      • 國産硫化染料의 染色堅牢度에 關한 硏究

        In this studies, cotton fabric(Poplin) is dyed with domestic Sulphour Colours and additional treatment was given. The following-are the result of it. 1. For the purpose of obtaining brilliant shade, it has proved that the soap and oil treatment turned out to be effected and copper sulphate methods have been changed into dark brown and potassium dichromate methods have been diluted shade of samples. 2. Effects of dying fastness with aftertreatments are differed from the kind of dyestuffs used. General standard of it improved more than nontreated and the excellent methods among them are as follows. Ⅴ) In the Sun-light Fastness is A-ⓔ method. (In Case of black dyestuff is C-ⓐ, C-ⓑ method). Ⅵ) In the laundry fastness is B-ⓐ method. Ⅶ) In the perspiration fastness is C-ⓐ, C-ⓑ method. Ⅷ) Chlorine dleaching fastness is A-ⓒ, A-ⓔ method. (it is generally very poor fastness) Therefore even though with same sulphur colours, aftertreatments showed be given differently.

        아라미드계 섬유의 팽윤습열법 일축연신에 관한 연신특성

        An uniaxial stretching was conducted by swell-wet stretching process in three different swelling agents (DMI, DMF, DMSO) to investigate stretching effect for indrawn aramid fiber (Technora) . The degree of swelling was increased with concentration of swelling agent and the most suitable concentration and treating time were 70% and 20 min., respectively. The breaking stress of aramif fiber was slowly decreased with concentration of swelling ;igent, but breaking strain was increased to the concentration 709 and decreased above. The result of stretching treatment for aramid fibers was showed that the orientation of fine structure, tensile strength and Young's modulus were increased with increasing drawing ratio, meanwhile breaking elongation was an opposite trend.

      • 增量絹의 光黃變에 關한 測色學的 硏究

        This study is to investigate the yellowing phenomena in the Tin weighting silk which has been exposed to the carbon arc-light emitted by a Fade-0-meter for various time intervals within the range of 0-200 hours. From the spectral reflectance curves, the auther calculated the tristimulus value(X.Y.Z). the trichromatic coefficient(x.y.z), the excitation purity, and the yellowness index and then estimated the luminosity and the degree of their yellowing. On the increasing time of exposure the luminosity was decreased while the yelloness index was increased. On the other hand, the dominant wavelength of weighted silk was always indicating 574mμ (pale yellow) and the excitation purity was increased according to the incrasing time of exposure.

      • 國産繭層의 膨潤과 精練에 關한 硏究

        This study was investigated on the effects of swelling and degumming of domestic cocoon layers. In the swelling and degumming of cocoon layer, the effects of pH is shown very greatly. The minimum of swelling ratio and degumming loss were obtained in the range of PH 3 to 6. It was convinced that isoelectric point of domestic cocoon layers was about 4.0. In the effects of swelling on cocoon layers by surface active agents, it was most favourable to treat in the temperature of 60 to 70℃, the concentration of 3 to 5g/ℓ and the time of 60 to 90 minutes. In the soap degumming, it is shown for degumming loss to increase by increasing of the concentration of soap and the treating time, and optimum conditions in soap degumming was obtained in the PH of 10 to 10.5, the concentration of 15 to 20%(o.w.f.) the temperature of 90 to 95℃ and the time of 60 to 90 minutes. On account of strong alkalinity of alkali degumming agents, it was found that Sodium silicate, mild alkali was suitable for alkali degumming agents. It was more effective to use the mixtures of soap and alkali than to use alkali only. The pH values of alkali degumming agents was decreased by increasing of treating time, but the pH value of Sodium bicarbonate was increased in contrast. It is considered that it was caused by the hydrolysis of Sodium bicarbonate.

      • 工業系 中等敎員의 資格硏修成果에 관한 調査硏究

        The aims of this study is to survey the achievements of the in-service training which was executed by the In-Service Teacher Training Institute of Chungnam National University during the summer vacation in 1984. After analyzing the responses to the questionnaire which were collectted from 435 technical teachers attending the in-service training, we reached following conclusions as suggestions. 1) It is desirable to establish a committee to decide the levels and contents of the major subjects under the in-service teacher training institute. 2) Lessening the numbers of major subjects and extending the hours of each subjects will make effective results on in-service technical teacher training. 3) It will be better to give a chance to teachers to take option in the major study field. 4) The Ministry of Education should make a plan to give a course on computer programming to technical teachers regularly.

      • 國産天然絹의 精練에 關한 硏究

        This study has been investigated on the degumming of Soap, Monogen, and SoapMonogen for domestic Natural silk fiber. In the Soap degumming, it is shown for degumming loss to increase by increasing of the concentration of Soap and the treating time, and the optimum condition in Soap degumming was obtained in 15~20%(o. w. f.), 90~95℃ and 90~120℃ minutes. In the Monogen degumming, the optimum condition was obtained in the pH of 10.5, 5%(o. w. f.), 90 minutes and the effect of pretreatment could be shortened the treating time. Tensile strength and elongation are decreased in proportion to the increase of degumming loss.

      • 纖維製品의 帶電性에 關한 基礎的 硏究

        The objective of this research is to measure surface electrical resistivities (Rs) on the commercial textile materials various relative humidities (R. H.) ranging from O to 80% and electrostatic charge generated by friction at standard condition (20℃, 65% R. H.). Rs is affected by fiber hygroscopies and decreased according to the increase of moisture regain except animal fibers such as silk and wool. Rs appears to reach a maximum value at 0~20% R. H. in cellulosic, protein, and polyamide fibers etc., however, Rs is not affected by R. H. in Terylene P. P., P. E., and P. V. C. Generally, the order of electrostatic series is protein fiber(+)> cellulosic fiber> semi-synthetic fiber>(-) synthetic fiber and electrostatic charge generation is synthetic fiber>silk>wool>cellulosic fiber.

      • 工業系 敎師의 再敎育을 위한 硏修 프로그램의 開發에 관한 硏究

        This study is intended to provide a more effective curriculum for the In- Service Training Program of industrial technical teachers. The curricula which have been used during last five years were carefully analyzed and the main conclusions are suggested as follows; 1) It must be given to the teachers to take optional subjects. 2) Experiments should be reinforced make up for the understanding of theory. 3) Practical studies and factory investigations have to be provided to the teachers during the In-Service Training Program. In case of needs, the expert engineer of industries become a instructor to the teachers for explaining the up-to-date industrial techniques and theories. 4) The teachers who attending the In- Service Training Program should take an active interest in the program for getting a remarkable results.

      • 合成纖維의 帶電防止에 關한 硏究 : Nylon 6 纖維의 帶電防止 Anti-static Finishes of Nylon 6 Fiber

        This study has been investigated on the anti-static finishing effects of Nylon 6 fiber treated with glycols and other anti-static chemicals. The electrical resistance and electro-static charge of Nylon 6 fiber were influenced by relative humidities and the effect of anti-static finish was favourable to the range of 30 to 50% relative humidities. The optimum condition of anti-static finish primarily depended on the mixture ratio of paraformaldehyde and glycols, the concentration of catolyst, temperature and treating time. It was found that the anti-static effect was improved by mixing the electro-conductive fiber with Nylon 6 and the anti-static finished nylon treated with glycols was standing against launderings very well.
