커뮤니티케어 대상 노인의 재가의지에 미치는 영향요인 연구 -지역원조기대감의 매개효과를 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 정부의 지역사회통합돌봄사업 대상자들의 재가의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 이들의 인과관계에 있어서 지역원조기대감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 다중회귀분석과 bootstraping기법에 의한 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 첫째, 대상자가 느끼는 통증정도와 주관적 행복감, 주관적 건강수준에 따라 재가의지의 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 대상자들의 일상생활수행능력이 자립에 가까울수록 재가의지가 높아져 정적 인과관계가 있음이 검증되었다. 셋째, 대상자들의 재가의지에 미치는 영향요인들에 대한 지역원조기대감의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 건강이 나빠지더라도 익숙한 집에서 거주하기를 희망하는 의지에 일상생활수행능력(ADL)과 사회적안정감, 사회관계, 피곤정도, 질병수의 영향력과 지역원조기대감의 매개효과 검증하여 정부의 지역사회통합돌봄사업에 대한 정책적 함의를 제공하였다. The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of the residence desire in the elderly subject to community care project. For this, we used multi-regression analysis and Bootstrapping Techniques. As the results of this study, we learned the following; First, there are differences in the degree of residence desire according to pain felt, subjective euphoria, and subjective health levels. Second, it was verified that there was a cause-and-effect relationship between residence desire and activities of daily living(ADL). Third, the mediating effect of community support expectation was verified. In conclusion, this study presented that there are activities of daily living(ADL), social stability, social relations, fatigue, the number of diseases, and community support expectation as factors that affect the desire to live in their home that is familiar to people even if their health deteriorates, and that it gives policy implication for the government's community care project.

Reliability Prediction using MIL-HDBK-217F has some restrictions due to its one modeling basis. One of the restrictions is caused by selecting one operating environment of a system, which is chosen regardless of its detailed conditions, e.g., external impact and vibration. Especially, an equipment, which is installed on a mobile vehicle though its movement is quasi-static, is controversial to designate its environment as ground mobile(GM), rather than ground fixed(GF). In this paper, failure rates were compared, which are computed using several moving time rates to total operating time. RiAC-HDBK-217Plus was used as the basic calculation model. In addition, GF conditioned failure rate was evaluated by comparing with that under GM environment but fixed state.

전문스포츠지도자의 승리를 위한 윤리적 갈등 경험에 관한 연구

연구 목적: 본 연구는 왜 전문스포츠 지도자는 승리를 위한 비윤리적 행동을 저지르는가의 의미를 파악하데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 지도자 경력이 3년 이상, 대회에서의 우승 경험, 현직 지도경력을 갖춘 전문스포츠지도자 5명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하여 현상학적 연구방법으로 연구를 실행했다. 연구 내용: 분석 결과 최종적으로 6개의 주제묶음과 승리지상주의의 과몰입과 학습된 비윤리적 행위로 인하여 자신의 비윤리적 행위를 승리를 위한 정당한 행위라고 믿고 있는 ‘스플리 증후군’(spley syndrome)이라는 본질적 의미를 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구의 결론은 전문스포츠지도자들에게 나타나는 비윤리적 행위는 스플리 증후군 때문이었다. 스플리 증후군은 심판에게 걸리지 않는다면 반칙이나 부정행위도 할 수 있다고 믿고, 훈련의 성과는 곧 승리이기 때문에 훈련에서 폭력적 행위는 필요하다고 강조했다. 스포츠의 공정성보다는 ‘승리 지상주의’에 더 몰입되어 있었다. 이를 위한 제언은 첫째, 지도자의 스포츠 윤리의식을 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 전문스포츠선수들에게 스포츠윤리교육을 실시해야 한다. 셋째, 비윤리적 스포츠행위를 점검할 수 있는 센터의 기능을 강화해야 한다. This study is to understand the meaning of why professional sports coaches commit unethical behavior for victory. Interviews were conducted with 5 professional sports leaders with more than 3 years of coaching experience, winning experience in competitions, and current coaching experience. Due to the actions, the essential meaning of ‘spley syndrome’, which believes that one’s unethical behavior is a legitimate act for victory, was derived.
