Purpose: Anaphylaxis is an acute, life-threatening systemic reaction which should be treated by epinephrine, and patients should be prescribed epinephrine auto-injector after the event. The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical features of pediatric anaphylaxis, including the rate of using epinephrine at hospital and prescribing epinephrine auto-injector. Methods: We performed a retrospective study of 68 anaphylactic patients at in-hospital, out-hospital, and Emergency Department of Soonchunhyang University Cheonan Hospital, Cheonan, Korea, who were under 15 years of age, from January 2013 through December 2014. We reviewed their clinical features, doctor`s treatment methods, rate of follow-up and prescribing epinephrine auto-injectors. Results: Causes of anaphylaxis were food (76.5%), drug (10.3%), and idiopathic (13.2%). The involved organs were the skin (86.8%), respiratory tract (80.9%), cardiovascular system (23.5%), and gastrointestinal tract (17.7%). Patients were treated with systemic steroids (91.2%), antihistamines (88.2%), and epinephrine (75.0%). Fifty-three patients (77.9%) revisited our pediatric allergy clinic and epinephrine auto-injectors were prescribed for 25 patients (36.8%). Conclusion: Physicians should make an effort to use epinephrine as an initial treatment of anaphylaxis, to prescribe epinephrine auto-injectors, and to give proper information about disease. 잉어치어(稚魚)와 금붕어에 대한 folpet의 급성(急性) 및 아급성독성(亞急性毒性)에 관한 연구

The acute and subacute toxicity of fungicide folpet was evaluated in fingerings of common carp, Cyprinus carpio and goldfish, Carrassius auratus. Dipping of fishes for acute toxicity was performed for a period of 24h, and the TLm value(median tolerance limit) was 1.52 ppm in common carp and 1.45 ppm in goldfish. Severe damages were observed in various organs and among them, clubbing of gill lamella, lytic degeneration and vacuolation of liver cells, and epithelial edema of renal tubules were relatively prominent. The most significant changes were hyperbasophilic foci of liver cells in subacute toxicity test and these can imply the possibility of hepatocarcinogenecity of folpet.
국내외 뉴스앱 디자인의 비교·분석 및 디자인개발방향에 대한 연구

신문은 인쇄미디어에 기반 한 대표적 매스미디어, 즉 전통적인 미디어지만 디지털테크놀로지의 발달로 인해 급격한 변화를 겪고 있다. 매스미디어적 특성에서 벗어나 실시간 쌍방향 미디어로 변화되기를 요구받고 있는 것이다. 뉴스앱은 이러한 상황에서 나타난 새로운 언론 매체로서, 화면의 크기가 고정된 신문과 달리 스마트폰 화면내에서 텍스트와 이미지의 크기, 위치 등이 사용자의 조작에 따라 수시로 변하는 특성을 보이고 있다. 언론으로서의 목적을 유지하면서도 기존 매체와 다른 새로운 디자인 기준과 개발방향을 제시할 필요가 있는 것이다. 본 논문은 이를 위해 언론으로서 뉴스앱의 목적에 부합하는 디자인 기준과 그 예로서 뉴스앱 인터페이스의 프로토타입을 디자인하여 제시했다. 프로토타입으로 제시된 디자인은 신속하고 정확한 정보전달, 가독성과 판독성의 최대화를 위해 계층식 그리드, 텍스트의 위계를 갖춘 레이아웃, 33%의 행송, 배너의 제거 등을 기준으로 디자인되었다. Unlike a fixed screen size of newspapers, news-apps may from time to time the user changes the size and position of text and images in the smartphone screen. It is necessary to maintain the media object as present a new design standards and development direction. This paper presents the prototype design of news-app interfaces as standard and the excuse that the purpose of the news-app. The prototype presented, timely and accurate information delivery readability and hierarchical grid for the maximization of readability, with a hierarchical layout of the text, 33% of leading, Remove Banner and on the basis of design It was.
잉어치어(稚魚)에 대한 곰팡이독(fumonisin B<sub>1</sub>)의 급성(急性) 및 아급성독성(亞急性毒性)에 관한 연구

A teratogenicity test of 'folpet' was carried out in the developing chick embryos to investigate and validate the safety of rural environmental hazardous materials. Folpet was administered to chick embryos' yolk sac at a rate of 0.1mg and 0.01mg per SPF eggs at 96 hours of incubation. The morphological changes were examined. Fertility ratio of SPF eggs used was 94.9%. Hatching rate of untreated control group was 74.4% and the group dosed with 100ul of corn oil into the yolk sac was 70.0%. The $LD_{50}$ of folpet was 0.663mg/100ul/egg. After hatching, mean body weight, body length, claw length and beak length of high and low dose administered groups were not significantly different from untreated and vehicle control group. There was no abnormal appearence in all the groups. Therefore it seems that, within the doses applied, folpet dose not induce potential teratogenicity in the developing chick embryos.

3D역사연표는 기존 텍스트형, 이미지형 역사연표보다 쉽고 빠르게 역사적 사건의 정보를 검색, 파악, 이해하기 위해 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 이를 검증하기 위해 네 가지 가설을 세우고 각각의 연표유형 별로 60개의 문제를 제시해 검색에 걸린 시간을 측정하였으며, 이를 기술통계량과 분산분석을 통해 검증하였다. 이를 통해 사건명칭은 모든 연표유형에서 동일하게 검색되며, 단기사건도 모든 연표유형에서 동일하게 검색되며, 지속사건의 검색과 복합정보의 파악은 3D형이 가장 효과적임을 확인하였다. 다시 말해 텍스트형과 이미지형, 3D형 사이에는 검색시간에 큰 차이가 있었으며, 효용성 즉 빠른 검색시간은 3D형, 텍스트형, 이미지형 순인 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 3D 역사연표는 기존 역사연표보다 효과적인 인터페이스를 제공하고 있다고 할 수 있다. "3D Historical Chronology" has been developed to quickly and easily than traditional "textual" and "Image type" understanding of the history timeline search, identification, information of historical events. Search and identification of "composite information" of "sustainable event" has confirmed that the "3D shaped" is the most effective. There was a big difference in search times ie textual and image type, between the 3D type utility that is faster retrieval time was found to 3D type , text, type, image type seasonal . As a result, the 3D historical chronological table may be that it provides an effective interface than traditional historical chronological table .
