본 연구는 발달장애인의 지역사회 자립생활을 위해 선진국에서 시행되고 있는 개인예산제도의 보다 구체적인 논의를 위하여, 현재 사회복지공동모금회의 지원으로 시범사업을 수행 중인서울장애인자립생활센터가 활용할만한 주요 예산 할당도구 3개의 동시 타당도를 비교한 것이다.본 연구를 위해 서울장애인자립생활센터를 이용하고 있는 30명의 성인발달장애인들의 지원욕구(support needs)에 대한 임상적 판정치를 검증의 준거값으로 활용하여 각 도구의 측정 결과치를비교한 결과 I-CAN(0.769)이 ICAP(-0.754)나 SIS(0.679)에 비해 상대적으로 다소 높은 상관관계를나타내었다. 이를 근거로 ICF와 인간중심계획을 기반으로 개발된 I-CAN 활용의 장단점을 논의하였다.I-CAN은 서울장애인자립생활센터가 가지고 있는 이용자들의 지원욕구에 대한 관점에 상대적으로 가장 근접해 있는 도구로 인간중심계획의 마련을 용이하게 해주며 웹 버(v5.08)을 활용할 경우 알고리즘에 따라 예산 할당의 결과도 제시할 수 있어서 활용도가 비교적 높은 반면, 도구의 공식적인 채택과 사용을 위해서는 사용료 및 판권의 문제를 해결해야 한다. 특히, 이를 활용하는 조직과 퍼실리테이터는 자격 유지를 위해 이를 개발한 시드니대학 장애연구센터에 매년 비용을 지불해야 한다. Concurrent validity of the Inventory of Client and Agency Planning(ICAP), Support Intensity Scale(SIS) and I-CAN were examined in a sample of 30 users with developmental disabilities who use the support services of Seoul Center for Independent Living(SCIL) to discuss on the allocation of individualized funding and to choose the best tool for implementing the SCIL demonstration project funded by the community chest organization. Using the clinical judgement of three staffs in SCIL as criterion rating, the I-CAN showed robust concurrent validity(0.769) comparing with the ICAP(-0.754) and the SIS(0.679). On the result of this research, the advantages and disadvantages of adopting the I-CAN which is based on ICF and person-centered approach are discussed. Version 5.08 of the I-CAN utilized an ICT platform essentially enable to predict individual funding need estimate through it’s algorithms and be helpful for person centered planning process. On the other hand, the developer(Centre for Disability Studies, University of Sydney) of the I-CAN charges license fee for the using organizations and facilitators annually. Therefore, to utilize the I-CAN, we need to have a solution to deal with the copyright issue.

한반도통합전력망은 남북한 전력협력 정책의 결정판으로서 단기적인 북한 핵문제 해결을 포함한 남북한 협력과 직결되는 정책수단으로도 부각되고 있다. 본고에서는 기술적 견지에서 예상되는 남북한통합전력망 구성을 위한 남북한 전력연계망을 상정하고, 이를 바탕으로 경제적인 관점에서 남북한 전력융통모형을 검토하였다. 이와 더불어 북한계통의 수급안정화에 따라서 한반도통합전력망의 운영방안을 구상하였으며, 장기적으로 남북한 상호 전력융통에 따라서 총전력공급비용이 감소됨을 개략적인 계산을 통하여 산정하였다. 한반도통합전력망은 기술적 견지에서 남북한간의 융통전력, 전력수급안정성과 계통안정도를 기반으로 하여 경제적 관점을 고려한 최적의 대안으로 구성되어야 한다. This paper presents the status and prospect of North Korean Power industry and the suggestion for the construction of long-term future UKPS (Unified Korean Power System) in technical and economic viewpoints. North Korea has been suffered from the severe power shortage and this is the key factor for solving the economic rehabilitation. South and North Korea governments negotiated for overall economic corporations including electric power industry since inter-Korean summit in 2000. The ROK government announced important proposal that the ROK will provide 2GW of electric power to the DPRK if the DPRK discards the development plan of nuclear weapon. The final goal of co-operational policy on power industry sector is to form and foster the UKPS(Unified Korean Power System). Because of the differences of load curves and generation-mix share, the co-operations of UKPS will benefit for the both parties. Under these backgrounds, this paper describes the prospects for the construction of UKPS and analyzes the operational model of UKPS.
현대 건축공간에서 버네큘러 주거 냉방기법의 적용방법에 관한 연구

Recent days, transition to ecological thought is being accelerating by environmental impact with a sustainable development. This symptom is no exception in architecture area. So is vernacular design affecting on modern architecture in many ways in terms of economical aspect and eco-friendly environment as well. Natural energy like solar power, environment, and terrestrial heat that applied in vernacular architecture is also widely accepted in name of ‘sustainable energy’ of which a design applied with ventilation and airing of natural wind is very useful & pragmatic in terms of economical reason. Accordingly, this study examined a relation between vernacular architecture and natural wind and compared it with traditional type and its feature of ventilation & airing. Ventilation & airing applied in the past can be divided into three categories: methods by convection, natural element, and architectural type. All these methods gave some pleasant felling indoors when there were no artificial energies. Even in modem age, such a ventilation & airing is being used with traditional type in different variety of materials, and it will be developed with modem technology without any extra cost in terms of sustainable expansion, and opened for further researches.
Rollback과 Roll-forward 기법을 사용한 TMR 고장의 시간여분 복구 정책

In the paper we propose two recovery methods by adopting a rollback and/or roll-forward technique(s) to recover TMR failures in a TMR (structured) system that is the simplest spatial redundancy. This technique is apparently effective to recovering TMR failures primarily caused by transient fault. The proposed policies carry out few reconfigurations at the cost of (minimal) time-overhead needed for those time-redundant schemes. The optimal checkpoint-interval vectors are derived for both methods through the likelihoods of all (possible) states of the system is well as the total execution-time. Consequently, the effectiveness of our proposed policies is validated through certain numerical examples and simulations.
