        고등학생의 학업중단 위기 극복 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구

        본 연구는 고등학생들이 학교 부적응으로 인하여 학업중단의 위기를 극복해내는 경험을 심층적으로 탐색하여, 그들이 살아낸 이야기를 통해 그 경험의 의미를 삶의 한 부분으로서 이해하고자 하였다. 구체적인 질문들은 첫째, ‘학업중단 위기와 극복과정을 어떻게 경험하였는가?’, 둘째, ‘학업중단 위기 극복의 경험은 그들의 성장 과정에 어떤 의미를 구성하는가?’이다. 연구 참여자는 고등학교 시절에 학교 부적응으로 인하여 학업중단 위기를 경험하였으며, 이를 극복한 대학생 2명이다. 연구자료는 연구참여자가 고등학교 재학 시절부터 대학에 진학한 후까지 이루어진 심층 인터뷰자료, 상담자료, 기억상자, 참여자의 문자 내용 등을 활용하였으며, 연구 참여자들의 경험을 이해하기 위해 내러티브 탐구(Narrative Inquiry) 방법으로 분석하였다. 탐구 결과로서 교사들이 학교 부적응 청소년들의 잠재적 가능성을 발견하고 그들의 학업중단 위기 경험을 긍정적인 관점으로 바라보고 조력 활동을 함으로써 그들과 함께 학업중단 위기를 극복해 나갈 수 있음을 알게 되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 학교 부적응 청소년들이 학업중단 위기를 극복하는 과정에 학교 교육과 교사의 역할에 시사점을 준다는 면에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to conduct an in-depth exploration into high school students experiences of being at risk of dropping out of school due to school maladjustment and overcoming the crisis, and to gain an understanding of the meanings of the experiences as part of their lives through the stories of their lived experiences. Specifically, this study aimed to investigate what experiences the participants went through during the crisis of dropping out of school and in the process of overcoming the crisis and what meanings their experience of overcoming the crisis has in relation to the process of their personal growth. The participants of this study were two college students who experienced and overcame the crisis of dropping out of school due to school maladjustment in high school. The research data used in-depth interview data, counseling data, memory box, and mobile phone text messages of participants from the period of high school enrollment to after entering university. The collected data were analyzed by applying the method of narrative inquiry to understand the experiences of the participants. The results of this inquiry showed that teachers can overcome maladjusted students crisis of dropping out of school together with them by discovering their potential, looking at their experiences of the crisis of discontinuing school from a positive point of view, and providing assistance and support for them. The findings of the present study provide implications for the roles of school education and teachers in the process during which adolescents at risk of dropping out of school due to school maladjustment are overcoming the crisis.

        전주 지역 일부 보육교사의 식행동 및 급식 지도 활동에 대한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the dietary behavior of day-care center teachers and their meal attitudes during meal time in Jeonju area. Self administered questionnaires were collected from 266 day-care center teachers who worked in a national(public) or private day-care center. The Statistical data analysis was conducted using SPSS v. 12.0. All subjects were women, and 64.7% were married(p<0.001), over more than 60% were junior college graduates(p<0.05), and 73.7% had salaries greater than 1,000,000 won(p<0.001). The breakfast skipping ratio of the subjects was very high, and about 66.5% of the respondents had irregular meals. The snack intake ratios of the subjects in private day-care centers were higher than the subjects in national(public) day-care centers(p<0.001). Approximately 56% of the subjects responded that education about eating is very important for providing balanced nutrition to young children. About 84% of subjects had no experience with the continuing-education program for teachers(p<0.01), and they wanted to know more about balanced nutrition. The meal attitude education score during meal time was 4.53±0.36. The relationship between meal attitude education and the dietary behavior of day-care teachers was significantly different based on the frequency of overeating(p<0.05) and self-recognition of eating habit(p<0.05). These findings suggest that a nutrition education program for day-care center teachers should be developed so that they can effectively manage meal attitude education for young children and provide good nutrition for themselves.
