      • 간호대학생의 에니어그램 성격유형에 관한 조사

        The purpose of this study was to examine the Enneagram personality types of nursing students. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires from 225 nursing students living in D city from 14, November to 17, November in 2005. The data collected were analyzed using frequency, percent with SPSS. The findings of this study were as follows: In the nine Enneagram personality types, type 9 was highly measured and the next order was type 1, 4, 7, 2, 8, 6, 5, 3. In the triadic center of Enneagram personality types, gut type was highly measured. The next order was heart type and head type. In the wing, 9W1 was highly measured and the next order was 1W9 and `both wing is equal`. In the disruption and integration, the disruption rather than integration was highly measured. In the disruption and integration according to personality types, the integration rather than disruption was highly measured in type 2, 6, 1. In the disruption and integration according to triadic center, the disruption was highly measured in gut type and the integration was highly measured in heart type and head type. The most development level was level 5. The next order was level 6, 4, 7, 3. There was no one present in level 1, 2, 8, 9. The results of this study suggest that there is need of individual guide considering Enneagram personality types in nursing students. We need to develop various group counseling program related to Enneagram personality types.

      • 입원환자의 수면 방해 요인이 수면의 질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting quality of sleep and sleep disturbance among inpatient. Methods. A descriptive correlational study was conducted Participants were 200 inpatient in a hospital located in B city. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Result. Hospitalized patient's score of sleeping quality was 38.26 on an overall scale of 60, indicating it to be higher than 'Medium (30 points). Almost hospitalized patient in this study suffer from sleep disturbances. As results of univariate analyses, Educational level, Departments, Why hospitalized, Insomnia / depression, Chronic Disease, Scale of pain, physical symptoms, environmental factors, emotional factors, and sleep promoting behavior, disturbed sleep among hospitalized. However, the result of stepwise multiple regression analysis identified that physical symptoms, environmental factors, emotional factors, sleep promoting behavior, and Why hospitalized disturbed sleep and were significant score of sleeping quality for hospitalized and these sleep disturbance factors accounted 46.8% of variance of sleeping quality among hospitalized. Conclusion. These findings suggest that hospitalized patients with poor sleep quality should have their health carefully screened for physical symptoms, environmental factors, emotional factors, sleep promoting behavior, and why hospitalized. In addition, we recommend the development of a nursing program for improving sleep quality.

        간호대학생의 분노와 감사성향이 행복감에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study was to investigate the factors affecting anger and gratitude on happiness among nursing students. Methods: The research design for this study was a descriptive survey using convenience sampling. Participants were 285 nursing students in Busan Metropolitan City. Collected data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. Results: Happiness was showed significantly positive correlation with gratitude (r=0.60, p<0.001). Happiness was showed negative correlation with trait anger (r=-0.31, p<0.001), anger in (r=-0.43, p<0.001), anger out (r=-0.27, p<0.001). The significant predictors of happiness included gratitude, satisfaction of college life, trait anger, satisfaction of major and anger in. The regression model explained 46.4% of happiness. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that anger and gratitude are significant factors affecting the happiness of nursing students. To enhance happiness in nursing students, it is necessary to include gratitude training and anger control training in happiness improvement program.

        간호대학생의 인성, 가치관 및 통일안보의식

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 인성, 가치관 및 통일안보의식의 정도를 알아보고 이들 간의 관계를 확인하고자 시행되었다. 연구설계는 서술적 조사연구로, 대상자는 B시에 소재하는 T대학교 간호학과 1학년 학생 70명으로 설문지로 측정하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 인성과 가치관은 중간 이상으로 나타났으며, 가치관의 하위영역에서 사회관계지향 가치관이 가장 높았으며 감성지향 가치관, 자아성취지향 가치관 순으로 나타났다. 또한 통일안보의식에 대한 하위영역에서 안보에 대한 인식이 가장 높았으며 통일에 대한 인식, 대북정책에 대한 인식, 북한에 대한 인식 순으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 인성에서 학업성취도, 대학생활만족도, 전공만족도 및 경제상태에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 가치관에서는 학업성취도에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 통일안보의식을 살펴보면, 하위영역 중 통일에 대한 인식에서는 학업성취도, 대학생활만족도 및 전공만족도에서 유의한 차이가 있었고 북한에 대한 인식에서는 건강에서, 안보에 대한 인식에서는 성별과 종교에서, 대북정책에 대한 인식에서는 학업성취도에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 간호대학생의 인성, 가치관 및 통일안보의식은 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 통일에 대한 인식에 대해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 통일에 대한 인식에 영향을 주는 예측요인은 인성, 대북정책에 대한 인식이었으며, 28.3%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 결론적으로 간호대학생들의 인성과 대북정책에 대한 인식은 통일에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among character, sense of values and consciousness on national unification-security of nursing students. Participants were 70 nursing students in B city. Findings revealed that; 1) The mean scores of character and sense of values were above average. 2) In the categories of sense of values, social-relation orientation was highest and emotion orientation, ego-realization orientation, in this order. 3) In the categories of consciousness on national unification-security, national security was highest and national unification, policy about North Korea, in this order. 4) In the degree of character according to general characteristics were significantly different in academic achievement, satisfaction of college life, satisfaction of major and economic status. In the consciousness on national unification-security, the cognition of national unification showed significant differences according to academic achievement, satisfaction of college life and satisfaction of major. The cognition of North Korea showed significant differences according to health. The cognition of national security showed significant differences according to sex and religion. The cognition of policy about North Korea showed significant differences according to academic achievement. 5) Pearson s correlation revealed a significant association among character, sense of values and consciousness on national unification-security. 6) Multiful regression analysis showed character and policy about North Korea significantly influenced cognition of national-unification. The regression model explained 28.3% of the cognition of national unification. The character and cognition of policy about North Korea in nursing students were important factors in the cognition of national unification.

        간호대학생의 정신간호 실습전후 정신질환에 대한 태도

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate attitudes toward mental illness in nursing students after clinical practice of psychiatric nursing. A quasi-experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected by questionnaires from 77 nursing students from T university, Busan. The clinical practice of psychiatric nursing was given 5 days, total 45 hours in psychiatric hospital located in Busan. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. There were not significant differences in self-acceptance, communication competence. In the areas of the attitudes toward mental illness, scores of authoritarianism (t=16.81, p<.001), Benevolence (t=14.18, p<.001), social restrictiveness (t=9.67, p<.001) and community mental health concept(t=12.08, p<.001) were significantly different before and after the clinical practice of psychiatric nursing. In the all areas of the attitudes toward mental illness, scores were decreased after the clinical practice. In the benevolence and community mental health concept, the positive attitudes toward mental illness were increased. The results indicate that psychiatric clinical practice provides positive effects on benevolence and community mental health concept in the areas of the attitudes toward mental illness. 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 정신간호 실습전후 자기수용, 의사소통능력 및 정신질환에 대한 태도가 어느 정도 향상되었는지를 알아보는 것이다. 연구설계는 단일군 전후설계의 유사실험연구로 연구기간은 2017년 10월 16일부터 12월 5일까지였으며 대상자는 B시에 소재하는 T대학교 간호학과 3학년 학생 77명이었다. 정신간호실습은 정신과병원 5일, 총 45시간 실습으로 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계와 t-test로 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 정신간호 실습전 후 간호대학생의 자기수용과 의사소통능력은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 반면 정신질환에 대한 태도의 하위영역에서는 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 본 연구에서의 정신간호실습은 간호대학생의 자기수용과 의사소통능력을 향상시키기에는 부족하며, 정신질환에 대한 태도의 하위영역 중 자비심과 지역정신보건개념에서 정신질환에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 가져옴을 알 수 있었다. 정신간호실습을 통해 간호대학생의 자기수용, 의사소통능력 및 정신질환에 대한 태도를 향상시키기 위해서는 보다 구체적인 이론 교육과 실제 실습에서의 적용이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

      • 고등학생의 에니어그램 성격유형, 자아정체감, 자기효능감, 대인관계에 관한 조사

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the Enneagram personality types, ego-identity, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations among adolescents in high school. Methods: The participants were 322 high school students. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires, which were constructed to include demographic-environmental factors, Enneagram personality types, ego-identity, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and pearson correlation coefficients. Results: In the nine Enneagram personality types, type 9 was highly measured. In the triadic center of Enneagram personality types, gut type was highly measured. In the wing, 9W1 was highly measured and the disruption rather than integration was highly measured. The most development level was level 5. The score of ego-identity was 3.25, the score of self-efficacy was 3.32 and the score of interpersonal relations was 3.50. The correlation of ego-identity, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations showed significantly positive correlation with all. Conclusion: There were correlating relationships among ego-identity, self-efficacy, interpersonal relations in high school students. Based on the outcomes of this study, it is necessary to study on the relationship between Enneagram personality types and related variables. Also, We need to develop program that improve ego-identity, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations according to Enneagram personality types.

      • 이야기치료 관련 국내연구의 분석

        Purpose. The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of the narrative therapy research on 42 studies, the master's and doctor's dissertations in Korea and to propose a direction of the narrative therapy study. Methods. The material used for this study were 42 studies collected from National Digital Library database. The analytic frame of this study is on the year of study, research design, research subjects, key concept, major of researcher and narrative therapy program. Results. Regarding research design, quasi-experimental study was the most used and survey study, program development research in this order. As a research subject, adolescents were the most used and child, aged, in this order. As the key concept, self-esteem was the most used and there were aggression, depression, self-efficacy, etc. As the major of researcher, counseling were the most used and theology, pedagogy, in this order. Conclusions. As a result on the research above, following recommendation can be made. Narrative therapy program should be develop the verify on effect of variables. Narrative therapy study needs to expanded to various subjects. In education field, we should be develop the various methods to apply narrative therapy.

        간호대학생의 인성교육의 효과

        본 연구는 인성교육을 통하여 간호대학생의 인성, 분노 및 감사성향이 어느정도 변화되는지를 알아보는 것이다. 연구설계는 단일군 전후설계에 의한 유사실험연구로, 연구기간은 2017년 4월 17일에서 6월 23일까지였으며 대상자는 B시의 일 대학교 간호대학생 77명이었다. 인성교육은 예, 효, 정직, 책임, 존중, 배려, 소통, 협동 및 자기이해의 9가지 주제에 대해 소집단토론과 발표 등의 방법으로 2주간 4회, 총 8시간 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 일반적 특성에 따른 인성에서 성별에서 남자가 인성정도가 높았고 대학생활만족도가 보통인 경우가 불만족보다 인성정도가 높았으며 전공만족도가 만족인 경우가 불만족보다 인성점수가 높게 나타났다. 인성교육 후 간호대학생의 인성과 분노는 인성교육 전과 유의한 차이가 없었으며 감사성향은 인성교육 후 향상되었으며 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 단기간의 인성교육으로는 간호대학생의 인성을 변화시키기에 부족하나, 감사성향은 단기간의 훈련으로도 향상될 수 있음을 말해 준다. 간호대학생의 바람직한 인성함양을 위해서는 장기적인 전략과 지속적인 접근이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study aimed to evaluate effects of a character education on character, anger and gratitude in nursing students. A quasi-experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected by questionnaires from 77 nursing students from T university, Busan. Character education was given 4 session, total 8 hours about manners, filial piety, honesty, responsibility, respect, consideration, communication, cooperation and self understanding. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. There were significant differences in character according to sex, satisfaction of college life and satisfaction of major. In the sex, male was higher than female. In the satisfaction of college life, moderate was higher than unsatisfactory. In the satisfaction of major, satisfactory was higher than unsatisfactory. In the character, trait anger and anger expression, there was no significant difference between pre-test and post-test. but, in the gratitude, there was significant difference. The gratitude demonstrated significant change in short period training while character did not reveal change in short term education. Thus, there is a need for continuous effort to integrate character education in the nursing curriculum.

        간호대학생의 임상실습 감정노동, 자아존중감, 실습만족도가 직업정체감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the factors affecting emotional labor, self-esteem and clinical practice satisfaction on professional identity in nursing students. Methods: A total of 262 nursing students participated in the study. Data were analyzed using SPSSWIN 18.0. Results: The mean scores for emotional labor, self-esteem, clinical practice satisfaction and professional identity were above-average. There were significant mean differences in professional identity according to ages, academic score, motivation for selecting nursing, satisfaction with college life and satisfaction with nursing majors. Professional identity correlated positively with self-esteem and clinical practice satisfaction, negatively with emotional labor. The significant predictors of professional identity included satisfaction with nursing majors, self-esteem, emotional labor and motivation for selecting nursing. The regression model explained 38.9% of professional identity. Conclusion: To enhance professional identity in nursing students, it is necessary to build effective strategic to focus on promoting their satisfaction with the nursing major, self-esteem and management of emotional labor.

      • 초등학교 고학년 아동이 지각한 어머니의 양육행동과 인터넷 중독과의 관계

        Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relation to perceived maternal child rearing behaviors and the level of internet addiction in the upper year grade students. Method: Data was collected through self-report questionnaires in which perceived maternal child rearing behaviors and internet addiction. This study population was comprised of 668 students who enrolled 4~6 year-grade in Kwangwon-Do. The data collected was analyzed by the SPSS program. Results: The level of internet addiction of subjects was rather low. Of the children, 88.2% reported being average on-line users, 7.3%, heavy on-line users, and 4.5%, internet addicted. Gender, existence of father, mother`s attitude when child overuse on-line, average playing time of on-line per day, frequency of on-line visits per week and purpose of on-line use for average on-line users were different from that of heavy on-line users. The level of perceived maternal child rearing behaviors were abbreviate positively correlated to the level of internet addiction in subjects. Conclusion: We suggest these results be used to develop a internet addiction prevention program.
