        The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of participation in professional physical education program on physique, growth, percent body fat and bone density of infants. The subjects were 5 years old infants(n=48) who were divided into two groups as kindergatener(n=24) and sports kindergatener(n=24. attendants of professional physical education program possessed sports kindergarten). The results were as follows. First, Body length was longer in sports kindergatener but there was no significant difference. Lower extremity length was longer in girls than boys. Second, Body girth was wider in sports kindergatener on all body site and there was significant difference only on thigh girth. Hip girth was wider in girls than boys. Third. Weight was significantly heavier and percent body fat was lower in sports kindergatener. Though body surface area and bone mass were higher in sports kindergatener. bone density was lower because of lower percentage. Consequently, body length as growth index and body girth as nutritional status index, in 5 years old infants, growth was accelerated by participation in professional physical education. And percent body fat was lower and muscle mass was more. Because bone density was affected by various factors like heredity, hormone, body composition(weight, percent body fat, LBM), nutritional status. exercise. etc., effects of exercise on bone growth and bone density in infants could not confirm in this study.

The web sites should develop various good quality of information and to increase the user's satisfaction. The web sites of satisfaction to increase your teams loyalty. The loyalty is very important things for business and operating teams. And then, the develop of web sites for user. However tired you may be, you must it. Sometimes user conflicted of the web site which not enough contents, commerce so on. There are mistaken. Not that sports teams disliked the operated web sites, but that sports teams no cognition for web site. This study to meet the purpose, was made through investigated of books and official web sites. The objective of this research is for you to click the internet order site 'www.rankey.com' for high position the sports web sites. And more, using the other article. As a result, the web sites of the sports teams have a lack of contents and commerce, community, however, construction of shopping mall with low cost and new technological development. Firstly, users very important to communication in quickly response to BBS, Q&A. And then, user to solved of his question and trouble, conflict. Secondly, the web sites develop the contents for user and customers of enjoy. Thirdly, the web sites include of community for customization and communication with marketing targets. Fourthly, in this study, the satisfaction of sports web sites develop on game informations for users. The user wanted to information of player news and game news for enjoyed himself. So many people wanted to different of other web sites and contents. Finally suggestion, connection of the other web sites for sports teams have a lack contents and information.

      • 실외 골프 연습장 이용고객의 만족도 조사 연구

        The purpose of this study was to distinguish differences between driving ranges in Seoul and Kyonggido by compare actual condition of using facilities, facility managements and characteristics of consumers to use driving ranges. The subjects of this study was total 513(236 were from 3 driving ranges in Seoul and 277 were from 4 driving ranges in Kyonggido). This could be a basic data for development and efficient management of a driving range. The results were as follows. First, in motive of using driving range, condition of facilities and traffic facilities were most important. In purpose of use, to keep health and diet were most and there were significant differences. But in channel of information, per advertisements was most and there was OD significant difference. Second, in means of transport, privately owned car was most of B9.1% and there was no significant difference. In time to move, less than 30 minutes was most of 71.9% and there was significant difference. Third, in cost of use, between 1.5 and 2 hundred thousand won was most. In cost of lesson between 1 and 1.5 hundred thousand won was most. In membership, monthly members and membership by hours were most. All above, there were significant differences by area. Forth, in time to exercise, between 1 and 1.5 hour was most. In frequency of use, 3 or 4 times per week was most. In time slot of use, between 5 and 9 p. m. was most. ALL above, there were significant differences by area. Fifth, in number of the plate, between 10 and 20 was most. In distance of couse, less than 100m was most. In incidental facilities, room for swing analysis was most. In way of ball distribution, semiautomatic was most. Except incidental facilities, all above showed significant differences. Sixth, in dress of staffs, optional dress was most. In service quality, dissatisfaction was most. In hygiene of facilities, satsfaction was most and the main cause was convenient facilities. Except service quality, all above showed significant differences. Seventh, in satisfaction, costs of using facilities was satisfied, costs of lesson was satisfied, way of direction was dssatisfied. In choice of director, personal choice was most. All above, there were significant differences by area.

        동영상을 이용한 근력 강화 운동이 허약 여성노인의 악력, 균형, 이동능력에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of the effects of a video strength exercise on grip strength, balance, timed up and go in the frail elderly women. METHODS: Subjects were thirty frail elderly people selected by the screening tool and they were divided into exercise group and control group. The video strength exercise was carried out for three time a week for 12 weeks. Data was analyzed with independent t-test between exercise and control group and paired t-test between before and after. RESULTS: There were not significant differences between exercise and control group. However, there were significant effects between before and after in exercise group. The grip strength and one-leg stand with eyes open were significant improved and timed up and go was significant decreases. CONCLUSION: These results indicate that the video strength exercise for the frail elderly was very effective on improving grip strength and one-leg stand and timed up and go.

        운동생리학 : 골프스윙의 에너지 소비량과 운동강도

        The purpose of this study was to analyze energy cost and exercise intensity during golf swing with no. 7 iron which is most widely used. It could be basic data for efficient exercise prescription. The subjects of this study were 7 males and 7 females.The statistical techniques utilized in this study was; Independent sample t-testFor all tests, alpha was set at .05 initially in significanceThe findings of this study were as Follows;1. Mean of HR was higher in male as 123.]±7.6beatsㆍmin <sup>-1 </sup>than in female as 121.4±18.0beatsㆍmin <sup>-1</sup>. Mean of %HRmax was higher in female as 38.6±13.4% than in male as 38.4 ± 4,2%. Mean of RPE was higher in male as 12.4±1.1 than in female 12.3土 1.1. But there were no significant differences.2. Mean of VC<sub>2</sub>max was higher in male as 0.99 ± 0.12/ ℓ min <sup>-1 </sup>than in female as 0.62±0.13 ℓ min <sup>-1 </sup>Mean of VO<sub>2</sub>max per kg was higher in male as 12.84±0.69mlㆍkgㆍmin <sup>-1</sup> than in female as 10.84 ± 1.55mlㆍkgㆍmin<sup>-1</sup>. There were significant differences. Mean of %VO2max was higher in male as 34.9 ± 7.4% than in female as 31.2%t but there was no significant, difference.

        여가레크리에이션 : 대학 · 일반인의 스키운동상해 실태조사

        이 연구는 1999년 12월 1일부터 2000년 1월 31일 사이에 스키장을 찾은 이용객(대학·일반인) 1179명 중 상해 경험이 있다고 응답한 326명을 대상으로 성별, 연령별, 참가경력, 참가빈도, 참가요일 등으로 분류하여 운동상해의 원인, 상해의 부위, 상해의 정도, 사고의 형태, 사고 발생 후 응급대처 상황, 사고 발생 후 응급대처에 대한 만족도를 빈도분석과 집단간에 상호독립성을 검증하기 위해 카이제곱검증을 실시한 결과로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.1. 스키상해원인으로 이용자간 충돌이 가장 많았으며, 그 다음으로 기술미숙, 안전시설물 결함, 주의 산만의 순으로 나타났으며, 성별, 연령별, 참가경력별, 참가빈도별 및 참가요인별 등에서 모두 유의한 차이를 나타났다.2. 스키상해의 형태는 타박상이 가장 많았고 그 다음으로 찰과상, 골절, 염좌의 순으로 나타났으며, 성별, 연령별, 참가경력별, 참가빈도별 및 참가요인별 등에서 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다.3. 스키상해의 부위는 하지가 가장 많았고, 그 다음으로 상지, 두부와 요추부의 순으로 나타났으며, 성별, 연령별, 참가경력별, 참가빈도별 및 참가요인별 등에서 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다.4. 응급대처 만족도는 만족하는 편이 많았으며, 성별과 연령별에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 한편, 참가경력별, 참가빈도별 및 참가요일별로는 유의한 차이가 나타났다.이와 같은 결과를 보면 스키어의 증가로 특히, 주말에 이용자간 충돌이 많은 것으로 나타난 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 인원과다로 인한 사고를 방지를 위해 수영장처럼 인원을 제한할 수 있는 제도를 마련하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 스키의 바인딩 구조가 개선되면서 족관절의 부상은 감소하였으나, 여전히 무릎에 대한 부상방지는 취약한 상태이므로 상해 부위 중 무릎(하지)상해가 가장 많은 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 스키를 타기 전에 목, 허리와 특히, 무릎 신전근인 대퇴사두근의 등장성운동과 각 관절 가동범위운동(스트레칭)을 해야 하며, 보호장비를 착용하고 자신에게 맞는 슬로프를 선택하는 것이 상해를 예방하는데 중요할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 의무시설을 보완하여 스키상해 발생시 더 신속하고 양질의 진료를 받을 수 있어야 응급대처에 대한 이용자의 만족도가 높아질 것으로 사료된다. Following research was conducted among 326 college students and non college students out of 1179 subjects who have answered to have had experience of some injuries while skiing from December 1, 1999 through January 31, 2000. Below results were achieved in these categories; the cause of injuries, condition of injuries, various areas where injuries were inflicted upon, and satisfaction of first aid remedies.1. The most frequent cause of injuries was collision between skiers and lack of technique, lack of safety measures, and lack of attention during skiing were found to have caused injuries in the order in which they were listed. There were significantly difference in sex, age group, experience in skiing, frequency, and the motive in participation of skiers.2. The diagnosis of injuries were as follows in the order of frequency: concussion, abrasion, bone fracture, and sprain. There were significantly difference in sex, age group, experience in skiing, frequency, and the motive in participation of skiers.3. The body areas on which injuries were inflicted were as follows in the order of frequency: lower body, upper body, head and waist. There were significantly difference in sex, age, experience in skiing, frequency, and the motive in participation of skiers.4. The degree of satisfaction in terms of first aid remedies, most subjects said they were satisfied regardless of sex and age. However, There were significantly differences in terms of experience, frequency, and days of the week.From above results, we can conclude that with the increase in number of skiers, collision between skiers occurred during the weekends mostly. Therefore, it is imperative to limit the number of skiers on the slopes to prevent any accidents due to overcrowding. Even though injuries on ankle joints decreased due to improvement in ski binding, injuries around knee are still frequent. It is significant that in order to prevent injuries, skiers must choose slopes which fit their levels, wear protection, and stretch each joints and especially in the areas of neck, waist, and thigh. Moreover, with more extensive first aid remedies, injured skiers must able to receive speedy and quality care to enhance satisfaction.

        자연과학편 : 연령증가에 따른 신체구성, 혈압, 체력 및 건강생활 습관의 차이와 상관관계

        이 연구는 성인의 연령에 따른 건강생활습관(운동, 흡연, 음주), 신체구성, 혈압 및 체력요인의 차이와 상관성을 알아보기 위해 2006년 7월 충주지역에서 개최된 건강 운동처방 교실에 참가한 257명을 대상으로 한 문진검사로 운동, 흡연, 음주 등을 조사하였으며, 신체구성, 혈압 및 체력을 측정한 결과를 요약하면, 1. 연령증가에 따른 신장은 유의하게 감소하였으며, 복부지방율은 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한, 남자는 제지방량의 감소로 체중이 감소하였으나, 여자는 체지방율의 유의한 증가로 체중이 유의하게 증가하였다. 2. 연령증가에 따른 혈압은 유의하게 증가하여 남자 60대와 여자 50대에서 높아졌으며, 안정 시 심박수는 연령증가에 따라 여자가 유의하게 높았다. 3. 연령증가에 따른 체력은 남녀 모두 유의하게 감소하였으며, 여자는 좌전굴을 제외하고 남자보다 낮았다. 4. 운동, 흡연, 음주 등에 40대가 가장 높은 빈도를 나타났으며, 운동량은 30대, 흡연량은 50대, 음주량은 20대에서 가장 높았다. 5. 연령과 운동은 체력요인과 각각 음과 양의 유의한 상관성이 나타났으며, 흡연은 심박수의 증가와 유의한 상관성이 나타났다. 또한, 음주는 근력, 근지구력, 순발력, 심폐기능의 저하와 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between health behavior and body composition, blood pressure and physical strength. Exercise, smoking, drinking habits were investigated by questionnaire and body composition, blood pressure, physical strength were investigated by measuring in 257 subjects. The results were as follows. First, height was significantly decreased, but WHR was significantly increased with age. Second, blood pressure was significantly increased with age. Rest heart rate was significantly increased in female with age. Third, physical strength was significantly decreased with age. Forth, exercise, smoking, drinking were showed highest frequency those who in their forties. Exercise index was highest those in their thirties, smoking index was highest those in their fifties and drinking index was highest those in their twenties. Fifth, age was showed significant de-correlation with physical strength factors. And exercise was showed significant correlation with physical strength factors.

        This Study attempted to seek a method for revitalizing the community sports for al related to the sports facilities in order to encourage sports activity according with the regional property. In order to make al well-balanced distribution and untilization of sports for all facilities in Korea a comprehensive evaluation for the demand and trend in the future should be carried out. The expansion of sport facilities for the pubilc, private and one's place of work should be induced and a joint system with sport facilities for schools should be settled. The continuous investment and interacting is more important for the harmonious develolpment in each community than that of unbalanced investment.
