건조조건에 따른 오디분말을 첨가한 마들렌의 품질특성

This research intends to examine the quality characteristics of madeleines after adding drying frozen mulberries by freeze drying and hot-air drying, making them powdered. The general ingredients and physiochemical characteristics of each specimen were measured, compared and analyzed. Madeleines were made based on the recipe set in practical examination of bakery technicians, in which each specimen is added with 0%(control), 1%, 3%, 5%, 7% of mulberry powder depending on the quantity of flour. And then, pH, chromaticity and texture were measured and consumer preferences were grasped by sensory testing. The test results are as follows. First of all, pH was low in the group added with hot-air drying mulberry powder. In chromaticity, brightness(L value) was reduced in comparison with the control group as the addition rates of freeze-drying mulberry powder and hot-air drying mulberry powder increased. Red chromaticity(a value) increased more when adding hot-air drying mulberry powder rather than freeze-drying mulberry powder. Yellow chromaticity(b value) was reduced as addition of mulberry powder increased. Hardness and elasticity of the group added with freeze-drying mulberry powder showed significant differences as addition of mulberry powder increased. Cohesiveness and gumminess was reduced as the addition increased. Hardness of madeleines added with hot-air drying mulberry powder showed significant differences by addition rates of mulberry powder. Elasticity increased by the quantity of mulberry addition. Cohesiveness was reduced as the addition was reduced. Gummines increased as the addition increased. As the result of sensory test on preference, the preferences of the group added with 5% of freeze-drying mulberry powder and the group added with 7% of hot-air drying mulberry powder were the highest.

The Olympics, which represent mega sports events, are not only attracting worldwide attention as a venue, but also provide an opportunity to raise awareness of the host country enhancing the national image through cultural events such as eve, opening ceremony, and closing ceremony. They are such a special world event that gives the host country an opportunity to show their unique cultural and artistic identity presenting the trend of the times through cultural events while building strong international relationships. Since ancient times, dance has been closely related to festivals and has existed with different contents and functions depending on the purpose and location of the festival. The Olympics are global spectacles and national festivals that charm people around the world. Moreover, the host country may enjoy the privilege of promoting their artistic values powerfully through the opening ceremony. In the same vein, the dance performed at the opening ceremony of the Olympics plays an important function as a medium that can naturally express and convey the cultural artistry of the host country. Therefore, this study examines the dance works performed during the opening ceremony of the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, explores the thematic elements of dance, and studies its expressive characteristics using the framework of the first stage of the Janet Adshed dance analysis method. This study explores the motif of the work by examining each thematic element inherent in the dance work shown at the opening ceremony, and uses the first-stage framework of Adshed dance analysis to create movements, dancers, visual environments, and auditory effects. Through element analysis, we explore the overall framework of artistic identity expressed in Korean dance culture in dance parformance styles according to the trend of the times. This study is discussed as follows. First, it explores the thematic elements that can be thoughts, cultures, or motifs inherent in Korean dance works performed at the opening ceremony of the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics. Second, It explores the expression style of Korean dance performed at the opening ceremony of the PyeongChang Olympics by analyzing movement, dancers, visual environment, and auditory elements that make up the Korean dance work performed at the opening ceremony of the PyeongChang Olympic Games in 2018.

꽃을 모티브로 한 모자 헤어아트 연구: 패시네이터 중심으로

21세기 들어서 패션경향은 사회적, 문화적으로 급변화하고 다양화되고 있으며, 매스미디어의 발달로 시시각각 변화하는 다양한 문화와 정보를 쉽고 빠르게 접하게 되었다. 사고 방식의 변화를 반영하는 수단으로 대중들은 토탈 패션에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 패션아이템인 모자는 악세사리의 기능이 아닌 패션의 한 부분으로써 단연 돋보이는 아이 템이다. 개인의 독창적인 개성표현과 호기심 욕구를 표출하고 자신의 차별화된 이미지변신에 대해 모자는 하나의 도구로 활용되고 있다. 최신 트렌드에 민감한 대중들은 해외셀러브리티들과 로열패밀리들의 모자 착용에 대한 관심 또한 높다. 이에 패시네이터와 헤어 아트기법의 조형적 관계를 분석하여 새로운 아이디어 제공과 활용방법을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저, 연구를 수행하기 위한 방법으로 선행논문, 인터넷자료, 단행본, 문헌연구 등을 참고로 연구 하였고 모자의 개념과 모자의 종류에 대해 알아보고 모자의 종류 중에서 비정형적인 패시네이터의 정의와 특징을 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 또한 꽃의 상징성과 헤어피스를 활용한 헤어아트의 이론적 고찰과 선행 연구 사례를 알아보았다. 이후 헤어피스를 사용하여 꽃의 조형적 특성이 잘 표현될 수 있게 헤어아트 네 작품을 제작하였다. 결과적으로 기존 모자 디자인에서 벗어나 개인의 전체적인 이미지를 자유롭게 표현할 수 있고 다양하게 연출할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 헤어아트 기법의 새로운 아이템으로써 앞으로 다양한 응용시도와 미용예술발전을 모색할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. 향후 진행되는 미용 연구에서는 다양한 아이템의 헤어아트 디자인 개발과 창의적인 아이디어 창출의 발전 가능성을 높이는데 기여하고자 한다. In the 21st century, fashion trends are rapidly changing and diversifying socially and culturally. Due to the development of mass media, the public is quickly and easily exposed to various cultures and information that change from time to time. Also, as a means of reflecting the change in thinking style and new lifestyle, the public is also increasingly interested in total fashion. Hats are a fashion item that expresses a person’s original individuality and curiosity. They stand out as a part of fashion, not as a function of accessorization. Hats are used as a means to change people images. The public, who are really sensitive to trends, are interested in how celebrities and royal families wear hats. This study analyzed the formative relationship between fascinator and hair art techniques. After that, it is aimed at presenting ideas and the utilization of new designs of fascinators. First, research was conducted on prior papers, internet data, books, and literature. I looked at the concept of a hat and the type of hat. Then, I studied the definition and characteristics of an unformed fascinator among the types of hat. In addition, I have looked at the symbolism of flowers and the theoretical study of hair art using hair pieces. Since then, four fascinator hair artworks with four flower motifs have been produced using hair pieces. As a result of the study, it has been concluded that many different new designs can be expressed freely and variously performed from prior hat designs. It is expected that the research about new hair art techniques would be studied in order to provide diverse new ideas and development of hair beauty. It is hoped that this study can be contributed to the development of various hair art designs and ideas in the future studies of beauty.

꽃을 모티브로 한 판타지 업스타일 연구

현 시대를 살아가는 사람들은 개인의 개성을 헤어, 패션, 네일 등 다양한 방식으로 표현하는 것을 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 이에 더불어 사회적 인식 또한 삶의 방식과 개성의 표현을 인정하고 존중하는 개방적인 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 이 중 헤어는 자신의 내면을 드러내는 매우 중요한 수단이며 그 역할은 점점 더 부각되고 있다. 국제대회 및 헤어쇼, 패션쇼 등에서 특히 주목받는 판타지 업스타일은 현대인의 상상력을 충족시키며 디자이너의 창의적인 예술 감각이 요구된다. 고객의 요구가 다양해짐에 따라 판타지 업스타일에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이에 자연 친화적인 꽃을 모티브로 하여 판타지 업스타일에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 미용 산업 종사자들에게 정보를 제공함으로서 기술력 향상과 실무에 바로 활용 가능할 수 있게 하는 데에 연구 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 꽃이 가지고 있는 시각적, 심미적 아름다움에 대한 이미지를 정리하고 업스타일과 판타지 업스타일의 개념을 정리하였다. 정립한 개념을 토대로, 꽃의 이미지와 헤어를 접목한 판타지 업스타일 4점의 작품을 재해석하여 제작하고 과정을 분석하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 특징적인 네 개의 꽃을 모티브로 한 판타지 업스타일 작품을 통해 시대적 요구를 반영하며 정형화 되지 않은 창의적인 업스타일 디자인과 기법을 제시하였다. 향후 판타지 업스타일의 체계적인 연구가 지속되어 빠르게 변화하는 흐름에 맞춰 실무에 적용할 수 있는 배움의 기회가 확대되길 바란다. 또한 예술적이고 창의적인 기법을 대중화, 다각화, 활성화 한다면 판타지 업스타일이 고객 만족과 매출 향상에 더욱 경쟁력이 있을 것이라 기대한다. Research has shown that people express their personality in various ways like changing hair style, fashion, nail etc. people are living in a society which understands and respects other people's life style and their personality. Hair is the most important way to express who I am, and its role has been significant. Up-style is one of hair designs representing elegance and luxury. There are a few various designs in Up-style design. Hair designers at international contest, hair show and fashion show use Fantasy Up-style to present artists' creative talent. For creativity, this design can fulfill people's imagination. As customer's requests and needs are specific and reflects their personality, people are getting interested in Fantasy Up-style design. Therefore, this study tried to help understand fantasy Up-style design by introducing works which used flower as a motive. The purpose is that hair designers or people working in hair industry can get a chance to improve their technique and use it right away in real situation. This study shows what symbols of flower are, their visible, esthetic beauty. In addition, it introduced concepts of Up-style and Fantasy Up-style. Based on the concepts, this study introduced four fantasy Up-style works which collaborate image of flower and hair and by analyzing the works, presented which techniques are used. This study chose four flower(Kalla, Camellia, Celosia, Rose) which are different individually. Furthermore, the works introduced trendy, creative Up-style design and technique. The study insists on the necessity of expansion of opportunity to learn as relative other studies come up. It will provide people working in hair industry potential possibility to get trendy, practical technique. Therefore, if these artistic, creative techniques are becoming common, specialized, Fantasy Up-style is expected to contribute satisfaction of customers and improvement sale.

냉동오디의 이화학적 특성과 건조조건을 달리한 오디 분말을 첨가한 베이글의 품질과 관능적 특성에 관한 연구

In this study, frozen mulberries were dried with the methods of freeze-drying and hot-air drying and powdered to make healthy functional bagels by adding 0% (control), 1%, 3%, 5%, and 7% of mulberry powder. After measuring the general ingredients, physiochemical property, total polyphenol content and DPPH radical scavenging of frozen mulberries, the physiochemical property test and sensory test of manufactured bagels were carried out. The pH of the bagels appeared to be higher in the group with the addition of hot-air dried mulberry powder than in the group with the addition of freeze-dried mulberry powder. Luminosity (value L) and yellowness index (value b) appeared to be higher in the group with the addition of hot-air dried mulberry powder than in the group with the addition of freeze-dried mulberry powder. Redness index (value a) appeared to be higher when freeze-dried mulberry powder was added than when hot-air dried mulberry powder was added. Hardness showed a significant difference in the group with the addition of freeze-dried mulberry powder while the group with the addition of hot-air dried mulberry powder showed the opposite result. Elasticity did not have any significant difference in the group with the addition of hot-air dried mulberry powder while it showed a significant difference in the group with the addition of freeze-dried mulberry powder. Cohesiveness did not show any significant difference and gumminess showed the tendency of decrease as the added quantity of freeze-dried mulberry powder and hot-air dried mulberry powder increased. The preference of the group with the addition of 5% freeze-dried mulberry powder and the group with the addition of 3% hot-air dried mulberry powder appeared to be the highest.

브리짓 라일리의 작품을 응용한 옵아트 패턴의 헤어 스텐실 연구

현대사회는 다변화되고 대중매체의 발달과 문화적, 예술적 방면에서 독창적이고 창의적인 미적 추구를 요구하고 있다. 특히 헤어 분야는 다양한 개인의 개성을 반영하고 표출될 수 있는 헤어스타일의 다변화가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 개인의 호기심 욕구와 개성표현을 쉽고 빠르게 연출할 수 있는 옵아트의 패턴을 접목한 헤어 스텐실을 연구하였다. 먼저, 옵아트의 정의와 특징을 알아보고, 옵아트의 대표적인 작가인 브리짓 라일리의 작품 중 흑백의 대비가 강하고 선과 면의 조형적 특성이 잘 들어난 4작품을 선정하여 고찰하였다. 이후 스텐실의 특징을 파악하고 분석하여 헤어에 적용 가능한 헤어 스텐실 기법을 소개하고, 옵아트의 대표적인 작가인 브리짓 라일리의 작품을 모티브로 하여 헤어 스텐실 작품 4개를 제작하였다. 모티브가 된 4개의 작품의 대표적인 패턴으로 제작된 도안 위에 OHP 필름을 놓고 원하는 도안을 오려 내어, 헤어 위에 고정한 후 헤어 컬러 스프레이로 분무하여 연출하였다. 향후 진행되는 미용 연구에서는 다양하게 표현하고 연출할 수 있는 패턴 디자인에 대한 연구와 함께 미용 현장뿐만 아니라 새로운 것을 원하는 일반 대중에게도 활용될 수 있는 실용예술로서의 디자인 개발과 작품 제작 연구가 많이 이루어졌으면 한다. Modern society is changing a lot, with development of mass media, creative and unique aesthetic aspect is in demand in culture and art. In particular, hair style keeps changing because there are many needs to reflect individual’s personality and express. This study is about artworks which combine op-art patterns and use hair stencil technique. Op-art patterns are easy to express patterns in a short time, so appropriate for the public’s personality. First, the study starts with what op-art is and what characteristics op-art has. Then, it introduces Bridget Riley, one of famous op-art artists, and her artworks which are focused on dot, line, side, black, and white. In addition, the study analyzes stencil, which is an artistic style, and its characteristics. Hair stencil technique is also described. Four artworks of Bridget Riley were chosen and the study shows four artworks which use these artworks’ motives and hair stencil technique. The work process starts with drawing patterns of the artworks of Bridget Riley, putting OHP film, and cutting the patterns on the film. Then put the film on hair and spray the hair color spray. Further research will include more studies about pattern designs which can express personality in many various ways. Moreover, for hair designers and people who want new trends, further research will help them to develop for new creative designs and artworks.

학습부진아 유형별 처치프로그램이 중학생의 과학 성취도와 과학에 대한 태도에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 중학교 과학 학습주진아들에게 그들의 성취도와 과학에 대한 태도의 향상을 위한 2학년 교과 내용 중 '전압과 전류'수업에서 처치프로그램을 개발하여 기존의 수업방법과 비교하여 그 효과를 알아보려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 독립변인으로 수업처지와 부진아 유형을 선정하였고, 종속변인으로는 성취도와 과학에 대한 태도를 선정하였다. 연구목적에 따라 설정된 가설을 검증하기 위한 측정도구로 성취도 검사지, 과학에 대한 태도 검사지가 사용되었으며, 대구 시내의 O중학교 2학년 남학생 171명(이들 중 부진아는 54명)을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 통계기법으로는 수업처치 및 부진아 유형에 따른 종속변인의 차이를 알아보기 위해 t검증을 실시하였다. 기초지식 부족과 학습동기 결핍을 해소하도록 협동학습의 LT모형을 채택한 프로그램을 제작하여 학습부진아들에게 적용하였더니, 처치 프로그램은 학습부진아들의 성취도와 과학에 대한 태도를 유의미하게 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 효과는 학습 부진아 중에서 기초지식의 부족과 학습동기가 결핍된 부진아들에게서 주로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a treatment program by types of underachiever developed from "electric voltage and current" section in the 8th grade science textbook. The program for the underachiever who have lack of basic knowledge and needs to learning aimed to improve their achievement and attitude toward science. For this study, 171 7th grade students were sampled and distributed to control and experimental group. Among them, 54 underachievers were identified. The underachievers were defined as science achievement level is below mean and IQ is above90. The independent variables in this study were teaching method (traditional instruction and developed instruction) and types of underachiever. The dependent variables were students' achievement and attitude toward science. Pretest-posttest control group design was used. The main results of this study were that the treatment program emphasizing learning sheet activities based on LT(Learning Together) model had significant effect for underachievers who have lack of basic knowledge and needs to learning to increase their achievement and attitude toward science.
