독사 교상후 발생한 전신적 합병증 - 혈액학적 합병증과 신경학적 합병증을 중심으로 -

Purpose: This study explored and evaluated the systemic complications resulting from the bite of Korean venomous snake, focussing on hematologic and neurologic features. Methods: Medical records (demographic data, clinical measurements including laboratory results, severity score, and amount of antidote administration, and hospitalization course) of consecutive patients who presented with snakebites to two university teaching hospital during a 10-year period were retrospectively reviewed. Subgroup analysis was conducted for evaluations of anti-acetylcholine esterase administration in complicated victims. Results: The 170 patients displayed occurrence rates of hematologic and neurologic complications of 12.9% and 20.6%, respectively. Among 22 patients with hematologic complications, isolated thrombocytopenia was evident in eight patients (36.4%), prothrombin time (PT) / activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) prolongation in 11 patients (50.0%), and both in three patients (13.6%). The mean time to recovery was $4.5{\pm}1.8$ days for isolated thrombocytopenia, and $5.1{\pm}1.8$ days for PT and aPTT prolongation. Hematologic complications could occur suddenly 1?4 days after hospitalization. Among 35 patients with neurologic complications, dizziness was evident in 16 patients (45.7%), and diplopia / blurred vision in 19 patients (54.3%). The mean time to recovery was $3.4{\pm}0.6$ days in patients receiving anti-acetylcholine esterase and $6.9{\pm}1.8$ days in those not receiving anti-acetylcholine esterase (p=0.00). Conclusion: Occurrence rates of hematologic and neurologic complications following venomous snake bite differed as compared to other studies conducted in Korea. Onset of hematologic complications can occur rapidly days after admittance. Anti-acetylcholine esterase administration may be effective in treating neurologic complications.
물과 에탄올을 섞을 때 부피 및 온도 변화에 대한 연구

This paper is to study on the change of volume and temperature of the solution which mixed water with ethanol. And its main purpose is to examine closely how the volume changes, and to find the method to maximize the change of the volume. The summary for results of the study are: First, we are known that water and ethanol are homogeneous mixed. But not homogeneous mixed with two materials because by specific gravity. Second, the change of volume is large at homogeneous mixed water with ethanol by stirrer, the change of volume is very large when mixed water with ethanol in the ratio of one to one. Third, the change of temperature is very large because hydrogen bond became active when mixed water with ethanol in the ratio of one to one. Forth, This is not discussion to molecule size of water and ethanol in fact that the volume is decreased at mixed water with ethanol. We conclude that the results are best when ratio of water and ethanol is one to one and the solution is well mixed. Therefore it is important to remember this fact for teaching related topic. It is a quite difficult to help sixth grade students to infer why the volume is decreasing in connection with size of a molecule. Also they are required to faculties of precise measurement because the volume change little. Hence It is better to teach this kind of contents to more high steps.

This is a thesis that is studied elementary school students' conception in regards to solution for efficent teaching-learning. For knowing students' thinking, we examine materials of solved solute, distribution of solved solute, conservation of mass at solution, concentration of solution, deposition methods of solute and so on. By resulting of this study, alternative conception with solution came out various. The cause of formation of alternative conception is the sence of sight that has effect on thought and judgment and intuitive thought. And the grade gets higher and higher, scientific conception develops and frequency in use of scientific languages gets more and more. That development rapidly appears at sixth grades.
