wet weight of the parasite. Consequently, the ratio of DNA to histone was 0.37. The relative amounts of 5 histone fractions from P. cervi., i.e., H1, H2a, H2b, H3 and H4 were 13.2%, 3.7%a, 26.9%, 51.5% and 4.7%, respectively. This finding of relatively low proportion of histones H2a, and H4 and high proportion of histone H3 in P. cervi. appeared to be due to the species specificity. The electrophoretic behaviors of each histone fractions were almost similar to those of histones from calf thymus. The apparent difference in the ratio of DNA to histone between P. cervi higher organisms was observed, showing the ratio of the parasite: had approximately one third as much the ratio of the animal. The evidence was presented that P. cervi. contained five major histore fractions which were homologous to corresponding 5 fractions of higher eukaryotes, and this study confirmed earlier observations strongly on the conserved primary sequence of histone proteins in nature.

        Paramphistomum cervi의 총 histone의 분획을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Histone을 Johns 및 Phillips and Johns의 방법으로 분리 추출하였다. 각 분획은 polyacrylamide disc gel 전기이동법에 의하여 정제하였다. 총 histone의 수율은 조직 100g당 569mg이었으며 이 값은 포유동물에 비하면 좀 큰 값이다. DNA는 206mg이었다. 따라서 DNA : histone 의 비는 1 : 0.37이다. Paramphistomum cervi의 5개의 분획 즉 H1, H2a, H2b, H3 및 H4의 함유량의 비는 13.2%, 3.7%, 26.9%, 51.5% 및 4.7% 이며 포유동물에 비하면 현저한 차이를 보여주고 있다. Paramphistomum cervi의 histone의 각 분획들의 amino산 조성을 보면 각 histone이 포유동물 및 고동식물의 값과 동일하지는 않으나 비슷한 값을 보여주고 있다. 현재까지 기생충의 histone에 관한 연구는 찾아볼 수 없으며 저자의 연구로써 Paramphistomum cervi는 진핵세포를 가진 고등동물 및 식물속에 들어있는 5개의 histone 분획과 같은 histone 분획들을 가지고 있음이 밝혀졌으며, 또 그 histone 단백질이 강한 보수성을 지니고 있음이 확인되었다.         Purpose: The study tried to suggest the ways to improve the national disability welfare information projects with evaluating the present condition of the projects. Method: Firstly, the study analyzed the disability information system and disability websites. Secondly, the study found out the problems of the registration of disability and management system through the situation analysis. Finally, the study conducted a survey of the disabled and the information system workers and performance evaluation of the information system. Result: The study offered a proposal of The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS) for the disability registration and management. When the disabled visit the hospital or the public health center, their information is registered automatically in The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS), which helps not to miss out the disability registration. Through this system, they are given the proper service which they need, and the information can be shared with the facilities providing the service for the disabled. Conclusion: The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS) contributes significantly in avoiding the repetition of the support for the disabled and improving the quality of service.

        한국 고산등반의 경영학적 고찰

        한국등반은 어쩌면 그렇게 한국 경제 및 한국의 기업경영과 너무나 닮아 있다. 그렇다면 산과 경영은 어떤 면에서 접점을 찾을 수 있을까. 주식회사 태인의 이인정 회장은 한마디로 ‘도전과 모험정신’으로 답하고 있다. “중세 바다 끝에 낭떠러지가 있다는 믿음을 깬 것이 항해에 나선 탐험가였으며, 알프스 산정에 요괴가 살고 있다는 미신을 타파해 버린 것이 등반가였습니다.”라고 도전과 모험의 정신에서 그 공통점을 설명하고 있다. 바로 기업을 나타내는 영어의 ‘enterprise’가 진취성, 모험심 등의 뜻을 내포하고 있음을 보면, 등반에서 경영상의 교훈을 찾음은 의미가 클 것으로 보아진다. 따라서 본고에서는 한국 고산등반 한 세기를 성과와 문제점을 중심으로 간단히 개관하고, 한국 등반의 현대사를 주도한 등반가이자 경영인으로 성공한 이인정 회장과 주식회사 태인의 사례를 중심으로 등반철학과 정신에서 경영상의 시사점을 논의하기로 한다. 나아가 무국경시대의 지구촌에서 오지를 찾으며 위기와 맞서는 불굴의 의지, 인내하며 낮은 데로 임하는 자세, 서로를 존중하고 배려하는 마음 등 고산등반에서 얻을 수 있는 고귀한 삶의 지혜와 교훈을 한국의 새로운 성장 동력으로 떠오를 우리의 젊은이들에게, 특히 글로벌 지구촌을 대상으로 비즈니스를 수행해야 할 경상학도들에게, 간접 체험이지만 전달하고 생각하게 함은 큰 의미가 있을 것으로 보인다. Where can we find a junction between mountain climbing and management? In-Jeong Lee, the CEO of Taein Corporation, says “it’s in the mind; the challenging mind which is not to fear anything. In fact, those adventures have changed the world forever. The will to challenge against the nature that people believed impossible has build this civilization. In the Middle Ages, people believed that there would be a vertical cliff at the end of the ocean. It were the explorers who broke those superstitions and it were the climbers who broke the superstition that there lived a monster on the Alps mountaintop,” targeting at the mind and spirit of challenge and adventure. The fact that the English word ‘enterprise’ implies a progressive and adventurous spirit makes it even more meaningful that climbing can teach us valuable lessons on business management. Therefore, this study will make a general survey of Korean climbing history, its results and drawbacks along with examining business implications on philosophy of climbing based on the case of In-Jeong Lee, the successful CEO as well as the (famous) climber who has lead the modern history of Korean mountain climbing, and his company Taein corporation. There are many things in common between Korean mountain climbing and its economy and business management. Furthermore, it will mean a lot to Korean youth, especially the students of the business and management in the front line of the global world, the indomitable spirit in the face of hazards of mountaineering, the patience, the respect and consideration for others which we learn from the mountain climbing will strengthen Korea’s new growth power, though indirectly.

        컬러코드에 대한 사용자 인지도 분석

        컬러코드는 한국 고유의 2차원 바코드 기술로 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 일본의 QR코드와 비교해 인식속도나 디자인 확장성에서 한수 위의 기술로 평가 받고 있다. 특히 다양한 컬러와 감성적인 이미지로 디자인이 가능하여 시각적 효과가 매우 높기 때문에 다양한 분야에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 컬러코드의 새로운 마케팅의 대안으로써의 가치와 발전가능성을 파악해보고 현재 새롭게 떠오르는 컬러코드의 사용자 인지도를 조사 분석하여 효과적인 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 주된 방법과 범위는 인터넷 통계와 설문조사를 중심으로 연구하였으며 컬러코드에 대한사용자의 인지도 설문조사는 커뮤니케이션 측면과 비주얼 측면으로 구분하여 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과 QR코드가 단순히 정보만 담고 있다면 컬러코드는 커뮤니케이션에서 디자인까지 만족시키는 감성코드임을 인지도 조사결과를 통하여 알 수 있었다. 커뮤니케이션 측면에서 컬러코드는 브랜드의 이해를 돕는 것으로 나타났으며 높은 수치로 브랜드에 친근감(호기심)을 나타내 브랜드의 선호도와 선택 가능성에 영향을 줄 것으로 기대할 수 있다. 또한 컬러코드는 브랜드의 정보전달에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 경쟁 브랜드 중에서 해당 브랜드를 구별해낼 수 있어 차별화가 이루어지는 것으로 조사되었다. 비주얼 측면에서는 컬러코드의 디자인이 브랜드 이미지에는 크게 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 컬러코드의 디자인은 인지도 향상과 주목성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, 컬러코드의 이미지는 해당 브랜드를 쉽게 기억해 낼 수 있는 것으로 조사되어 브랜드의 아이덴티티는 시각적인 요인이 크고 이를 얼마나 전략적으로 구현하느냐가 중요한 것임을 알 수 있었다. 컬러코드는 그림이나 아이콘과 비슷하여 사용자에게 코드로 인식되기 어렵다는 문제점이 있으나, 인터렉티브, 리얼타임의 특성을 겸비한 온오프라인의 접점으로서 활발한 고객 커뮤니케이션을 일으킬 뿐만 아니라 브랜드 앱의 활성화까지 기대할 수 있어 효과적인 모바일 마케팅 플랫폼으로 활용이 예상된다. 디자인적인 측면에서 컬러코드의 활성화를 위해서는 크리에이티브한 디자인을 통해 아이덴티티의 차별화로 이미지를 강화해 나가야 한다. 앞으로 새롭게 떠오르는 컬러코드에 대한 관심과 활성화를 기대해본다. Color code refers to an original bar code technology developed in South Korea, and is recognized as a technology that takes better competitive edge in data recognition speed or design scalability than Japan`s QR code, a worldwide popularized code. Particularly, color code is advantageous in that it is useful in various applications owing to very high visual effect which is demonstrated by a fact that code design can be implemented with various colors and emotional images. The purpose of this study is to find out value and developmental possibility of color code as an alternative way of new marketing, survey and analyze users` awareness about color code that emerges newly in these days, and propose effective ways to promote color code. In order to achieve these goals, this study relied primarily on web statistics and questionnaire survey in terms of research methodology and scope. And it used a questionnaire survey to investigate users` awareness about color code in two aspects, i.e. communication and visuality. As a result, it was found that QR code contains information simply, but color code is emotional code enough to satisfy both of two needs, that is, communication and design, as shown in the results of awareness survey. In the aspect of communication, it was found that color code was helpful to understand brands, and our users revealed high sense of affinity (curiosity) with brands. Thus, it is expected that color code will have influences on users` brand preference and choice. Moreover, it was found that color code has effects on information delivery of brands, and it is differentiated from QR code in that the former is effective in identifying any relevant brands among competitive ones. In visual aspect, it was found that color code design didn`t have any significant influence on brand image. Notably, it was found that color code design had effects on improving brand awareness and attention. The images of color code were helpful for users to easily remember relevant brand, and the identity of a brand depends significantly on visual factors and how much strategically those factors are implemented. Color code is similar to figure or icon, so it is not easily recognized as a code by users. However, it is characterized by interactivity and real time as a point of contact between online and offline to create active customer communications and activate even brand apps. Thus, it is expected that color code will be very useful as effective mobile marketing platform. In order to promote color code in the aspect of design, it is important to develop creative designs and differentiate brand identity to enhance brand images. In the future, it is expected that there will be more and more interests in color code as emerging code, and it will be more popularized around the world.

        브랜드의 웹 아이덴티티 통합구축에 관한 연구

        The brand marketing through Internet now demands very various strategies in both the online and offline. The brand which is not differentiated or of which target is not clear cannot win in a competition. In case that the offline brand commences a business in online, the fame, reputation, and trust which have already been accumulated can be a huge property. If seen in the condition where a lot of marketing budget is invested In order to make people remember and search to visit a web site, the recognition which has already been built enables to compete in a very profitable position while saving the marketing budget. In this study, the relationship is studied through the construction example between the off line identity and web identity, and the element about the construction is analyzed, and the successful integrated construction where the identity of the offline makes transition into the web identity was researched after selecting the domestic and foreign companies to propose the effective strategy. The strategy of the brand identity of both the online and offline for a company should be established in the integrated viewpoint and the related brand identity can be the item for the success which improve the property of brand through the value enlargement and reinforcement of company.
